However, I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to them and they have been completely unresponsive (I tried for two weeks to get a hold of them, no answer and no phone call back). This is both unprofessional and aggravating and because of that, I will no longer be using their services.

My grass and weeds were very tall due to the abundance of rain and the price was very reasonable especially given the height of my grass. Will definitely hire them again.
