Description of Work: Company came to give an estimate on tree pruning. Told us we had a dying maple that would need to be removed. Quoted us over $2000 for all work, which seemed very steep. Wound up using Elite Tree service based on other Angie's List reports, and got the work done for almost $1000 less.

I HAD TWO COMPLAINTS: (1) THEY LEFT ONE BRANCH HANGING ABOVE, THOUGH NOT TOUCHING, MY NEIGHBOR'S ROOF, AND I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE REALIZED THAT I WOULD NOT LEAVE ANYTHING HANGING OVER MY NEIGHBOR'S ROOF, AND (2) I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE RETURNED MY CALL SEEKING TO ARRANGE FOR THE INITIAL ESTIMATE.
