Will Hodges was great! He did the inspection right away (working on a Saturday), and we had a full and detailed report (complete with photos) by Monday morning. The report was well-organized and very thorough. Will called me twice to follow up, just to make sure I didn't have any concerns, and answered all of my questions. We currently live in Ohio, and are buying a home in Texas, so it took away some of the stress to have a great home inspector!

We decided to do a complete inspection before doing some cosmetic renovations. Thank Goodness for Mr. Hodges he found a major leak under the house that we did not know about. We also now have a comprehensive list to use for upkeep and repairs of our house. He also offered some useful suggestions to fix minor problems. Mr. hodges saved us a lot of headaces.

Called the provider and we scheduled for three days later. He showed up on time and did the inspection. He provided a written report with photos. The price was the same as what he quoted me.

We wanted to get an evaluation of the systems in our home in preparation for some improvements. Will described clearly what he would do and the price. We agreed on the inspection day within a few days of our call. He arrived on time and did a complete inspection. He took many photos. Will sat down with my husband and I going over the finding. Within a few days he e-mailed a complete report. A very good experience.

Will has always been responsive. I live in Los Angeles and he did not have a problem working remotely with me. He was quick to schedule the inspection, showed up on time and provided me with a professional report on Texas standard forms including a large quantity of color photographs. In the most recent inspection, the water was not reaching the home. Will offered to come back to the property to finish the inspection once the water was turned on. Will lives in the neighborhood and knows the kinds of homes that are here.

It went just fine. It was raining but that did not stop him.

Mr. Hodges was very thorough and professional. He inspected the interior, exterior, roof, and crawl space. He noted even minor problems, like peeling paint and potential drainage issues. However, he tempered his report with realism. For example, the soils in this part of Texas, shift frequently, and while he observed some cracks in the bricks, he gave his opinion, that this was not a major problem. He was clean and professional. He also mentioned, that he is renovating him own older home, so I felt comfortable that he would know what to look for in a home of this age. We bought the home and his inspection has proved accurate and valuable. I would highly recommend his services.
