+ -1 moreIt was my first time to use them. It was expensive. I wasn't happy with them. I used them way too long. I think they ripped me off. Basically they could have been responsive. They were very rude. They would call and leave a message that it was time for maintenance and I might call them back 2 or 3 days later, and they kind of chastise me for waiting 2 or 3 days to call them back. They are overpriced and they try to sell me things that I don't need. I think there are a lot of heating and air conditioning scammers.

Description of Work: Came out to check for sewage leak. After about 10 minutes and said I had a sewage leak. They were going to come back another day to isolate leak and charge $538.00 for the first 4 hours. I did not use them to isolate leak. Another plumbing company spent 2 1/2 hours verifying all the sections and came to the conclusion that I did not have a sewage leak.

I called Hedricks and they diagnosed and gave me all my options from a fix job to a full replacement and they let me decide. I decided to replace and they did the work in a timely manner. I had a small problem cooling afterwards and they came back immediately and fine tuned the system at no extra charge. I love Hedricks!

+ -1 moreOverall experience was great. They were on-time for my appointment, performed the work exactly as discussed and charged me exactly what I was quoted. The two gentlemen were courteous and took care not to make a mess of my house.
Description of Work: Due to foundation issues I'm having, it was thought that I might have a broken sewer pipe under my foundation. To assess this, they had to plug the pipe from the outside and fill the internal pipes by running water until drains start to back-up. They monitor the water levels to see if they receded, which would indicate a broken pipe.

+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. We’ve used them so long that we know all the guys they send out and they seem to know us. We have always gotten very personal attention. We've had the owner out to fix something that needed to be fixed immediately and he didn't have any one else to send. The work is not cheap but it is a value for the money. We will absolutely continue to use them.
Description of Work: We used Hedrick Mechanical to do the winter tune-up. They checked all the filters and compressors. They checked the heater to make sure it was functioning properly. They did preventive maintenance.

Description of Work: They put in an air purification system for our whole home and replaced the A/C. Also filled a lot of cracks and wholes and extra duct work that was not included in the price.
