Called and spoke to Armond, who was not just a dispatcher, but was knowledgeable. he had someone out the same day who had the parts on his truck and was able to replace to pump within an hour. Very refreshing to deal with competent folks.

Jamie, the owner, came out and personally did the pool inspection. He was very thorough and informative. Not only did he go over everything with the pool that would require attention or that was of a concern, he also went over the things that were working fine and didn't need to be addressed. His concern for safety, along with a very thorough estimate of repairs and recommendations of providers to call were all extremely helpful.

They come over Friday to take care of the pool. In the month of October they clean the major filters for the pool. My spray fountains are running much stronger now. They are not the cheapest, but they are good. I have never even called another company to get a competitive price because I have never had a single problem with them. They are very dependable and they do good work. Price is per week. If I need a new bag on my Polaris they leave a note to authorize putting one on. If there is anything amiss they give me a call to get the go ahead to get everything done. They are member of the national pool and spa institute.
