It took almost two weeks to get a quote after the initial visit. After finally receiving the quote it was for a week of a painter and scaffolding for my house and nothing else. When I spoke with the owners wife and told her this must be someone else's quote she cut me off and snidely remarked no it was absolutely my quote... when I asked why the rest of the work was left off the quote she was completely unaware of it. When I told her that my paint job was not for an entire interior job but touch up she said she understood that. Understandably I was upset and stated that I could have my entire home painted for under $5000 she jumped at me laughing and saying over and over again no you can't...no you can't.. (well I have news for you lady I have and did) When I told her I was going to review her business she said go ahead I can take off any negative review you put out there, and sent me an email calling me a miserable lunatic...and how dare I rate a business poorly due to pricing concerns.. my review is as follows and warn strongly against using this company! Unprofessional. Poor follow through. Argumentative and combative to customers. Outrageous costs and quotes. And this was all before the sale, imagine after the sale! Don't use.(Common theme I'm finding with online reviews are issues with the office manager/ wife Brandy...big attitude)
