Melody from GreenWorks did an excellent job! She was on time, very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. After the inspection, she explained the results in a clear manner. GreenWorks had an inspector onsite in only two days! The inspection included infrared, termite, and even a foundation measurement to verify the foundation was level in all parts of our 2400 sq ft house. The inspection report was sent via email the next day by 10 AM as promised. Couldn't be happier!

Setting up the appointment was easy, the inspector (Chris) was punctual, very polite, and thorough; this was money well spent (the inspector discovered an issue that was not visible with the naked eye and probably saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs down the road)! Very detailed report fast, they found things I would never have though to look at. A bit more pricey than some inspection companies but you definitely get what you pay for in quality.

Ryan was very through in his inspection. Ryan took plenty of time to explain what he was doing and if there was a problem, why that was a problem. I found his services quiet helpful to continuing with the purchase of the home. Ryan also pointed out an area that required repairs. I was able to negotiate with the seller to get the repair performed prior to closure at the sellers cost. Nice. Would use again.

Inspectors explained things in layman's terms (I am definitely not a contractor) and were very thorough!

They didn't find anything that we didn't already know - which i suppose is good.

they did a great and complete inspection of the property to be purchased. Pools was also inspected ,as well as roof Infrared readings of attic and walls were taken for energy efficiency ratings. They also do a termite check . All around a great inspection! thanks!

He did a fantastic job! Took his time on a Friday late afternoon, did not try to cut corners to go home early. The inspection cost was a little higher then some others, we asked for some of the repairs of which the sellers refused to do, so we are glad we got what we paid for. I have a feeling the sellers knew the undisclosed existing problems were expensive, or else they would have made the repairs to sell the home. Had these not been pointed out to us, we could have ended up investing into a money pit! Would gladly use him again!
