Greenworks was a dream to work with from start to finish. I reached out and received a prompt response. My rep Damon answered all my questions and gathered the information he needed for a proposal. We received our proposal, agreed to the terms, and they scheduled workers to do the engineering report. The workers were prompt, courteous, and demonstrated the same level of commitment as the customer service team. They completed the report and my general contractor gave it a thumbs up. Even though I had no experience with the services requested, I never had to wonder what was to happen next. They communicated clearly all the way through. Great and very thorough home inspection.

I would not recommend this company for mold testing. This is the only service that was performed from this company.

Jared was very professional and friendly and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to us, as well as the detail he provided in the inspection report. I received my inspection report back the same day it was completed (it was done in the morning and I received it back that afternoon).

James was very thorough and took the time to walk through everything with me and answer all my questions.

These guys were fantastic. They came on very short notice and did an amazingly detailed and comprehensive inspection. They didn't miss a thing. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. My experience was 1000% positive.

I used Greenworks to perform two inspections. The first inspection identified issues with the home where we ultimately decided cancel the sale. The second inspection on a different home also uncovered some issues where we negotiated an allowance for repairs. We really appreciate the calm and professional demeanor in which Ryan Oxley and Jared Watkins explained this issues and the thorough report that was provided the following day. Will use again

Excellent. Inspector was conscientious and very thorough.

It took 3 houses to finally get one that would work. We used both Ryan (once) and Michael (twice). I already have recommended either of these two to coworkers without any reservation. Both of these guys are thorough and efficient. Their reports are detailed. Both took their time with the verbal summations and showed exactly what the concerns were. I'm not easily impressed, but am impressed with both Ryan Oxley and Michael Craycroft. The both walked and inspected the roofs, checked the outlets, appliances, fuse boxes, and really spent time on the slab foundations. Even our realtor was impressed the quality and price of the inspections. The thermal imaging is an awesome add on. There were potential water issues with the first house that had water standing in the side yard and very high usage. The second home needed a roof and had active termites. Unlike Goldie Locks, the third home did have some issues, but nothing to that the seller wasn't willing to fix. The added feature of the free utilities concierge was also very helpful.

Brad was fantastic. Quote mentioned it was 4 hours, Brad went out of his way to insure all parts of the home were covered and all of our questions were answered. Would absolutely recommended Brad to friends and family.
