Description of Work: Need to get a home inspection done for a house we were planning on purchasing. The work was done in a timely manner and I was given valuable information at the end of the home inspection. I did receive my full report a short time later, but the immediate report of any major repairs was very much appreciated.

Description of Work: Provided a thorough and professional inspection. We added the infrared option to ensure no leaks in the attic or walls. The extra $50 was worth the peace of mind. Great customer service. Chris L. was a fantastic inspector. He took the time to go over the entire inspection section by section. Would defiantly recommend.

Description of Work: very very long inspection report with many CYA statements and statements made outside of the inspectors qualifications such as "foundation not performing" when a structural engineer came out and said it was. Also, would not specify where many items actually were in the report or with pictures. I would never use again

I was told I would receive some compensation for my troubles but was subsequently told it was my fault and nothing more was said. | |As for the service provided, it was comprehensive and very detailed which proved very helpful in our negotiations. I am not sure at this point if I would use again. | |
