Our home inspector didn't mind my hovering and questions. He was very thorough and offered his observations as he went along. He spent a good 4.5 hours going over everything, which I greatly appreciated.

DGW did a superb job on our home inspection, and gave us a TON of insight into the home we recently purchased. We opted for the Termite, and Foundation inspection(which were a little extra. Christine ( I think her name was at least) was EXCELLENT, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The payment was easy since the do the "Square" app, and everything was great!!! | |NO Problems at all!!

The things went really well. Inspectors were well trained informed and professional. The explained me the report.

It took 5.5 hours for Paul to complete the job. I received a 37-page report via email (in Word format with pictures attached) the next day morning. Paul and his report provided a lot of very detailed findings. I feel Paul did a terrific job. His performance exceeded my expectation.

Christine and Paul are awesome. They are personable, professional, and do a great job. Christine knows what she is talking about and more than happy to explain the ins and outs of a home. Harmony is great to deal with, and is incredibly flexible in scheduling. They are great to work with.

Christine & Paul are simply the best. They are professional, prompt, thorough, & eager to educate and answer your questions. Since this was my first deal I really appreciated the time that was spent going over the findings and indeed I was saved from getting a property that would have been the money pit. Thanks!

g I contacted Dallas Green Works on a Wednesday morning to schedule an appointment for an inspection, they informed me they could do it the next day. I was stunned. So they came out the next day at the appointed time. The inspector was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I came back towards the end of the inspection to ask questions, expecting to find him in a hurry, not so, he answered all my questions . The next day I received the report about the home in good order. After reviewing the report I was shocked by how well he inspected our home we are planning to buy. As a bonus they give you foundation elevations at no charge. This is very handy when determining if the foundation is sound. The only draw back I saw with the report was each item on the inspection list had to work perfectly or it was checked as not performing. This is the fault of the company not choosing the correct type of inspection form layout. This was a little annoying, but I got past it. Another bonus with this company is the inspectors answer your follow-up questions. Overall I was well pleased with the inspection, price, and customer service. If you want an inspection company for your home, Dallas Green Works is the one to choose. The price they charged me was a flat rate charge for any size of home. Many other companies charge by the square foot, not Dallas Green Works. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 9.5. ,

My wife and I decided to take advantage of the 50% off deal being offered through Angie's list, but didn't realize that it was limited to a certain square footage. We ended up paying an additional $75, but it was still a bargain compared to the regular price. after being informed that the inspection would take 3-4 hours to complete, we made the appointment for mid-afternoon. The inspector showed up promptly, and was polite. What impressed me the most was his professionalism and quality of service. From time to time, I'd hear him seemingly talking to himself, but he was actually taking voice memos. At the end of the inspection, he let my wife and I know about everything he found (that he could remember after 4 hours) and of those, what would need immediate attention, and what we should keep an eye on. By the next morning, I'd received the full, detailed report with all the comments from the voice memos, and pictures of each area that was considered to be deficient. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of Dallas Green Works and would definitely use them again.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced, thorough, professional., knowledgeable, and most importantly, unbiased home inspection team, don't consider anyone but Dallas Greenworks. Christine's attention to detail during the review of her findings, as well as her laymans-terms explanations, gave us complete confidence in our decision to walk away from this house. It's clear she has a broad base of knowledge and experience, and exceptional skill, without 'talking down' to her customers. She and Harmony were patient and friendly, and well-prepared to give the home a thorough inspection. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I was worried that we would not be able to get the inspection performed at a time that was convenient for my wife and I. They made all of the arrangements with our home builder themselves and insured that it was a time that suited our schedules. They arrived at the home at 1300 on the dot. They began their work immediately. We arrived to the home about 1530 that afternoon and they were still diligently working. We spoke to the builder's agent and she stated that they had been working this whole time and that they were not leaving any stone left unturned. Approximately 1 hour later, they completed the majority of the work and reviewed all of the information with us. We left and they remained to check additional areas around the home. We were told that we would receive a report by 0800 the next morning. The report was sent at 0100 in the morning and was a very thorough and detailed report. In the end, she even lists useful information for new home owners and maintenance monthly and annually. It was certainly worth the money. We would certainly use them again and we highly recommend them.

your home in the near or not-too-distant future.They "left no stone un-turned" (double negative?) when it came to performing the inspection. I mean they were really extremely thorough and Christine showed genuine interest for my concerns that I had and made sure to address them in the performance of her services as well as in the report. Why, she even pointed out areas of my home that I was totally unaware of! Go figure! It was an all day process and that made me feel confident that they were doing a good job. She (Christine) was direct and to the point and extremely professional and courteous , so was Harmony. I am so glad that I took advantage of this big deal! It was well more than worth it! I don't know how much more detailed I can get. I just did my best to stay out of their way! If I were you, I would not pass up this awesome opportunity to save big bucks and receive over the top-notched quality service, especially if you are looking to remodel, sell or lease your home. Finally, if the was a grade better than an "A" that is what I would use to rate them!

I contacted GreenWorks through the form here on Angie's List. Harmony then emailed me, and texted me to get more information. She was very pleasant and accommodated our tight schedule. Christine was at the property early, (we were the late ones) and had already started the inspection when we arrived. She was cordial and professional. She inspected the house completely (took about 3 hours) and then gave us a tour with her findings. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of our questions, and showed us the areas of concern. She also explained how the issues likely came to be. We definitely got our moneys worth. The house had mold, foundation issues and plumbing issues! She couldn't inspect the roof due to the weather, but we had already heard enough. She was really easy going and made us feel comfortable. Christine and Harmony are an excellent team and I HIGHLY recommend their services. I will be calling her again when we find our next house!

As mentioned before, Christine is very punctual. She shows up on time and takes as much time is needed to do a thorough inspection. Her written report shows up within a day or two via email. It is always very thorough with pictures. I've used her recently on 4 rental properties and have been very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. I recommend her highly.

Christine did a very thorough job on her inspection. Her report documented everything very well on her report. She took as much time as she needed to look through everything. I didn’t feel like she rushed through the process. I would recommend her to anyone needing an inspection. Her rate for the inspection was very fair.

Christine is the office manager. They do an awesome job inspecting. They're a very prompt service too. They are fantastic to work with. They're good communicators. They don't talk down to you. They're willing to answer any questions regarding to home inspection.
