Michael inspected a house we have a contract on, and I was very pleased with the report. It was very detailed and had everything we need to know moving forward.

It was ok. He was on time and very pleasant. He had already walked around house when I arrived. I remained at the house the whole time, but left him alone. It took about 5 hours. Part of the thing you have to remind yourself with these reports, is that they are supposed to tell you everything and nothing at the same time. Everything might be ok, but it might not. At the end of the day, it's about alerting you to basic things you might overlook and need to get the seller to repair. I felt the verbal summation at the end was a bit too lax and "aw shucks". Then you read the report and are scared to death. We had definite chimney issues and there was no mention when we talked. There were two entrances to the crawl space but he said he only found one; the agent and I found it immediately. I would not have paid for the pier and beam. I would advise always have a foundation company come separately anyway. We did and it was free. Greenworks was pretty expensive, and not sure the $100 or so premium was worth it. The termite report shouldn't be extra either. But I stress he was nice, professional and on time.

I was really impressed with Chris and his professionalism. I felt that he did an extremely thorough inspection. He took the time to sit down with me and explain in detail the important findings. I also liked how the report was electronically delivered.

The inspection went very well--Paul was an absolute professional and we really appreciate the quick turnaround. We scheduled the inspection very late but GreenWorks was very accommodating and came out to inspect the house as soon as possible. We had a great experience with this company and its inspector, will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

I had to reschedual which was not a problem. I arrived on scene a about 12:30 inspector (M) was very professional. In the report he stated the sprinkler system did not work, which left me to wonder why?after locating the control box I notice some wires were disconnected from the unit maybe if he had taken a picture like on some of the other issues I would been able to explain it to the seller's agent. I was under the impression that the inspection included a termite inspection report, because there was a picture taken of where termites had been. Overall I was very please!

Informative, profession, prompt

I called Greenworks based on the plethora of very positive reviews here on Angie's List. I had some upcoming business travel and so had a very narrow window in which to have the inspection performed the next day and they were very responsive and accommodating, even providing the inspector I requested by name, Michael Craycraft (again, lots of positive reviews of him on here). Michael was on time, very professional, and very thorough. He spent quite a bit of time at the end of the inspection walking me through all of his findings, as well as providing helpful context around which problems were worth addressing and which weren't (i.e.: very minor things that you'd find in every home but that technically weren't up to code). After answering all of my questions, he gave me his card, saying that I could call him with any questions or follow-up about the report. The final 50+ page report with photographs and descriptions was emailed promptly the next day immediately following my payment of the invoice. Greenworks, and Michael Craycraft specifically, were awesome! I will be using him/them again and would give them a very strong recommendation to anyone looking to have a home inspection performed.

This was a very professionally handled inspection. The inspector arrived and were at work before we arrived although we were early. The inspector was thorough, neat, and very easy to talk to. This purchase is for my daughter's first house, and he spent time following the inspection explaining the different things that he observed and why they were or were not problems. We were able to take the information to the buyer with such clear information, and negotiate for some repairs. The seller had recommended Greenworks to us because that's who had inspected the house she was buying, and when we saw the Angie's review we felt we independently would have selected them. We had nothing but good things to say about this inspector and the thorough report that was provided to us.

The complete service from scheduling to treatment went very well. Would recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

After reading numerous reviews of several companies on Angie's List I focused in on GreenWorks. I found they had really great reviews that reflected detailed and thorough inspections. Among their reviews one of their inspectors appeared several times so I requested him- Michael Craycraft. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to get both inspections setup for the next day with Michael. The inspection was scheduled to start at 9:30am and I arrived at 12:00pm to discuss the results once he had finished. Michael was very diligent in his work and stayed very busy checking everything. Once finished, about 12:45-1:00pm, he spent about 45 mins discussing all of his findings with my wife and I along with our realtor (The Rice Group - best agent/broker!). We asked a ton of questions and he answered them all completely. Michael was very professional in how he spoke and worked. The next day we received an email with both inspections. The inspection is 42 pages long and included a bunch of pictures to further emphasize what was being pointed out in the report. Later that night I sent some more questions via email to Michael and he promptly responded with helpful answers. We are completely satisfied with GreenWorks and especially Michael Craycraft.

I was put in a tough spot by having to have an inspector out on short notice. They scheduled someone for me next day and did a complete and full inspection. I could see the inspector check everything, and he was very thorough. Would use again.

Arrived on time (a bit early, which worked well for me) introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and what to expect. Very impressed with the care they took when coming in to my home (put on shoe covers) and bringing their equipment in. They were very thorough, took the time to ask questions to help them be as effective as possible and took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood the answers for all the questions that I asked. Will definitely be reaching out to them in the future to do follow up visits and confirm that work performed by contractors is done correctly and up to code.

Just wanted to give a heads up. Had noticed some potential termites and wanted to get a technician to come out and take a look/give an estimate for treatment/prevention services. Greenworks charges a $50 fee just to get an estimate. It seems most other businesses will provide free estimates for this service. Company was up front about the fee when I called, so not a surprise, but seems out of place for the industry, and any savings that I might have had with Greenworks would pretty much be negated, even if deciding to use their services after the estimate. I did not utilize their services due to the fee.

Greenworks was great. They responded to messages promptly and were able to set up an appointment almost immediately. This is very helpful, being we only had a 10 day option period. Their in-depth inspection helped us determine we were getting into a money pit and were able to back out before it was too late. Based other inspections in the past, this company is unbelievably thorough. We will most definitiley use them again.

This is my second house I've bought. First time around the previous inspector was fine, but he had nothing on Michael Craycraft of GreenWorks. I'm glad I got this company for the inspection. Michael was very thorough. When I showed the report to my agent, he was amazed at the level of detail. Michael was very professional, but also personable. He took the time to explain everything and went from top to bottom on his inspection. The only issues I had was when the report came out, there were some items on there that he didn't cover during the verbal walk through. I wouldn't say they were major misses or minor nitpick stuff. At least it was in the report, but it would have been nice that he saw possible water damage in the attic. The only other thing I would recommend to anyone with any inspector. BRING A PEN AND PAPER OR RECORDER. It is a lot to take in. At the time it seemed like we had a good handle on it, but in the time between the inspection and the report we needed to submit a repair request to the seller. We hard a hard time remembering everything. Luckily we were able to get the report, because the turn around time was amazing. So because of the photos and detailed inspection we were able to get the seller to concede on points. So I will definitely recommend, and I think my agent might recommend them as well. All in all, Michael Craycraft = Awesome Inspector GreenWorks office staff = Amazing and friendly Definitely consider them for your home inspection.

The inspector, Michael, did an amazing job! He was very thorough and explained everything to us at the end. His report was long, detailed and contained an exceptional amount of information that helped us know exactly what we were getting with the house. How do I know he did an amazing job? About a month earlier another couple looking to buy the house had it inspected by someone else. They ended up walking away from the house because of funding issues, but my realtor has access to the inspection report. I haven't seen theirs, but I do know GreenWorks found a number of things that the previous company did not, including several major safety concerns that are easy fixes, but can only be fixed if someone alerts you to them. I definitely recommend these folks and I know my realtor has been recommending them as well.

The inspector arrived at the appropriate time and went right to work. The detailed report was ready a day or so later.

The whole experience went so smoothly. Michael was punctual (early actually), was very professional, friendly and thorough. After he completed the inspection, he went over all the details with us and answered all the questions we had. We received a digital report of all findings with pictures and detailed explanations the next day. I would definitely use Greenworks again and would highly recommend them.h

The inspector arrived early and worked for about three hours. He sent the report by email the next day. The report was very thorough. The inspector found several items that the builder needed to fix.

She was very nice and helpful and gave professional advice. Her report was very detailed.

I wasn't onsite for the inspection but the saleswoman was courteous, and knowledgeable. I only had 1 minor issue; i never received my confirmation text/call to confirm the date and time of the inspection. I wasnt upset because the home was empty and there was no inconvenience for me.
