They did a great job. Would highly recommend to anyone. The walls look great and they helped me with some misc. projects I could not do myself. Planning on using them for another job in the fall.

Was punctual, work was done very professionally and properly cleaned up. Chris made sure I was happy before I left. It was a no drama process and liked the fact that the guy I spoke with on the phone is the guy that came to do the work. I plan on having him out again very soon if his schedule permits.

It went very well. He came in repaired the cracks in the drywall, reminded me to wait to paint it until it was completely dry, clean up the mess and left. It all went very smoothly.

Chris sent his partner Don who arrived promptly at the preset time. Don worked very quickly and efficiently and clearly answered all my questions. I was amazed at the quality and quantity of his work. I plan on calling on him again in the future for our next project.

We have worked with Drywall Repair Specialists in 2 homes over the past 10 years, ironically we were not aware that we utilized Chris 10 years ago and connected the dots through conversation. We are very pleased with the high quality work and will request that Chris work on future projects. You get what you pay for, we are pleased.

I am so pleased to get such quality service at a reasonable price. Chris and his co-worker, Dan, have come out 3 times in the past week and a half. I kept finding more work for them to do. Each time I have been impressed with the matching of new texture to existing texture and also the spraying of new texture in one of our secondary bathrooms. With the secondary bath, they sprayed new texture after I had removed some old wallpaper. They truly did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future.

Chris was very friendly when I called and immediately said he could help me out even though the job was very small 2 other drywall folks blew me off saying the had $750/$300 minimums but Chris was happy to help. We setup a time of 9am the next day and Chris arrived on time. Chris listened to my concerns about the quality of the repair as the spot was in a very noticeable spot in the bathroom and promised to do his best. He also went a further step and remounted the towel rack fixture himself which was a nice plus for me. I had thought I had paint to repaint with the same color but unfortunately the paint was way too old and couldn't be used. Chris helped me identify the paint and even told me where I could get the same paint from the manufacturer so I wouldn't need to "mix" the color. The 2nd job I asked Chris about I had not mentioned when I setup the appointment but since it was a pretty small job Chris said he would get the work done immediately. The quality of his work was amazingI admit I was concerned because my wall has a very specific texture but Chris' work matched it perfectly from all I could see. He also made great efforts to cover and protect my walls/floors/etc from damage from paint and tools. After Chris was even done I asked him about a couple other issues and Chris made suggestions of how I could fix it myself very easily which I appreciated rather than just giving me a quote to fix it. If I should have any other drywall issues I will be sure to call Chris as he has my complete trust to get the job done, quickly, correctly and professionally. Total cost was $80 and it was a VERY reasonable price. Thanks Chris!

Chris sent his father, Dan, to the house where he estimated the work would take approximately 8 hours. Dan brought in materials and protected the areas to work. Because of the humidity, he had to stop work early to allow all of the patching to dry overnight but came back promptly the next day to complete the work with four different textures to match the surrounding areas he repaired. Added up to 8 hours total with great results! We're calling back Dan to just texture some walls because of his great work.

I had originally scheduled Chris to come out on what ended up being a rain soaked day in late March. He came out to look at drywall that needed to be put back in the crawlspace above my shower that was removed for upstairs neighbor's plumbing repairs. He told me what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and we rescheduled for a later day in May. Chris confirmed the appointment the day before and his guy showed promptly at 9am as scheduled. He taped off the entire shower area and proceeded to get to work, cutting out the drywall in my shower to get to the area where the drywall needed to be replaced in the crawlspace above. After about 5 hours the job was complete. I was able to see the replaced drywall in the crawlspace when he was done. The drywall that was removed above the shower to access where repairs were need in the crawlspace was much better done than the previous job someone else did. I would use them again.

Chris showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He had an assistant show up later. Both workers were very neat and orderly (ensured they covered all adjacent areas with plastic to protect from dust. Also laid canvas down to protect the flooring. Very methodical work with excellent results. Textured work matched existing texture perfectly.

If Angie's List would allow me to rate an A+, I would. I called Drywall Repair Specialists to fix all of the aforementioned issues. Response from Chris was fast, cordial and very professional. Based on the Angie's List reviews, I had a feeling that this was a company that cared about doing quality work and people that actually took pride in their profession and skill. The positive reviews are 100% correct in my experience. The work took place over 2 consecutive days. Chris and Dan worked continuously throughout both days and the result is fantastic. The drywall texture matches perfectly, you can't even tell that there was any damage at all. If you want quality from folks who take their profession seriously, and do things the right way (no corners cut), go with Drywall Repair Specialists. I'm going to be doing a bathroom remodel soon, and overall popcorn removal a little later, and Drywall Repair Specialists are top on my list for those jobs as well.

I contacted Chris on a Monday and he had someone out here on Wednesday. Job completed on Thursday (needed to let dry wall mud set before texturing). We will definitely utilize Chris and Dan for future work.

I was very impressed by both the quality of the dry wall repair and the professionalism of the Goldens who did the repair. They took time, were neat, and collected the debris as they want along. The repairs look excellent and with paint match, many are indistinguishable from the native dry wall. Well worth the money if you want a quality and matching repair job. Very experienced team. Highly recommended and I am glad I waited patiently for an opening in their schedule to come as it was well worth it. Thanks again.

Chris was really good! His prices were great and the quality of work was excellent. Especially since he had to replace 2 layers of drywall that were sandwiched together. At the time I was pleased with the job. It wasn't until later when I had other people do drywall as part of another job that I recognized how good Chris's work really was. In the future I will always try to use Chris for drywall work. His skill and prices are hard to beat!

The work went very well. Very straightforward, professional, and provided a very high level of craftsmanship in the work.

I believe that SGP subcontracted the job to Dan Golden, at least, the invoice had just his name on it. He did an outstanding job with the repairs, better than I would have thought possible. The job had a bigger scope than he first thought and he kept us informed of how much more work he was doing and got our approval for the increased cost. He initially showed up at the agreed upon time and worked steadily for almost four days until the work was done.

The guy that ended up coming up did a very good job.

I like the owner’s integrity! When he first came out the plumbing had made a not done a proper installation. Chris pointed it out and said he would come back after the plumber had fixed the error. Chris wanted to do a quaintly job and would not take my money and leave me with some poor patch work. After the issue was fixed Chris did a high quality job. It is nice to find contractors that take pride in their work and are not just out to make a buck. Drywall Repair Specialists is the company I will turn to the next time I need drywall work.

Tape was added on top of other drywall tape on the ceiling, making a hump area. The work was performed slowly, and I had expected a quicker pace for $60 per hour. I had expected to pay Drywall Repair Specialists for one day's work, and see how that went. Three hours was enough time to know that the results were not going to be optimal.

These gentlemen do excellent work! I used them 7 years ago and will not use anyone else! They were reasonable, did the work in a timely manner and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I used this company today for drywall repair around a light fixture in one room, and repair of a stress crack in the ceiling of another room. The man who did the repair arrived on time, and was friendly, quick and neat. I also thought the price was quite reasonable. I'm perfectly happy with the job that was done and will most likely be using them again for future work.
