I've used them for a couple months now and am very impressed. Communicating with them and booking was easy. They send the same person/team every time and upon your first booking they will email you a photo of who to expect to come clean. The first cleaning took longer and was more expensive but my house was dirty! Since then they have been coming bi-weekly to clean. The house feels and smells good (no strong chemical smell) when Sandra, my Gmaid, leaves. They have a 24 hour guarantee so if you see something they missed, give them a call and they come back out to correct it. Needless to say I haven't had to call them back out. This last week my kids failed to tidy up a couple rooms prior to Sandra coming, so I closed the doors and told her not to worry about those rooms. Since she wasn't using her time to clean those 2 rooms, she went ahead and cleaned the top of my fridge, cleaned out my oven, cleaned my living room windows and swept all the pet hair from under my sectional couch and ottoman! All things that are not usually bi-weekly cleaning tasks.

The service is extremely efficient and professional. They use all natural cleaning products that are safe for kids and pets. The house looks great when I get home in the afternoon. Truly excellent service provider, I will continue using them monthly!

Getting a quote was quick, so was an appointment for bi-weekly cleaning for an 1800sqft house right in the busy holiday season. The first experience was amazing, it was all cleaned, even high ceiling fans and blinds, and it is always the same team. Changes in appointments are handled in a timely manner, and the team has kept the same high standard from the start, and is always in a good mood and friendly. No problems with our cat being there either when the cleaning ladies come, and I am usually at work. I have absolute trust in them, and have been very satisfied with the services provided since.

Gmaids are wonderful. They do a super thorough cleaning job. They deliver awesomeness exactly as they promise! Gmaids send the same two people every week so they know what I expect. They are responsive and always check to be sure I am happy with the work. They will come back and re-clean anything they miss. They have been very good at working with my schedule. They bring their own supplies, but will use the products that I have if I ask them. I have been very happy with their services. They clean the whole house and change the linens. We have 4 pets and a toddler, so there is a lot to clean.

Absolutely the best maid service ever! Love the concept of the company - less impact on the environment and the top notch professionals who arrived to clean myhouse. Two weeks later and myhouse is still dust free - that's how thorough theywere. Will continue to use them forever!!

I was pleased with them. They are a little bit more expensive, but we didn’t feel we needed to fumigate our home after they cleaned.

They do a good job, are always pleasant, if there is an issue they are very good at communicating with me.

I am pregnant and due any day now. I only use organic non-chemical cleaning products in my home and wasn't sure if there was a cleaning service out there that did that. When I found Gmaids I was still skeptical. I am what my friends call a clean/germ freak and have never hired cleaners before because I didn't think they could ever do as good of a job as I could do on my own. I was so wrong! I scheduled Gmaids to come in and do a good deep cleaning, window blinds and all. They showed up on time and stayed approx 3 hours which was what I had budgeted for. They worked non-stop and when they were done the house smelled great, looked great and I couldn't be happier. I hope to have them come back once a month to keep those window blinds and baseboards up for me once the baby arrives! I highly recommend their services!!!!

I have been using their service for the past 4 years. They call themselves green maids as they use organic, they use chemicals that don't cause problems which is what I wanted. They try to keep the same cleaners coming back so you know who is doing the work and not an anonymous team all the time. They use organic cleaners and they are professional cleaners. They know what they are doing. They do a great job. They are great, organic and dependable. I think the price they charge is fairly good for what they do.

Good- they have provided a great service even though they are expensive.

I was happy they were so accommodating. They were late, but they did squeeze me in at the last minute (so I was understanding). Overall experience was great. I am going to use them again and hope that the service is just as great as the first cleaning. I don't think our house has been this clean before.

They did a very good job. They were very friendly and courteous. I like that they are eco-friendly. They were extremely trustworthy and very professional.

It was a superficial cleaning, compared to work I've had done, in the past. Other workers hustle to get the job done, and work up a sweat, unlike this couple. When they told me that they were done, I noticed that the bar mirror wasn't cleaned, as well as the mirror wall in the dining room, which they proceeded to clean, at an extra charge. They worked on these two areas together, one cleaning, and one supervising, but I paid $30 an hour for each worker. When my sister arrived, she noticed smudges and paint specks on the dining room mirror wall, which she cleaned before our big Father's Day party; she couldn't believe that I had paid to have that wall cleaned.

The areas that the cleaned they did excellent! My concern came from the fact that when they arrived they asked what was important to me to have accomplished. This was my list in order: clean 3 full bathrooms, mop floors, wipe blinds, and then vacuum. I explained that I wanted to keep all the cleaning to within 2 hours because you are charged per person per hour. One spent over an hour cleaning the kitchen and the other worked upstairs on the vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the 2 bathrooms. At 2.5 hours, they came to me and said that this was a good stopping point because they had already cleaned past 2 hours. They partially mopped the downstairs and were never able to clean the other bathroom and didn't wipe any of the downstairs blinds. I just felt that they should have followed my list first and then continued with how they normally clean. All this being said, they were incredibly professional, polite, and very thorough on the areas they did finish! I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

BioClean cleans my house once a week. They are very reliable and do a nice job each week. Juan, the owner, communicates with me each week about the service and asks if I was happy with the job. They provide all cleaning products, which are environmentally friendly. I have used other franchise cleaning services in the past. BioClean does a better job, feels more personal, and is more reasonably priced than other services I have used. I highly recommend their work.
