Globe did the inspection when I bought my home. They did all the repairs they had suggested. They were efficient and did their work well. Their prices are reasonable. Don runs a great company and provides quality service. He keeps you informed about the work required and the schedule to be followed. The electrician and helper he sent over knew exactly what to do. There were no surprises when they got there or on my final bill.

I made an appointment three days in advance for an electrician to come to my home to do several jobs. Making the appointment itself took a long time as Don wanted specific information on the fixture in order to bring the correct bulb/tubes. (I had to get a ladder, dismantle the front the fixture, get a magnifying glass to read the information on the fluorescent tube.) The electrician was supposed to arrive at noon. By 1:30, he had not and had not called. I called Globe and left a message with my concern. By 2:10 (more than two hours after an electrician was supposed to arrive), I called again, left a message asking Globe to call me back in 10 minutes. Never heard from them. A wasted afternoon!

Our apologizes for your negative thoughts. However we feel it is important in order to be more efficient to ask the clients the type, length, color, and even kind of bulb desired to be replaced. There are 1000s of different bulbs on the market and it is absolutely impossible to carry all these on the service trucks. I was unaware that the fixture needed to be taken apart or that in order to know what kind of bulb it was or you would need a ladder. We would never ask any client to do such a thing. We could have worked around that..As far as the time, the compaintant asked for a specific time which we offered the first call which was "to early" for the compaintants liking. Other than first call we do our best to offer up time windows that we think our Tech can finish the previous job and begin heading towards the next call on the list. The next approximate time for that day was around lunch or later which was accepted The previous call took longer than expected. The Tech was to call when in route to the compaintans house. We then recieved a message that the compaintant was tired of waiting and told us not to call she would find someone else which is the reason we did not call back. We strive for perfection and communication and I or Greg (my son) field every call personally to serve you better. We were at the time frame that it was time for a phone call to the client with a update on our techs arrival. Before we made the call we recieved a message not to send anyone so we respected her wishes.We apologize for any inconvenience. Please take into account that the service trades have a hard time scheduling a specific time of day to the minute after the first call.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE JOB AND SPENT A LONG TIME DOING IT. THEY WERE NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND MY ELECTRICITY SEEMS TO BE VERY GOOD.
