Description of Work: Mr. Townsend replaced the timer on my washing machine. My washer is working fine.

Description of Work: After a lightning storm, Our fridge stopped working. Called Glen, he was willing to come on over on a Sunday but walked me through possible solutions on the phone and one of them worked. Glen is a gentleman and honest and even though we didn't technically pay for a service, he deserves a great review.

Description of Work: Mr. Townsend came out and looked at a refrigerator that I was having trouble with and instantly told me it was not worth saving and that I had been took when I purchased it less than 2 months before.

Description of Work: Communication was 3 way between son, father and myself. Son, who did the work, was not prompt in returning calls or being at house when he said he would. Even though I gave model number to father, once son was at house, he said he needed to study diagram of dishwasher at home before working on it. He had the model number for 5 days. Work was not completed until 2 weeks after I initially called.

Description of Work: Glen basically just defrosted my refrigerator (we couldn't tell it was froze up cause it wasn't in the freezer) and then cleaned up the coils and got us back running. He fixed 2 refrigerators for us. Same problem with both. We needed no new parts. I will use him again if need be.

Description of Work: The site says 35 dollars for Diagnostics, comes and doesn't open the appliance (cook top) and takes 40 dollars. He didn't even do proper diagnostics

Description of Work: The appointment process was challenging. Father takes the calls for son. Son is not good about calling back. Father keeps calling to see if son called to set the appt. they scratched my wood floor when moving refrigerator. The problem with the fridge was corrected temporarily but is not working again.

Description of Work: He checked out our washing machine. It was leaking water when running. He said it was a plumbing problem. He was right.

Description of Work: The came out and repaired my ice make which was not making ice and was leaking. He arrived on time and fixed it very quickly

Description of Work: They replaced the drain pump on our LG front loading washer. Glenn Jr. did the work. He was professional, did a great job, and best of all came the same day we called.
