Description of Work: Contacted Glenn to get ideas on what appliances to look at. Responded right away. Was very knowledgeable about washers/dryers and refrigerators. Gave great ideas of what to look for. Would certainly use if needed to repair appliances. Very good experience.

Description of Work: I assumed i spoke with Glenn and i didnt find him curt at all, he just gets right to the point. He walked me through checking out my sub-zero (even though he doesnt repair the compressors in them , which was my issue) and helped me figure out the problem. He didnt waste his nor my time by sending someone out. didnt charge me even though we spent 15 mins on the phone troubleshooting. He told me what i needed and some avenues to check for the parts/repair and what to watch out for as far as warranties etc. he was great and i wish he could have been the one to do the repair.

Description of Work: Oven repair. My oven was not preheating to proper temperature. I was told it was either the probe or control panel. The probe was replaced. However, we were unsure if the problem was fixed. I had a thermometer but it was not registering correctly, and Glen did not have a thermometer on him. So, I had to go and buy a thermometer to double check temperature. The son, glen, came to do the repair vs his Father. And, according to him, has only had 1 year experience. The Dad seemed to be the experienced one. He was very nice, but I do not have confidence in the amount of experience he has. Or if the repair is complete. It is now several months later, and the oven is still not working properly.

Description of Work: Glenn was wonderful. Came within an hour of my call. Diagnosed problem immediately and was finished in 30 minutes. Will never use anyone else!

Description of Work: Our refrigerator temporarily stopped working. We called Glenn and described the problem. He arrived first thing Monday morning, and inspected the refrigerator coils, compressor and electronics.

Description of Work: Glen was able to quickly repair two dish washers. Each dish washer had an issue with the springs that control the door.

Description of Work: Washer was fixed, dryer was fixed and the dishwasher was repaired.
