+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with GFB Plumbing for Saturday 9/7/19 at 10:30am. When I called at 11am to confirm status of the service call I was told "we don't have the part". When I asked "how does a plumber not have a wax ring for a toilet in stock?" I was told "we can't do the work today, have a nice day" and hung up on. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of my wasted Saturday morning and no attempt to reschedule. Avoid doing business with GFB plumbing.

+ -1 moreAt times it was hard to get a hold of the owner and the project seemed to drag on - In their defense, they were very busy doing emergency work for Home Depot. I was pleased with the outcome and no longer get water in part of the house when it rains.
