Description of Work: They were the first to respond to my time schedule & was I glad they did (Because the cracks started to speed up.....in this room & that room...It was pretty scary). They came out when they said they were going to & did the work when they said it would be done & finished on schedule. They were very professional & very funny (When I started to take a picture of 1 down in a hole, digging to put a pier in, he motioned for me to wait a minute while he prettied his hair by slicking it back). There were no suprises or gimmicks & I was amazed that most of the cracks in the floor & house closed on their own just like they had told me they would. I was beyond amazed that they could do such a wonderful job to something that was a nightmare to us. It was like a miracle (What a relief!). Of course I would never want to have to have foundation repair again, but if I did I would not have anyone else out but them!!! And their lifetime transferable warranty was a Blessing of care for our future & to be able to have it honored if we decided to sell our house & have it as an assurance to the new owners. I wish I could send a picture of the worker it is so funny! I wondered how in the world could he be able to stand in a hole so tiny & deep & dig that dirt out. I must say I was RELIEVED at the price. I figured it would have costed way more!!! The person that came out to assess & do the measuring of the damage & what all needed to be done, was thorough & I felt very safe to have him in our home & to do business with them!

Description of Work: I had no serious problems with this company from start to finish. They were punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They educated me along the way. There is only one comment I would like to make that really kind of bothered me...I don't like when service men spit on my lawn, because guess who walks around on that lawn barefoot. And I don't mind laughing and enjoying time together when you work, but one guy's laugh was extremely loud and annoying and made it hard to study inside. But I would definitely use these guys again, but I would request no spitting on the lawn, or extreme noise if these two things would bother you also.
