Our house was renovated a few months ago from top to bottom so we were extremely freaked out when we started seeing cracks appear in the ceiling and at first thought maybe it was just something wrong with the paint job. After looking around we started seeing cracks in the walls and now the drive way. Nothing is very big just small thin annoying lines. Robert came out to do an inspection and concluded that we are having some settling issues and nothing too serious at this point and gave us a few fairly inexpensive ideas on how to keep us from having a major problem. He took his time and really explained things to us. Keep in mind that at this point he had done his measurements and knew he wasn't going to get any money from us but he still took his time to explain everything to us. Very Informative, Positive Experience!

I am in the process of buying a house the previous owner had foundation repair in the past. They gave me a complete review of the property and determined no further repairs were needed. Did not try to sell me addition work

They seemed to really know what they were doing and they had a good crew. They tried to keep the house very clean even though they had to go underneath it with a pier and beam. If there were issues, they responded to it and corrected whatever we didn't think was done right. They were all pretty well the same on price. They were very professional.

This company is very professional and focused on their work. They arrived on-time. They were respectful of my home and prepared all of the work areas, to avoid tracking dirt and debris on the floors. The team leader was very communicative and let me know what i could expext before the work began. They were able to raise my home gradually. He was very knowledgeable and willing to report conditions of the soil, wood, and ventilation, underneath my home. The job was completed within a reasonable time frame. The crew did a great job of cleaning up debris and work areas. At first, I felt the estimate was a little high, but I felt confident in their presentation and reputation. I was very happy about their willingness to price out an extended warranty within my package. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt, polite, and very professional. The crew took extra care to not disturb my landscaping as much as possible and cleaned up my yard and even the street in front of my house when they were done. I was especially impressed with the crew chief David and his professionalism. Answered all my questions and explained exactly what they were doing. I would use this company again.

Unfortunately, when drilling the holes for the foundation repair, the company nicked our internet cable. However, they were very accommodating in getting it fixed and paid for the repair.

I contacted them after finding out they had worked on a property I was looking at buying. There was a title problem, so I did not end up buying that property. But, I was impressed with the quick way my phone call was returned, the discussion of that property and the suggestions and solutions offered by Geo-Tech. I spoke with them twice and would definately have them on my bid list for a property in the future.

We had a Keystone retaining wall installed about 7 years ago by another company that evidently did not install and drain it properly. The 4 x 70 ft wall was leaning a lot. We contacted Geo-Tech to give us an estimate on rebuilding the wall. From the estimate to the completion of the project we were pleased with the professionalism and skill with which Geo-Tech staff performed their job. They used the existing Keystone blocks and were very careful in the removal of the blocks and cap stones, which resulted in no blocks that were not usable in the rebuild. The wall looks better than when it was first installed and now, thanks to the engineering expertise of Geo-Tech, it has been installed to drain properly and completely which should keep it from leaning in the future. We are very pleased with the result. The work site was left in good shape each day and the landscape was returned to pre-work condition. We would highly recommend Geo-Tech.

They were not very professional and their pricing was more expensive than others I received a quote from.

He installed some piping to have some drainage to the street. Everything looks really good.

When I first used Geo-Tech I was helped by a man named Tracy, he and my contractor had been working together and stole quite a bit of money from me. I had origionally paid Tracy and my contractor about $5,000, the men came out and since the work was on my foundation I had no idea that the work was not done at all. So a few months passed and my contractor said that I still owed him $500 to pay Geo-Tech. I was worried because I had gotten a warranty in the mail that said all money owed must be paid within 30 days to have the warranty. I got worried and called Geo-Tech directly, not the Tracy who had been the lead on the GeoTech team. They said I did not owe them any money at all. I got really confused and realized that my contractor was stealing month from me. After the summer drought I called GeoTech out for a warranty readjustment. It was at this point I was told that there was hardly any work done on my foundation at all. That the man, Tracy who worked on it had advised the GeoTech workers to only do the front portion of my home and said they should not bother doing a lot of things that were very important to do. so...GeoTech Gets an A because they fired Tracy, way before I got them back out, fixed my foundation and did all the work Tracy said to avoid. they really stepped up and did not charge me anything to fix everything that Tracy had told teh others to avoid. they are a good company and they stand by their word.

The landscape was removed which was necessary, but was put back as if nothing was moved, it was a seem less process. They cleaned up the dirt around and the crew was cautious to keep a neat yard when completed. Because my home is located fairly close to the entrance of the neighborhood, being done within 2 days from start to finish was a great.

I have an old pier and beam home in the mid-cities, the floor was warped and had cracks in the walls. Much of the wood was rotted from a plumbing leak we had a few years ago. My husband received four estimates and Geo Tech was by far the most informative. They came and replaced all the rotted wood and almost completely leveled the floor. It feels like a new house! We have recommended them to our friends and highly recommend them to anyone else.
