Description of Work: I called Frymire after seeing favorable reviews on angies list. One of our air conditioners was overflowing from the drip pan. Frymire had cleaned 2 drip pans a couple of weeks prior to this. I called them again. They unclogged a drain in the bathroom that was causing unit to not drain. He gave me an estimate of $1575 to fix all 3 units by re doing the PVC to drain properly. I called our original inspector and they gave me the name of their HVAC man. He came out and did the work for $150. I should mention Frymire did clean out the drip pans and unclogged the drain. They were professional and showed up in a timely manner. The cost of these 3 visits was approx. $450. But I can't give a good review based on those visits after the outrageous $1575 estimate

Description of Work: Doug was amazing to work with. He bent over backward to get me help quickly, bid the project out at a great price, and help me keep my team happy. I will continue to work with him as a primary vendor for Dallas HVAC in the future.

Description of Work: My AC units are not cooling properly, so I had them come out and look at them. Unfortunately, the units are in a precarious roof location, and the technician was not comfortable reaching them. As a result, they did not charge me anything (not even the trip charge). They were punctual, very courteous, and made sure to keep the house clean as they walked around. Even though they did not perform their work, they were honest and respectful.

Description of Work: I've been using Frymire for years. They are very polite, always professional, do an excellent job both in any service, repairs, and recently in installation of AC/Heat units. They are very neat, thorough, even wear foot covers, and always clean up after themselves. My only complaint is that their trip charge seem a little high ( $89), and this was not deducted from the cost of my new Trane AC/Heat unit. Otherwise, all else has been excellent and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Called in Frymire to correct a problem with our newly installed shower. The shower head failed to deliver an adequate flow of water. Frymire technician quickly identified two problems: the valve was installed incorrectly (would only turn about 45 degrees) and there was a lubricant? in the shower head blocking water flow. After fixing these issues the hot water flow knocks you down if you turn it on all the way.

Description of Work: Purchased 2 Daikin HVAC systems from Tony, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had 4 other bids and felt that this was the best value ~ not the cheapest, not the highest price, but fair. |We were pleased that they were prompt, professional and efficient in changing out our old systems which used freon to these new systems which use R14. Although we have only had them for 1 week, we have had an opportunity to use both heat and air and are very pleased. We'll use Frymire again. |

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $135 for Main Line Sewer Cleaning OR Any Other Drain with a FREE Video Inspection. The service went well. They came out on a weekend so they were not able to honor the deal; I paid extra for the service.

Description of Work: Company personnel were very nice, will keep them in mind should I need plumbing services. It just so happened that I was able to fix my plumbing issue before my appointment date with Frymire's (all that was required was that a screw be tightened on a fixture). I would call Frymire's again should I need plumbing services. As I can't remember the last time we used a plumber, it didn't make sense to keep the voucher. There were highly rated on Angie's List and my limited contact with them was pleasant, even when I needed to cancel my appointment. Thank you.
