Since 1950, Frymire has been taking care of Dallas and Fort Worth when most residents had hooves. At Frymire Home Services is more than simply a standard HVAC and plumbing company. While other companies specialize in one area and do an adequate job at the rest, our service professionals are trained and updated on all aspects and applications of cooling and heating services, indoor air quality solutions, and comprehensive plumbing services from whole house repiping and gas piping to water filtration and water heater services. So poorly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: We had a service plan with Frymire. We paid promptly and without fail on a monthly basis. On the Friday before we were due to have a "tune up" performed on the system (a few days later on that Monday), one of their employees called to say that they had gone out of business. We had already made our monthly service plan payment but were out that money. Suddenly, and without much warning, we were left without a service provider for an A/C unit that is under warranty and must be handled by an AUTHORIZED warranty repair facility. No alternatives were provided for service options. Professional? Reliable? I wouldn't say so. A company that leaves not only its customers but its employees high and dry like this...days before Christmas, no less...is not trustworthy, in my opinion! I am not sure if Earthwise is Frymire reincarnated/back in business or not, but my trust is broken. Either way, I am finding another authorized warranty facility. Better safe than sorry!
