Frymire was able to fix the unit. They are fairly reliable. We have had them out 3 or 4 times since we moved in last August. We have had positive experiences. They tend to be more expensive. We went with them for peace of mind versus getting the cheapest job done. They are a fairly large service company so they have a lot of electricians and plumbers. If there was ever a problem we could call them back out and theta would never be a problem.

Over all it was a pleasant experience

They knew I was going to be a new customer and I signed a 24/7 maintenance contract. I like that they came on the day that I called them.

The service was excellent. They were the only one who suggested replacing the 30-year-old duct work in addition to the unit. Their price to do both the jobs was not any more than any other bid that we got to just replace the unit. They were very organized and very professional.

They were responsive and professional. I would use them again.

Worked with other companies to try and resolve an issue for which they never could fix which cost me tons of money each year calling people back out on the same problem. Frymire came in once and figured it out immediately. That was last year. Since then our air went out and we took advantage of the tax rebate and replace both air and heat. While they are a little more money, it is cheaper in the long run to have something done right the first time. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well! They have my business for life.

On the first day, Toby, came out and diagnosed the problems. He said that Frymire installed the HVAC and therefore they were still under warranty. He ordered the parts and about 10 days later, Jose, came to install them. He arrived on time and completed the installment in about 1 to 1.5 hours.

They are a pretty big outfit and they are pretty good. The price isn?t bad at all. Each summer is a different guy but they are always clean-cut, courteous, and they are on time all of the time.

We have been happy with them. They have a maintenance agreement and by doing that you get a discount on services, parts and if you have a problem with your heating or air-conditioning unit, they will come out right away. They installed the system when our house was built and also had them replace one air-conditioner. Whenever we have had a problem, they have been here within 4 hours and we have had an air-conditioner go out in summer. They have the same service technician and repair man, so we have gotten to know them as well too and they have always had really good employees.

The sales person arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and, unlike other contractors who gave us bids, he gave us several different options on brands and effeciencies. We decided on a 16 SEER Amana unit which is amazing. It is quiet and removes the humidity so well that my daughters complain of being cold if the temp is less than 78 degrees. And, I can't even hear the unit run from downstairs.

They double checked my attic to see what a noise was for 40 minutes and didn't charge me for that. They are prompt, courteous and I am very pleased with their service.

They are knowledgeable and on time. They are pleasant, professional and know what they are doing.

This was the 1st time that I had used them, he took off his when he came, and he was very polite.

They are good workers. They are knowledgeable and we use them all the time when our furnace needs looked at. They are respectful clean workers that they send out and they always do a good job. We never had any problems with the work that they have done.

Purchased a house that had a Frymire service contract. Upon move-in (August,) the AC did not appear to be working. A Frymire representative came out promptly, and diagnosed the problem as a bad downstairs zone thermostat. He also adjusted the vents and explained how to get the most out of the zone control. He gave me the option to replace the thermostat, but based on our discussion (I'm comfortable performing minor home repair) he recommended replacing the thermostat myself.

THEY DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM WITH INSUFFICIENT RETURN AIR DUCTING FOR THE HAVOC UNIT. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK A FEW MONTHS, AND MANY CALLS, BUT EVENTUALLY THEY CORRECTED IT FOR FREE, BECAUSE THEY HAD APPARENTLY INSTALLED THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM INCORRECTLY 7 YEARS EARLIER. THE ENGINEERS WERE FRIENDLY, BUT VERY RESISTANT TO ADMITTING THERE WAS A PROBLEM, THEN PROPOSED A SUB-STANDARD SOLUTION. THE SERVICE TECH DID A GOOD JOB, BUT WAS NOT FRIENDLY, AND WAS RUDE WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK THE STATIC PRESSURE TO VERIFY THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CAME OUT AND LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED. THEY WENT INTO THE ATTIC AND FIGURED OUT THAT MY DUCT WORK WAS NOT AS EFFICIENT AS IT COULD BE. THEY RE-ROUTED SEVERAL OF THE DUCTS WHICH MADE THE AC COOL MUCH BETTER.

I CALLED ON SATURDAY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TUESDAY BETWEEN 9 AND 11 AM. I CALLED ON TUESDAY AT 11:30...THEY COULD FIND NO RECORD OF MY CALL...SENT SOMEONE OUT ABOUT 1-1/2 HOURS LATER. NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXCESSIVE PRICES AND FUMBLED SCHEDULING.

FRYMIRE SERVICES MAINTAIN THE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING UNITS OF OUR RESIDENCE. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY MAKE SURE THE UNITS RUN EFFICIENTLY. THEY PROVIDE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE WELL TRAINED.

THEY CAME OUT TWICE, BUT 6 MONTHS LATTER I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS ABOUT AVERAGE (TWO DAYS).

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE CALL AND WERE FAST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THE REPAIRER WAS NICE BUT WAS A LITTLE MESSY. TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE JOB DONE AND HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB FIXING OUR UNIT.
