When we called to set up the appointment, the person answering the phone was always nice, and seemed to try to accomodate our schedules to the best of their ability. The technicians were both punctual, and professional They researched to see if any parts were under warranty, lucky for us! We were able to save hundreds of dollars! They both worked quickly, and were nice when I had a lot of questions - as a first time home buyer - some of these repairs can be new to us. I felt that everyone was honest, and they did a great job on the repairs. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family, and will call again - hopefully we don't have to call very soon. :)

They are fast at what they do. They are out as soon as they can be. They are always on time and ready to work.

Completely checked out system from inside to out and cleaned relevant areas.

I was surprised by the price. He was here for over an hour and did a great job. The service technician was great and I will gladly use their services again in the future.

Ken from Frymire called before he came and arrived right on time. Very nice, soft-spoken man. I told him we weren't really having any issues except my last electric bill was higher than the same time the year before and it hadn't been as hot. (This is Texas so I expect my AC to only cool about 20 degrees cooler than outside.) Ken thoroughly checked the inside and outside units. He indicated the inside unit itself was pretty old, but could tell there were some newer parts and didn't see any need for anything. On the outside unit freon level was good, compressor good, but we needed a new capacitor. Considering the age of the unit, I agreed to the replacement. He had one on his truck and was done within minutes. My next electric bill was considerably lower than the same time last year so I assume the capacitor helped with that. Ken was very professional. I was very happy with the service.

Technician explained problem and suggested a temporary solution while I got bids for replacing unit. Unfortunately, Frymire was not low bidder. I would, however, use this company again. They gave good service on time at a fair price.

Showed up promptly and serviced both units as expected. Provided me information on possible future repairs.

Very professional technician took the time to walk my wife through all of the details of maintenance performed. Great experience.

Alfred was very puntual and right on time. He did a great job and took his time to perform the job. Did a thorough check of my air conditioners and checked everything. I highly recommed the services performed by Frymire and will definitely use them again. 2

Checked both AC units and added a total of 3 pounds of Freon. Also sold me6 month filters for both units.

The technician was prompt for his appointment. He looked over everything from the thermostat, filter, and unit both inside and out. My home is only 5 years old, so I anticipated no major problems -- and I was relieved to learn that indeed there were no major problems. Yet the technician took time to show me what I could do the maximize keeping my AC in good working order. I was especially pleased that there was no attempt to sell me a service contract or other services that I did not need. When I need an AC service call, Frymire will be the one I contact. I was impressed by their integrity and professionalism.

I think I called the office on May 31st to set up the appointment for June 7th. The technician called and arrived during the service window. Technician was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

I think that it went well. The told me of a couple of issues that were not show stoppers.

They were very punctual when coming to the home to discuss what we needed and costs. They discussed alternative brands and efficiencies. We did not feel that we were pushed into a particular brand or more efficient (read: expensive) unit. They made an appointment for install and arrived early and were finished before their estimated completion time - both times. They laid down tarps throughout the house so there was no tracking throughout the house. They also wore shoe covers whenever they walked on the carpet. They instructed me on how to set the thermostat and made sure the unit was working to my satisfaction before they left. They have made follow-up calls and returned at 6 months to reservice the unit.

He did try to upsell me into a service contract that I declined.

Their maintenance checks were good and helpful. The most I have ever spent with them was $127, which I felt was fair.

They did not make the appoinntment that was first set, but were very aplogetic. They rescheudled very quickly and did a great job

For the main sewage line. Noted to have backup in the toilets in the bathroom over thankgiving. Called Fryemire and they were able to come out promptly to fix it without any issues. I used them instead of using my home warranty because I could count ton them being able to come out when I called and not schedule an appointment in 3 days. For the air conditioning. Their workers were always out promptly when called for an outage or in a reasonable time frame for no emergent calls. They were quick to diagnose issues and get them fixed. When our coils went out their price was about 40% more than the other quotes so we wound up using another company for that, but would recommend Fryemire.

They did an ok job. I had to ask a lot of questions and I think the guy they sent out might have been new. It was good overall.

They did what they were supposed to do. We were satisfied, and they did a good job.

Mike from Frymire Services called me the morning of service to let me know when he would be at my home. He arrived on time (between 0800 & 0900), showed me his ID, and was very courteous. He put shoe covers on before stepping onto the carpet and again after returning from the backyard for the A/C inspection. He did a very good job. Arrived at my home at 0805 and left at 0840, giving me ample time to get to work.

They were very professional. They did a great job.

he was very through and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. He cleared a clogged line, flushed them with clorox and water. Just as my husband used to do.He covered his shoes so he would not mess up my carpet and was very professional.
