Jeff arrived promptly at our house, and diagnosed the problem with our heating system. He had it up and running in no time. He ordered a new part that we need and will return and install it when the part comes in.

I called and scheduled a service call for the very next week. The Frymire representative arrived on time (even calling to give me a better idea of when he would arrive) and was pleasant and professional. After checking the unit, he told me everything in my unit was working fine, however, I needed 1 lb. of Freon. which he added. The price was exactly as stated in the email ($69) and my A/C worked wonderfully the whole summer. I was very pleased with their service!

the rep was here on time and spend about one hour getting the ac ready for summer. I liked that he put booties over his shoes when he stepped into the house.

Excellent service provided over two days by Frymire Services Tim Roszkowski who clearly and fully explained the problem and subsequently led the repair.

They were very professional, clean, neat, and explained things to me. The price was good and I think I got a more energy efficient furnace than any of the others. The guy that came out to give me the sale was very technical and could answer any of the questions I had, I would definitely recommend them!

I bought an initial access service with freon for 69.00. I bought 2 as I have 2 units. The guy shows up and almost refuse to work as I have 2 units and he had work order for 1. I had to call their office and after giving them 2 work order # & 20 min of talking the office finally authorized the work. The tech at the end told me I had too much freon on one unit and charged me 90 to take the freon out. I did authorized that as he told me my unit might break if it has too much freon. My system did break 2 months later and I called a different Company. They told me now the unit that has less freon not working . That company showed me their service charge and on that it says they don't charge to take freon out. I might be little naive on what these comapanies do. But they left a bad test with me as a whole. I bought 2 new units last week with the 2nd company I mentioned above and the whole experience was much pleasurable .

Frymire Services has performed system checks and tune-ups for two heating and air conditioning systems installed by Frymire beginning 1993. David Giron has performed this service twice a year for at least the past five years. David is competent, reliable, consistent and trustworthy. I specifically request David for these reviews. He has never pressured me regarding modifications, upgrades or unnecessary services. I trust David's judgment and appreciate his advice. Frymire is an excellent company to work with and David is an outstanding representative for Frymire.

It was very good. He gave us advice that we ought to start looking into a new AC, which I agreed with him on. It wasn’t in any way that was sale pressured in any manner. I know that their price was very competitive compared to a lot of advertisements for other companies I’ve seen.

I have used Frymire for MANY MANY years, they are an amazing company, professional, and a very quality company....I recommend them often.

They were great. They came and did a thorough inspection of it. They were here for quite a while. I was really pleased he went over everything and did it so technically. They did a very good job. I was very pleased. He came in and explained everything that they had done.

Pretty good. Seemed professional but there was a clogged AC drainage line and he was not able to clear it saying I would need a plumber but I had another AC guy come out and he did it pretty easily.

The house had been vacant the last year and system was only used minimally. In prepartion for selling the home we had the system checked and serviced. Serviceman changed the filter and added freon. Overall a good job at a reasonable price.

It went fine. The tech was only here for about half an hour. He checked the outside unit and told me everything was working fine. He said it didn't need any freon.

Everything was done in a professional and pleasant manner.

Purchased 2 $69 coupons for my two units. Alfred arrived on time and did an excellent job checking all components inside, in the attic and outside in cleaning the outside units. Was very pleased with everything!

They performed the service and two days later one of the three units serviced stopped working. I called them and they said it would take a couple of days for someone to come back out. I called someone else on Angies list and they came out that night and fixed the problem.

The office scheduled same day appointment. Kenneth called well ahead of time and arrived exactly as scheduled. Completed the work promptly, was courteous, tidy, and professional.

After their office was notified of my purchase, they called me immediately to schedule the service. This was the beginning of great customer service for both the use of the coupon, and a longer term service agreement. Both units were checked on multiple items and freon was added. Part was needed as a result of servicing unit, it was ordered and installed quickly. We purchased the coupon in order to have the system checked and serviced for the blazing hot Texas summer, having purchased the house less than a year ago. Have since signed a service agreement with Frymire as a result of great service. Highly recommend.

I called them on Friday, the day that they were suppose to come out for our appointment, several times between 12-7 and I was told every time that they were coming. I took the day off of work for them to come out, and I asked themagain every time if they were coming and they said yes every time. They called me at 7:30 to tell me they were not coming and that I had to make another appointment. I asked them if I would be first on the list for Saturday morning and they said no, they did not not come out until Saturday afternoon, after my numerous phone calls on Saturday morning to complain. They did finally come out and do the service, but the customer service was not good.

Over the years, whenever our A/C fails, it ALWAYS seems to be after 5PM or on the week-end, that is one of the reasons why we signed up for service contract with Frymire to avoid overtime charges & so we could get service after hours........ Sure enough, this time, the condensor motor failed after 5 PM, and they came out that evening , diagnosed it, and ordered the part the next morning, and installed it, the next morning.
