Thorough inspection. On time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was conscientious to keep the interior of the home clean wearing foot covering and waiting to do the exterior work until the interior was completed. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, the service has been good. Last year, I did have some issues with scheduling a repair in the summer. Every time they were scheduled to come out, they cancelled. I spoke with the manager about this, and he told me that they were scheduling all of the maintenance appointments during the summer, but he told me they?d try to re-organize their scheduling so they?d be able to get to the more important repairs during the summer done. I haven?t had any problems since!

They were overall okay to work with.

I have had a relationship with Frymire Engineering Services over 12 years and they have always performed in an excellent/professional manner. Fred Walsh, salesperson, spent over an hour with me walking me through multiple manufacturer options, performance factors and warranties. A great experience at the right price. We also discussed payback periods for the system purchased which was 6 to 7 years as energy is saved. As a Realtor I have recommended Frymire to clients also who have benefitted greatly from the Frymire experience.

The service guy was very professional. He completed the checkup and added the freon, as per the offer. He also checked-out and explained another issue I was having (hearing water running during the summer). He also provided additional tips to the point that I will now use this company for service, going forward. This was their test, and they passed.

I set up a time for them and I took a day off of work, and he was supposed to be there between 10 AM and 2 PM. I kept calling and they kept saying that he was on the way. He ended up showing up at 10PM and told me that he would have to come back, but didn't know when because they were booked. Then they tried to charge me. I told them I was not going to pay, and I was supposed to get a follow up call from them, but I never heard from them again.

done was to replace a part, which he had on hand. Cost for part and install was minute compared to AC unit! He gave me a few other suggestions and estimates but assured me the other work was not critical. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism and no hard sell tactics!

I bought for a tuneup on the condo I own with my daughter. He disappeared for over a half an hour, wasn't even by her outside unit, never looked at the condensation tray in the attic and offered no suggestion on how improve it's efficincey. Who knows what he actually did???

Frymire came out and performed an annual maintenance on our AC units. The Big deal came with a few pounds of Freon, and we had to buy extra for one of the units as it had been leaking over the past year or two. The person that came out was punctual, professional and informed us of the condition of our units. The cost of the service on the big deal was why I picked this vendor and I was amazed at the quality of the service. If we have a breakdown, or when the units need to be replaced, I'd definitely look to Frymire to do the work. As a comparison, we had another local vendor perform the year's previous maintenance. I spent more than double with them than what I spent with Frymire.

(1) Misael R. and team were excellent. They were here first thing in the morning, worked all day without lunch breaks and finished around 5ish. They cleaned up after themselves and left the attic better than they found it. The previous install was a mess. They Re-did a lot of the duct work to ensure each room was cooling/heating properly. The ducts in the attic use to be a heap of mess on the floor -- they organized and hung everything. My husband use to dread replacing the filer because it was so difficult to get to. Not anymore -- Misael made it easy to get to. My husband watched them work and they were more than happy to answer any of his questions. Each team member knew what he was doing -- they obviously have been a team for quite some time because each member knew what the other member was doing without having to ask or give direction. VERY EFFICIENT! After everything was done Misael took the time to explain everything that they had done. These guys knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them. (2) Michael R. was the plumber that removed our 13-year-old water heater and replaced it with something better. This required that he also make everything to current code. He was here all day -- until 6 or 7. We have such peace of mind knowing that if the water heater leaks it will not run into the guest room wall, but will drain into our garage. We could not be more pleased. Additionally, when he was done with his work, he gave us his cell phone number in case the inspector had any concerns/questions. The inspector did, and although it was something super minor (per the inspector -- something had shifted probably when some of the attic work was done), Michael came out that evening (around 8, after he had worked ALL DAY) to fix it. Michael asked if we had any plumbing questions since he was at our house. We told him our concerns and he either told us how to fix it ourselves or gave us possibilities of what the problem could be. This led to our request to take a camera to the pipes from our master toilet to the clearouts. (3) Our master toilet bubbles (like a blender) when we flush it. It takes about 3 flushed to get all the waste/tissue to fully disappear. Our neighbors had the same problem and it turned out their problem was tree roots. Before spending money on a new toilet, we decided it was best to eliminate tree roots as our issue. Michael took a camera drain line from our toilet to the clearouts. Totally clean, which was a relief. Our toilets are just old (20 years) and need to be replaced. A lot easier to budget than new pipes, etc. Finally, we have to mention Steve Thielen, our sales person. He was great. He had been a technician (installing HVAC systems) for Frymire for years and had just switched to sales. He really knew his stuff. He was able to answer questions like: in your 20+ years of installing and repairing HVAC systems, which would you never have in your home. He would answer every question with examples and always made sure we understood what he was saying (that it wasn't too technical). If you have Frymire come out to bid, ask for Steve. We would definitely hire Frymire again.

He added freon. He noted some areas which may require service in future but are ok right now. he also educated me on some questions I had in general. Abel was professional and personalable and knowledgeable.

The service call was done as expected for the Big Deal price.

Friendly, well mannered technician, went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and that I was a satisfied customer...he even came back after he left when I called his cell phone (he had called earlier from the road to let me that he was running on schedule and would be at my house on time) to double check the unit after a nearby lighting strike cut power for a few minutes after he left. Very professional, very good service.

At first, there was a question on how much freon was included but the tech resolved the issue in my favor. Good experience overall.

The technician called and estimated his arrival. He was punctual. After his inspection he wrote a detailed report of his findings. He then took the time to prioritize them for my budget needs. There was no pressure only kindness and detailed explanations. This was a very pleasant experience.

Great. Efficient and friendly. Also saw and fixed a problem that was covered by warranty.

Procedure resolved the issue and seems to be working great but I wasn't confident in the tech during the process as he was either unsure of himself or we weren't communicating very well.

called me to explain that the a/c was low on freon and probably was cause of it running so much. tech could not give me good estimate of how much freon would be needed beforehand. authorized to add a couple of pounds to control cost and it seemed to be OK after the additional 2 pounds. wish an accurate estimate could have been given ahead, but maybe that is not possible. Overall, good experience.

I was extremely happy with my experience overall. I will continue to request David and recommend him and Frymire to my friends and relatives.

They were timely and professional. The only thing was that they recommended a service that was much more expensive and I decided to pass on that. During a later home inspection, the home inspection company found that the recommendations from Frymire were not really necessary.
