We found the office staff to be courteous and helpful and cannot say enough about Danny - he ROCKS! They did the work that needed to be done; they did NOT try to sell us more freon or anything else. We will definitely be using Frymire again for all of our HVAC needs.

THE PLUMBER WAS GREAT, HE EVEN RETURN 2 DAYS LATER TO FINISH THE JOB W/O PAYMENT BECAUSE THE NEW COUNTER TOP HOLES WERE TO LARGE. HE MET WITH THE COUNTER TOP REPAIRMAN AND COMPLETED THE JOB RIGHT THERE, IT WAS GREAT HE CAME BACK AT THE RIGHT TIME. THE PRICE WAS VERY HIGH BUT YOU EXPECT THAT FROM PLUMBING WORK THEY ARE ALL LIKE THAT.

My husband and I have used Frymire for more than 25 years for all our heating/air conditioning/ plumbing needs, and we have only wonderful things to say about the company. We have never once been disappointed. Dennis was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He clearly presented the options for a new garbage disposal, and I am extremely happy with the one I chose. It is stainless steel, amazingly quiet, and causes almost no vibration. I am so grateful to Dennis for all his help--he made my day!! We have had Frymire replace A./C systems, install faucets, clean out clogs--almost everything that you can think of--and they also do excellent work and send out exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. If only everything in life were as consistent as Frymire! Thank you, Frymire, for 25+ years of excellent service!!!

Repeated attempts to contact this company for an appointment to bid a replacement AC unit failed. I used their website to email for an appointment twice. Finally I called and was told someone would contact me later that day for an appointment and a week later, no call. I gave up.

I had scheduled an appointment and when they came, I ended up having to purchase more Freon; 2 lbs was not enough. They then told me I needed additional work on my outdoor AC unit. However, a few months later, the unit ended up dying on me so it wasn’t a great experience.

No runs, no hits, no errors. Will use them the next time.

They were fine and I would use them again. They did a good job and arrived on time.

We hired Frymire Services to install a new HVAC system, furnace, and water heater last September. Part of the contract included free inspections for the first year on the HVAC system. Frymire contacted us last week to remind us that we had a free inspection of our air conditioning system and to schedule an appointment. We like how they reminded us that warmer weather was around the corner and that it was time to have our system inspected. Honestly, not being from Texas, I would have probably forgotten. Alred, the Frymire technician assigned to us, called about 40 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way. He was professional and did a thorough job. He was very polite and wore booties over his shoes while in the house. He also went above and beyond by contacting Frymire when he noticed we had two units and asked if it was okay to inspect/service the other unit as well. Frymire, being the A+ company that they are, gave Alfred the okay to service our other unit that was not purchased from Frymire at no cost. It was on this unit that Alfred noticed some of the joints in the pvc drain line coming from the pan were loose and needed sealing, which he fixed for us at no additional cost. THANK YOU Alfred and THANK YOU Frymire. This was not expected. We have been so pleased with Frymire's exceptional service and people. There is no doubt that we will use them again in the future should the opportunity present itself.

I live in an older home in the East Dallas area and my thermostat wasn't working and even after consulting the manual I couldn't get it to work correctly. I call Fryemire based on their Angie's List reviews and I was a little disappointed with the whole experience. Once the technician arrived I explained the issue and asked to have my thermostat replaced which he then re-explained what I just told him. Personally I didn't want to replace the thermostat myself since the home is older and the wiring can be tricky and I had to persuade him to actually replace it for me. I didn't call to have someone come out to my house to just tell me what I already new. I call someone to fix the issue. Also, they try to push a contract on you when you go to pay.

Estimate was given on Monday (02/25/2013) and installation was started and completed the next day on Tuesday (02/26/2013) as promised. The City of Farmers Branch, TX requires a permit and inspection of a water heater install and this process was made seamless by the proffesionalism and competence of not only FRYMIRE but of Mike and Ricky as well. They were truley a pleasure to work with and will definately use them in the future. Inspection went off without a hitch and the quality of work was even complimented by the City inspector as well.

If there was a grade higher than A i would give it. Their installation is a work if art. Really. Promp, professional and talented. I wouldn't use anyone else. Price is competitive and the people are first class and well trained. Fred spec'ed the system and Jeff installed it. I was so comfortable with everyone. The best.

They responded to our request for service quickly. They came on time. They did the work as promised.

Tech was early (good thing) and polite. He explained everything very thoroughly and insured that both myself and my wife understood every thing he was doing.

Very pleased with the work, warm and toasty within the hour!

I have to give Frymire a poor review because they sent out an incompetent employee who insisted I did not have any gas service for my store. He was here for 15 minutes and insisted that the unit he found belonged to a different store - then he left without doing any work at all. Now Frymire is billing me for an $89 "truck charge" plus 90 minutes travel time (I'm in Grand Prairie), for a total of $271 I've been in business for many years and I've never death with a company before now that wanted to charge for a service that wasn't done because the employee was incompetent. I was told a supervisor would return my call to discuss this matter, but they couldn't be bothered. I had to have the gas company come out and they verified that indeed that is my unit and that Frymire simply doesn't know what they are talking about. All I wanted him to do was inspect it, make sure it worked properly, and turn it on. I am dumbfounded they would expect to charge any amount for zero service never the less $271 Be careful, they said they charge for how long it takes to get to your address but they didn't quote me that initially. So if the driver is stuck in traffic, they will bill you. I recommend you don't use them but if you do make sure you get detailed info for what exactly they charge for. Nail them down. Then verify it with the worker when he arrives or they will surprise you with a bill larger than you expect. But hey, if they do zero work because the guy doesn't know the job, don't pay at all.

I called Frymire due to a hiss sound coming from the hot water heater. Dispatch had tech to my door within the hour. It appeared that the hot water tank was leaking, which seemed reasonable due to age. However, when Dennis made a closer inspection of the flex pipes running to the tank he found that the leak was coming from the flex pipe. Original estimate for tank replacement plus bringing space up to code was around 1,300.00. Dennis' integrity saved me over $1,100.00.This was my second experience at my residence with Frymire, dozens of experiences with them at a commercial site. Very happy with Frymire's techs.

He told me some things that the builder should have done, which was interesting.

We had no heat - fan was blowing cold air. We called Frymire Saturday morning - spoke with the phone service who set an appt for the following week. To say the least, we were a little disappointed they could not come that very day. To our surprise, 20 minutes later the owner called to let us know he is sending a tech TODAY! An hour later the tech showed up, who by the way, I cannot say enough good things about the tech. He crawled up in the attic, did some investigation and immediately told us the problem and how much it would cost to fix. An hour later, we had heat! I am so glad we called Frymire and from now on this is our company for ac repair!

The Frymire technician came out to perform an annual tuneup on my A/C system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would consider using them in the future.

The technician showed up on time, as far as I can remember. He went right to work, and said that my system did not need any freon. He replaced the parts that were about to wear out. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Although my air conditioner is very old and will probably be replaced in the near future, he was impressed that my electricity bills were so low.

They are responsive, tidy, on time, and flexible with my schedule. Their service is awesome.

I called for a quote and they were quick in rsponding. They were competive

Overall, the experience was good. The service gentleman was very pleasant, checked my entire system and let me know that it was in good shape. The visit was good but afterwards, they did try to sell me a service agreement contract, which is the one thing I was disappointed about. They have a good reputation, but I think it’s more commercial-based.

I did have some difficulties but after persistence on my part they made everything right. They are a large company, so it took some effort to get to someone to make things happen.
