i researched company - they filed for bankruptcy july 2016 i decided not to go with them.

The service provider was knowledgeable and nice. However, I was charged a pretty high fee over $300 just to find the leak that was pretty obvious to the technician. Add the diagnostic charge, Freon charge, and that I will have to replace the unit I could have thought the service could have been closer to the 300 to 400 price range.

I three bid this project. Keith Porter did a fair, thorough estimate and found the need for a larger duct to satisfy a balanced airflow in my house. Jorge and his team followed up with an excellent installation job including new Trane equipment and increased ductwork. I’m pleased with the work and recommend Frymire.

They were on time and did a good job. The price was good and the service was great. They knew what they were doing and fixed everything the first time. I would highly recommend them to others.

Charles did the best work of anyone I have had check the A/C Furnace system. He sprayed the filth off the unit and showed me the difference after he completely cleaned and services the unit. I will definitely use them in the future and refer this company to friends, family and anyone who asks me for a good company and will tell them to ask for Charles. Please thank them for me.

Joe was efficient, very personable and honest. He checked the heating system and the filter and advised us accordingly. Fortunately we were in good shape and we will be calling in the Spring to check the air conditioner.

Tony at Frymire Services did everything they said they would do. We got quotes from 4 companies and Frymire was already very competitive in their pricing. We got quotes ranging from $4200 - $10,500 for our new complete system. After his initial quote, Tony was attentive but not pushy. The day of the service, the crew was on time, and finished an hour early. The amount we paid was exact to the estimate. Enjoying our new Trane that we thought we could never afford.

I am a real estate broker since 1980 and have plenty of knowledge in sales and understand inspection reports and code violations. After entering and servicing the heating unit in the attic the technician proceeded to tell me there was a change in code and suggested that the gas line be change to avoid any possibility of being breached by rubbing friction at a cost of $180.00. He said he was unaware that the existing line was grandfathered in and I told him that it would not need to be upgraded at this time until a new unit was purchased and installed. Then he proceeded to tell me that there was a slight bit of mold and that he recommend installing an ultraviolet light to prevent any further issues as well as a larger drain pan. the same tech got me last service call for an additional charge for something else he said I needed but not this time. I have had the unit for several years and no one in the past with another company or by one of their techs have ever tried to upsell me before with these or any other issues. I have many other companies I have as referrals for all of my real estate clients that I feel would be more likely to be more concerned with serious problems than Code, larger drain pan, and previous old mold due to a clogged line in an attic which can be remediated with a rag and some bleach. Now to his credit he was very thorough with the service and he did provide quality service to both the heating and air conditioning unit. I'm done.

The job was done as specified and quoted in one day. Both HVAC and hot water are now running great.

My a/c issue: low to no airflow; poor cooling. Need entire system evaluated. Their response: clean coils Result: Frozen over AC two days later. Hostile response from manager. Once AC froze over, asked for follow up visit. They squeeze me in the next day Sunday 9-12. Great! Sunday 9-12 roll by and no one shows up. At 1pm, I call them up and they state an oncall person would call, and they didn't know why no one showed up. I call hourly 3 times, with the same reassurance, and no on-call staff returns my call, no one shows up Sunday. I finally gave up. Monday morning I speak to their offices, they refer me to the manager, Stevie. Out of the gate, Stevie was not interested in resolving this matter, nor finding the source of the problem. I receive the most accusatory tone from Stevie asking for my inspection report, claiming that I should have known about the problem. At the end of the day, I called for their expertise. If I had the expertise I would have completed the work myself. I really don't know how a visit from their individual to find the source of low air flow, the individual attempts to treat a different part of the system, which leads to the a/c system freezing over two days later, a lack of holding to an appointment Sunday, a lack of call back on sunday from on-call personel, and the sweetest of cherries on top of this delightful sundae - STEVIE BLAMES ME FOR A FAULTY SYSTEM. All I want is my system evaluated and addressed. They certainly did not do this. They charged me $180 for all the work. The manager Stevie spends more time passing blame, than attempting to resolve problems. Be forewarned potential customers.

Frymire was great! It was super easy to schedule an estimate. The salesman who came out did not try to pressure me. He also suggested a few modifications to my air intake to make my new AC more efficient. On the day of the service, the team arrived on time and got the job done on schedule and for the exact price of the estimate. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I'll definitely use Frymire again.

Charles was on time and professional. I was 100% satisfied with him and his work. The leak test was expensive but it came with a 12 month warranty in case more refrigerant leaked out. If my system performance drops again with 12 months, additional refrigerant and another leak test will be at no charge. I recommend Frymire.

I had the misfortune of having the HVAC systems go out in two rental homes within days of each other. I contacted Frymire and the representative, Tony contacted me the next day. He went to both properties and gave me very competitive pricing and helped me with the financing. He stayed on top of everything through the whole process. The installers were very professional and explained everything they would be doing as well as went through all the paperwork with me personally. I used to work for an HVAC company, so I am very familiar with the process. I was very impressed with how everything was handled and the work that was done. I would 100% recommend them.

I've used Frymire since 1996. They have always provided top quality service. Not always the least expensive but worth the extra $. Last year we replaced our HVAC and they price matched the lowest estimate.

Told me that it would cost more than I expected.

We scheduled A/C service appointment and nobody showed up. I called in the morning and confirmed the appointment and still no one turned up. What a bunch a unprofessional jerks.

They have always been excellent. They show up on time. The work is always good quality. The pricing is competitive. They came out expeditiously. They were prompt. There technicians have always done a good job in my opinion.

Leo L did our summer HVAC maintenance first stop today and did a great job. I don't want to post to reviewbuzz but did want to pass along high marks for him. He clarified some questions we had and did a thorough and professional maintenance job. We have been Frymire customers for close to 14 years and have always been pleased with installation and service This was under our contract so that is way there is no charge. Thanks.

They are always great. They leave the area clean when they are done. I would recommend them.

It was average. They said that there were things that needed to be repaired. We mentioned our home warranty, and he said to call. We called our home warranty, and they said that there was no need for repairs. It has been working fine.

After I bought the deal, I received 5 emails from the company to setup an appointment, 1 email would have sufficed. Other than this little ding, the service provided was excellent. The service guy who came over (I forgot him name), was very professional and explained everything he did clearly and in detail. I would do business with this company again.

I would use them again in the future.
