The service tech was wonderful. He was prompt, he explained what he would be doing and explained things I should look out for in the future. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He made me feel like he was there to help not just to sell me things that I didn't need. I felt I could trust him. I was very pleased with the service I received and would use the company again.

I have 2 A/C units. The smaller of the two quit working. The fan blew, but the temp never went down - only up. The technician said he suspected the capacitor. He removed it and tested it, and it was bad. He had the right replacement size with him and installed it quickly. He then checked the refrigerant levels and they were good. While he was here, he went ahead and checked the refrigerant in the larger unit, which didn't have to do. He was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with price.

Clearly do not value anyone's time but their own. Set an appointment for "between 1 pm and 5 pm" then called back at 1:30 after my wife took the afternoon off to meet them to say they were busy and would have someone to come out Thursday instead. We called at 7 am since they were close to us and open early. If they were that busy, they d*** well knew it or should have known it before 1:30. Asking someone to take an entire afternoon off rather than giving a tighter window is pretty inexcusable to begin with. Waiting until the afternoon to call and say anything about it is unbelievable. Hope the review saves someone else the experience.

Technician was professional and friendly. Only issue I had was that when the appointment was made I was told it would be sometime in the afternoon and that the technician would call me. It was about 4:45 PM and I still had not been contacted so I called their office and told that the technician would contact me shortly. It wasn't until sometime after 6 PM that the tech called me and got to the house about 7 PM. Last time I checked 7 PM is not considered the afternoon. I would use Frymire's again and would recommend them to others, but I hope they are more accurate as to when I can expect service. Fortunately this time I didn't have plans to be out during the evening and could accomodate their not being here when told.

I had thought I was told appointment time would be between noon and 5, but apparently it was any time after noon, and showed up at 7 PM. Once arrived the work was very thorough, professional, and well done. I opted to get some new parts that were recommended as being marginal, but there was no pressure to buy or claim of disaster if not purchased. Charges were reasonable overall for the work done, time spent and parts. I would recommend to use this company.

I was planning to get annual A/C tune-up and saw the big deal from A rated company and purchased the deal. Within an hour of purchasing the big deal I got a call from the company for scheduling the appointment. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday and they had to postpone it due to rain but they scheduled it for the weekend. On the appointment day, the technician called me to let me know he will be coming in 20 mins and arrived on time as he said. Technician was very professional and immediately got to work. Once he was done he gave me a report on what he did and since everything was fine with the system he did not recommend anything else and left.

Overall I was satisfied. The appt was easy to set up and they showed up on time. The technician (Ramon) seemed competent and worked efficiently. He diagnosed the motor problem and came back in about 4 days to replace it, charging only for the labor since the motor was still under warranty. All in all they did everything I needed and my house is comfortable once again. My only frustration was that it took them two days to even figure out if a replacement motor was available and call me back to set up the service (they came out two days after that, so 4 days total wait). I'm no expert, but in TX I would think A/C motors are pretty easy to get, so I couldn't understand this delay. Fortunately we were having cool weather those days so it wasn't that big a deal, but if it were in July or August I'd have been really upset with that. Easiest thing to do is just to have your A/C service checked every year. I'd do it around spring break time or early April to avoid the rush. Once summer comes these guys are swamped.

I bought a coupon for one AC inspection. The technicain is on time. He did good job on checking everything. Then he let me know the potential issues of my AC and gave me the cost estimation.

They were AWESOME-spent a lot of time inspecting our system and made some recommendations on how to improve efficiencies and how to prolong the life of the unit. We really appreciated them not trying to sell us a new sytem, but gave up tips on how to best utilize our current system.

Excellent service. Joe was prompt and thorough in his assessment of the situation. He fixed our A/C with in an hour. Joe even found a potential issue, obtained the part, installed it and performed a bit of additional maintenance. I would recommend Frymire to anyone in the Little Elm/Frisco area.

That was great. The technician was extremely thorough. He gave some good pointers on how to maintain it ourselves for the point services. He was very friendly. It was a big deal purchase. He was awesome.

Frymire communicated directly with our tenants to set up the appointment (much appreciated). After they had thoroughly reviewed the system, they called us to discuss what should be done to address some of the concerns. We were able to make decisions for our property with a high level of detail (also confirmed with our tenant, so the stories were identical). Very pleased with our experience and professionalism and would definitely consider using them again.

We had a gas leak in our furnace. Frymire Services, Inc. were very prompt. The service person was scheduled to come out the very next day, so we were able to get the gas leak looked at. It apparently was just a loose connection. The idea that they came the very next day meant that we were only without heat for one day.

They did a great job and we ended up signing their annual contract to get a better price. They always come on the time stated and are very polite. Also, we had to call them once in an emergency, they gave us an appointment within two days.

The phone/response people were very nice and helpful. The tech was professional and arrived on time.

One of my A/C units outside started making a very loud electrical noise. Called and a technician named Danny came by the next day within one hour of calling me, as promised. He knew his business and replaced a part and then checked both units. Very pleased. Danny was very nice, courteous and professional. Would call this business again.

This is second time we have taken advantage of the annual offer to have Frymire come out and do the tune-up and inspection. With Texas heat coming, we like the piece of mind. We had a small repair on the hard start kit as well this time. Abel came out this year and last and is always friendly, professional, and informative. They are always on time and keep us updated by email and phone. All work is nicely documented and emailed too for our records.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The work was done in Sachse, TX. The technician, Dean, called before he came, giving us a one hour window as agreed. He showed up right on time with good attitude and energy. He discussed in detail what he was there to do, where he needed to go and what to expect when he was done with the inspections. He was quick, efficient and thorough. We waited inside while he did his outside work. When he was done, he took his time to go over our unit, including the good and the bad. Of the work he thought we needed to get done, he did not pressure us into doing it "now"; however, he did rate the importance of doing the work within an allotted time frame. He then completed his paperwork, thanked us for choosing the company and headed out without issue.

It was fine. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The price was fine.

Service man showed up on time, performed the checkup, and communicated the results / recommendations. Nothing unexpected.

The service man was professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers inside the house. He was very patient with my talkative three year old daughter and even took a drawing she made for him. I was very impressed with the service received from Frymire.

I used the big deal coupon for Frymire Services, Inc. There were here around June, 2012. They were punctual, they explained their services in detail. I had a couple questions for them and they were good about answering in a way I understand.

FRYMIRE = FAILURE, I'd rather bake in the hot Texas sun then ever use this company again, first I'm forced to purchase a coupon through Angie's List to get the Angie's List exclusive deal (a hassle, please stop this, it's like a rebate form, which is another hoop I'd rather not jump through), secondly when the service tech finally shows up, I'm lucky enough to need the entire outside unit replaced (which I could swear was replaced just last year...but apparently was only the compressor...) so a Sales Representative will be contacting us....Day 2...no sales representative, I call them up (which is ONE more call then I should ever have to make), they inform me that 'it didn't take', so they have no clue I'm waiting around the house for a sales rep. to contact me to sell me thousands of dollars in a/c equipment...Day 3...haven't heard from the sales rep yet, it's odd, nearly being 5pm as I write this that they are doing so well as a company with this service that my thousands of dollars in new a/c equipment isn't worth their time, guess who's got two thumbs and calling their competitors (more like superiors)? This guy! To make matters worse, my house AND my mom's house (who lives next door) are both in need of a/c repair, so they honestly lost TWO customers who enjoy nice cold air conditioning and are willing to, right now, pay thousands of dollars to make that happen (even if it is only until next year when the a/c goes out again), I guess trying to be a hvac & plumping co. is just too much, and Angie's List should be embarrassed that Frymire's was at the top of any of their lists.

The service technician was very nice and very professional. I had bought 2 maintenance deals for my 2 AC units. He did find some issues so I let him go ahead and fix them too. I did notice that he had to call someone before he did anything so I'm not sure if I had a real licensed AC person or just a technician working under someone else. Some of the repairs could have been finished out better but overall, I was satisfied.
