It was fine. The service rep was very knowledgeable, on-time and professional and so I was pleased with their service. I had to pay extra because I ended up adding an unit.

We purchased a "deal" with this company to provide an AC tune-up on our system. We have two systems and understood that there would be additional charges for the second system. When the technician arrived, he tested the temperatures and the freon level and said we had a leak and there was nothing else he could do...oh, by the way, you owe me for a second unit. I completely understood that there was nothing he could do to make the temperatures better short of finding the leak and re-charging the freon. However, he stupid expression and comment threw my wife over the edge. She FORCED him to go out and hose off and clean-up the condenser units to somewhat justify the $100 bill. In my opinion, it was good money wasted. I called a competitive company and had the whole problem remedied for a much more competitive price and by a technician who took his time and explained everything. I will not use Frymire again...for anything!

The gentleman was on time courtesy and professional. He told me exactly what was needed and gave me the price right up front. It was a little pricey but I would probably use them agian just because of the professionalism and knowledge of the employees.

It was fine. Everything was fine. He was courteous and everything.

The technician did not do the tune-up first of all and spend about 90 seconds looking at the unit and claimed to fix the issue of the backup drain. HOWEVER, he spent the majority of his time at the home trying to upsell me on a brand new unit (for a perfectly working unit, by the way, it just had a clogged drain. All in all, I had to have the company come to the house 3 times, and the issue is still not resolved but I still paid them $250 + the price of the big deal which was $69 I believe. I would avoid this company, and I'm not sure how they got an A rating on Angie's List.

He was really polite and knowledgeable. He answered questions while he was working.

On Monday, my air conditioner was not cooling. I called Frymire for service, and the earliest they could schedule an appointment was on Friday. Needless to say, in this 90-plus-degree weather, I called another Angie's List A-rated company. They arrived at my door within a few hours.

expected more service and less inspection. bought the "deal" for service and inspection....just had the house inspected and reading was 1 degree low so thought a service would take care of problem. Freon was low but was none was added, I was not given the reading of how close the unit was cooling, and received an invoice for recommending repairs of around $900 but no explanation of what service had been performed. I take the blame for some of this as when going back to Angie's List and reading over explanation of deal there are mainly inspection items listed so if you have a unit that is not working maybe this will be good for you. if you just want a/c unit to have it's yearly service to keep optimal performance I would pass on this deal. I did receive a prompt return call after leaving message asking what service had been performed although she could not say what the service was, only read recommended repairs for a working unit.

The service that they provided me was good service and everything was fine with my air-conditioner so nothing was replaced. I would recommend them to other people.

noticed water in the air conditioning pan and used Angies list to find a company. I chose Frymeir because of rating and the 59.00 special. when I call the girl who set up the appointment was very friendly however I still had to wait a week for the appointment even though I told her I and a problem with water and that I was not sure if it was serious. on the day of the appointment I had to call back and reschedule for the afternoon since I had an appointment in the morning and the girl was extremely nice who rescheduled without a problem for after 3 pm. About pm I received a call from the technician telling me that he was on his last appointment and would be on his way to my home. which was a blessing knowing that he called before arriving giving me the courtesy of letting me know. the technician was Jose Ramero who greeted me at the door and was very nice and explained in detail what he was going to do. After the service he explained what the problem was cleaned and serviced my unit letting me know that everything looked good and that the unit was a 2001 model and that most units last 10 years and that if I keep it in service it should last without trying to upsell me on a new unit. Jose told me of the great service plan the had for $179.00 that would cover two services with a 24 hour 7 day emergency call without any extra charge if anything shall go wrong with the unit. I was also impressed with the company technology they use without pen and paper using a tablet to do business. This company has been around for a long time and it shows. He answered all of my questions very knowledgeable and was very happy with his service. As a Realtor broker I will be recommending Frymeir to all my clients. thank you for the great service.

******READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A COUPON!******* Plumber arrived in the window given, he put shoe covers on his feet, and seemed polite enough. So far so good. He assessed the problem and concluded that I had a clog somewhere between the toilet and a kitchen sink. He then asked me about the $29 Angie's List service call coupon that I purchased. I pulled it up on the computer and he said that he'd need to call his boss. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with his boss and then came out with the verdict. The coupon covered him walking in the door and that's it. He wanted $400 to pull the toilet and run a sewer snake. I was in total disbelief. His cost in this job would be a $2 wax ring! Pulling, reinstalling and caulking around the toilet will probably take me 45 minutes. As a professional plumber it will probably take him half of that. Running a sewer snake is probably a 10 minute deal. The guy seemed nice enough, but this seems a highly immoral way to run a business. Naturally I declined the service. The coupon covers him driving over to the house, but then they attempt to charge you more than any reasonable person would expect to pay for the service provided. Can't believe I took a day off of work for this bait and switch nonsense. I would definitely NOT recommend this plumber. **UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY RESPONSE** Don't see any value in debating the fine print of the coupon. Fine, the coupon covers the person walking in the door. To your question, "What price was the customer expecting to be charged for the repair?" Good question. Let's say a plumbing company billed a dollar a minute... actually let's add 50% and say $1.50 per minute. Surely most would agree that this is egregious or at the very least getting there. Here's how my math works out under that scenario: Materials Wax Ring -$2 Caulk - $6 Total Materials - $8 Labor Minutes to remove toilet - 10 minutes to run sewer snake - 10 minutes to reinstall toilet - 15 minutes to caulk - 5 Miscellaneous Time - 15 Total Time - 55 minutes Labor @ $1.50 per minute - $83 Materials - $8 All-In Cost - $91 Let?s just round up and say $100 would be a great deal for the plumbing company after the service call has been paid for. Don?t agree with my time estimates? What would you propose changing? Don?t think $1.50 per minute is fair to the plumbing company? What would be fair? For the record I wasn't planning on responding to your response, but leaving the customer cost expectation question unanswered would make my gripe seem unreasonable.

It went fine. There was an additional charge aside from what I paid for for the Big Deal.

They were prompt and professional. I was very satisfied with their service.

My scheduler, Cynthia, was great and made sure she was sending the tech to the correct address and all the details of my order were correct. My service technician, Alfred, was punctual, courteous, professional, and efficient. Booties, gloves -- the whole 9 yards. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need. My invoice was paperless -- awesome! Such a positive experience I don't even have much else to say. I was impressed enough that I called them back for a quote on a new HVAC system for my other property. The salesperson, Fred, was also fantastic and very informative and fun. Thank you Frymire!

Their service tech was quite professional. Arrived on-time as scheduled, was in clean company uniform. Courteous guy, friendly. It seemed certain to me that he knew what he was doing. We have two air conditioners and one he did a complete service on and the other he diagnosed the problem. He went to some length to verify and then re-check the diagnosis, since it is going to be a major repair. This company seems to have a lot of quality controls in place, which is probably one of the reasons they have been around so many years. The technician was driving a company van that looked new and clean. He followed a check-list of each service item he was doing on the units, and gave me a copy of that after he was done. He also was careful not to track mud and debris into the house even though he was back-and-forth between the attic and the outside units about a dozen times on a rainy day. Obviously he had been trained in his overall approach. Pros for sure; I highly recommend them for air-conditioning work.

They were prompt and they did what I wanted them to do. They told me some options for improvement, but they didn't hard sell me anything. The service team was very knowledgeable.

The salesman, Steve Thielen, worked with us to ensure that we got the unit we needed. Luis Esquivel and his crew did a great job of installing it all in one day. It works great!

This is the second time I used Frymire Services, Inc because they were really good the first time. Their pricing seemed fair to me. They have an automated system with an iPad so everything was documented. The servicman was very articulate about what he wanted to do, what he needed to do, and how he needed to do it. We set a date and set a time and he was there within a couple minutes of that. He called me and said he could be early but I couldn't because I had to work. I would recommend Frymire Services, Inc to family and friends.

Technician arrived on time and performed service. Also provided advice on how to run our systems more efficiently and helped troubleshoot some concerns we've had.

It was a brand new hot water heater. They are very good. They are very professional and punctual. They seemed to have good prices. They're not the cheapest, but they seemed to have reasonable prices on their services.

The technician was very professional, thorough and detailed. He left a detailed write up of what he inspected, the results of each item and recommendations for further work / service that may be required.

I'd recommend Frymire Services Inc. again. They were prompt with thier timing as far as their break time. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. They said they didn't need any Freon.

I purchased online 3 of the $49 tune up packages. The company was quick to respond and technician arrived on time. When the first technician arrived he was rather "checked out." He was at the house for an hour or so. I asked him multiple times if he found anything alarming and he told me each time and when he left, "all looked good." The very next day I saw water dripping from the emergency AC drain. I called the company back and they sent another technician. This technician confirmed that my primary drain was clogged and there was standing water in my AC pan. He showed the standing water and said that it had probably been that way for weeks judging by color etc. I asked him how in the heck the last guy could have missed it. He said he did not know b/c it was completely obvious. I also asked if cleaning the main drain line was a part of the $49 package, which he said it was. He tried to unclog the main line today but said he was unable to do so and said, "I better just call a plumber," even though the line is a part of the AC system. I'm happy that at least the gentleman today at least drew my attention to the problem. I'm incredibly unsatisfied out the entire outcome and will be contacting them for a refund. I will not use them again and you should not either.
