It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They came out 3-4 days after I purchased the deal. We had to pay extra for some additional freon. I would recommend them. They were professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. Everything went well. I have no complaints. Everything works.

Although they were a bit later than we expected, it was likely due to the addition of our system's failure to their schedule at the last minute. The technician was highly skilled and courteous, despite our being the last call in his day.

I am so impressed with Frymire Services. After my HVAC guy of 12 years went AWOL, I needed to find another local company to do business with, and Frymire has a great reputation and excellent reviews on Angie's List. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in within an hour from our first contact! Raymond called before showing up and was super-nice and professional when we met. He did a thorough job of servicing my two units, and let me know a couple of problems he encountered and the pricing to do the repairs. I very much appreciate their annual service plan ($299 for my two systems) that gives me spring and fall tune-ups, as well as emergency care with no overtime fees. This was a fantastic first experience with a company I hope to do business with for many years to come.

They were good with inspection. My only complaint was I had to pay extra for Freon.

I thought something might be wrong with my air conditioner. He was here for an hour, checked everything, could not find anything wrong, and only charged me for the service call.

They determined that one of the units required the addition of freon at a cost of an additional $200 plus dollars. In hindsight, I have several inspection services that included the addition of some quantity of freon. This ended up being not so great a deal.

The technician was prompt, timely and neat. He didn't try to suggestive sell anything to me. I am very satisfied with the service.

It turned out fine. They did a good job. They came in and looked at the system and told me it needed replacing and explained why. I don't have any problem with what they did. They came out the next day or two days later, I'm not sure. There were no more charges beyond the big deal amount. When he assessed that the system needed replacement he said he would put in an order to have someone with the company contact us. We never heard from them. So we actually had to call them again and have them come out.

Frymire Services is a good company. I've used them a long time. It was just a normal check-up but wasn't covered in the check-up like adding freon and that kind of stuff. They did good work but it cost me more than anticipated. It took several calls for me to contact and somehow, they didn't get the information that I was in the system.

We were in the process of selling our house and per the inspection we were having the air conditioners checked, by this time we had already moved to Florida. I received a phone call back very quickly and set up and appointment time for someone to inspect the air conditioners they had a coupon for a tune up. They determined that it needed a new drip pan, but had to order the part so I okayed them to do so. I was told that the manager was going on vacation and he was the one to order the part and it would take a couple of weeks. I told the person that I was talking to that we were closing in a couple of weeks and really needed that part ordered. She said that she would have the manager call me before he left for vacation. After a week and not hearing anything I called again and I was told by someone else that the part order had been cancelled. This person really didn't seem like they knew what was going on so I called our Real Estate Agent who was involved also as he was at the house when the first person went to inspect. He called them and finally got it strainghtended out. The part was installed the day before we closed.

It went great. He ran the snake in and put some dissolving gunk in the drain and finished up. He was very pleasant, we chatted. 07/09/2013 ***** LEAVE ME THE H*** ALONE! ***** I filled out a review shortly after the service and you just keep bothering me about it !!!! STOP IT! I thought I had this finished ... and yet ... here it is again!

They were very good. I would definitely recommend them. They were very prompt and very courteous. They did the job good.

Went perfectly. they showed up did what we asked and did it well. i would definitely use them again.

My A/C was running but having trouble cooling the house below 80 during the daytime. I called Frymire in early June to schedule their A/C inspection and tune up. They did not have an opening until June 21st. On the weekend before, I cleared the landscape around 2 sides of the unit so that the technician could get to them. When the technician arrived, I took him to the inside unit. He asked for a filter, so I gave him one, but I told him I had just replaced it a couple of weeks earlier. A short while later, he went out to the outside unit. He came to get me and said that he could not work on it until the landscape was cleared. He told me to clear the landscape and call back to reschedule. I asked him how much he needed cleared and he said "all of it", which is a 10 ft by 10 ft area. I knew this couldn't be true, so I asked again and he said "all of it", turned around and left. Later that day, I realized that the outside compressor was no longer working. I went upstairs to the inside unit and opened it up. I removed some foil pieces that he had used to hold down the door button and I found the filter that he had not used and put it away. I called the company back and left a message with their answering service that since the technicians visit, my A/C was not working at all. She scheduled me for June 28th and said she would relay the issue. No one ever called back. I called again on Monday morning, and spoke with the office. She said it would have to be a managerial decision. She called back later and said that they could not be out before Friday June 28th. After 5 days without air conditioning and temperatures in the high 90s and predicted to hit 100 and 106, I decided to call another company. I told them that I had been without A/C for 5 days. They told me to call them when I got home and they would have a technician out within an hour. When I got home, I called them, a technician arrived and repaired the unit within an hour. I do not know if Frymire has a scheduling issue because they are overbooked or because I was using an Angie's List coupon, but for whatever the reason, I do not feel that I should have had to wait over a week on 2 separate occasions in order to get A/C service. I also feel that the technician was unprofessional.

The work was excellent and the tech was really good.

My technician, Jose, is very polite and professional. I am pleased hiring from Frymire. Very reasonable price and professional work. The only thing I really need them to improve is the ?Punctuality?. I made an appointment on June 24th a week ago and I told them they could come by around 1:30 pm. They said they couldn?t guarantee they will come by on time but will call me before they depart or any delay. So I left my work earlier around noon and wait until 4:47pm, no one showed up and no calls to let me know when exactly they will come. So I went ahead to contact them again, they sent Jose from Coppell, and finally got here around 5:35pm. If they can let me know they will be that late in advance, I don?t need to waste my holiday hours to leave my work that early. That?s my only complaint.

Fine. He was very profession and got the job done in a timely matter. No problems since we was here.

Technician, Leo, came on time and did everything that was listed on the tune-up list. Also explained everything in detail and did not try to oversell anything. Will definitely use them again in future.

Frymire Services, Inc. charged $85 for a year's worth of checking. They come twice for that. I never had any issues with this company. I've been using them for 17 years, when we bought a house. Because we were under contract, they would come anytime. Our air conditioner quit and it was 105-110 degrees in the middle of July. They were there in the same day and got it fixed. They're really good people. If I make an appointment, they're very prompt. They always come whenever their schedule is. One time, I had an emergency and they were extremely prompt. They were much more prompt than I thought that they could be. I would recommend them. They're a little pricey but they're a good company.

Everything went fine with Frymire Services, Inc. It didn't cost me more than the big deal purchase.

The experience was okay, nothing spectacular. He was okay and since then, I have had somebody else that I had contracted through the church, and so we have used them instead. I had nothing against Frymire, they did an efficient job. They came right away, I didn't have to wait on them. I had purchased a big deal and when they were through, everything worked. The prices were higher than we expected but things are just more expensive now. The quality and their responsiveness was good.

Tech arrived a little later than expected, but that's what happens sometimes in the service repair industry, so not a big deal to me. The tech spent his time looking through both outside and inside and was very thorough, detailing the issues. He was even able to figure out that one of the ducts going tto my daughter's room had a kink in it, and that's why the air was not fully flowing in there.

We purchased a big deal of $69 for a furnace check and air conditioner check. We did not have to pay for any additional service. We did not add-on anything. Everything checked out fine. So, we paid the $69. The guy came. We gave him the coupon. He did his business, and he was out. He was very nice and helpful.
