3 minute hold time, approximately 5 minutes to explain to the person taking the call what I needed, they had someone call me back within about 15 minutes. That person was quick to get all my information, a description of the work that I wanted them to bid on, and scheduled a time to evaluate the project. Then, after being scheduled, told me there was a $70 trip fee to have them come out to bid the project. I'm not paying someone to give me an estimate for this project.

Great technician. Very personable and friendly. Explained everything he did. Cleaned up well when complete and didn't left the upstairs as it was when he arrived. I actually called them again for another issue I had later, unrelated to the service that was performed as part of this call.

They cleaned it well and explained what they were doing (answering all my questions) and even gave me tips how to prevent future lines from getting clogged. I would definitely use them again - especially if I had their coupon. Very professional.

I'm not really happy with that actually. The bottom line is that I think that they did an okay job but we had done business with them in the past so we already had a relationship and they didn't take that in their consideration. Whatever we got from them was pretty expensive. I think we installed a little piece but it wasn't that much and it ended up being pretty costly.

Everything went great. They did not try to sell me anything extra. They did everything I had asked for and little more. He was here on time for the appointment and they called me to set everything up after I purchased the deal. He asked if there was any more work he needed to do and was willing to work more with me.

Service scheduled for 9am on October 7, 2013. David emailed an alert to the timing of his arrival and followed up with a phone call. He arrived promptly at 9am as scheduled with Frymire Services. David determined that an on/off switch on the second floor heating system was not working. He cleaned and repaired the item so it was restored to full function operation. David performed adjustments for two heating systems in the residence to assure their readiness for the upcoming heating season. David is a thorough, competent, excellent technician for Frymire Services. He performed outstanding work in a timely and professional manner and represents Frymire Services in an excellent and outstanding manner.

First service man couldn't complete the service...required parts - blower fan from Lennox. Completed service on Monday.. It was a long hot weekend. As Lennox has speciality parts for their ACs next time I will call Lennox to do the AC servicing in case parts are required.

He told me either $350 to fix my water heater or $1500 to replace. I called my home warranty service and they sent out a plumber. He fixed it in 5 mins with no extra charge.

I requested an item by item listing of the parts replaced and actions performed--in order to maintain complete records for residence equipment. I asked Frymire to ascertain whether an Extended Warranty which I had purchased applied to the $316.16 repair. Mr. McCown is providing a copy of the service record. Mr. McCown followed through and determined that YES the Extended Warranty applied in this case. He followed through to see that I was reimbursed for the $316.16 which I had paid on 9/27. It is my experience that You might do different but You cannot do better for responsive customer service than Frymire Services. Many thanks to Mr. McCown for his outstanding customer service in this matter.

Jeff C Castiglione efficiently and effectively located and assessed the problem with the Trane 4 ton AC condenser unit. Jeff replaced two defective capacitors. Jeff verified that the problem was fixed and that the unit was working properly. Jeff C Castiglione is an outstanding representative for Frymire Services. He is competent, efficient, gets the job done. He presents himself very well as a customer oriented, problem solving professional. I have excellent experience with Frymire Services.

I have had a stream of technicians through the past two years from other companies come to service my unit only to spend the majority of his time trying to sell me on a newer, better, larger, fancier unit than actually making the necessary repairs .The technician from Frymyer was very polite and worked efficiently and did not waste a lot of time upselling me, which I really appreciated. . However, I did not realize that he did not close the unit (left the screws on the ground) until I ran out of freeon again a month later. I contacted another business who discovered the reason for the quick depletion and it has been running all summer without any issues.

They were fabulous; they were on time, efficient, in and out quickly, did what they needed to do and got out of here.

Unfortunately, it was so long ago that I don't remember the visit. However, they have provided this service on several occasions and have always been prompt, courteous, and professional.

The service was very professional and handled incredibly efficiently. I thought I had a much worse problem (i.e. bad/leaking water heater), but Frymire found that my HVAC condensation drain shared a line with the drain from the water heater's drip pan. A blockage in that line was causing the condensation from the HVAC to flow into the water heater's drip pan. So, what I thought would be an expensive repair/replacement was a simple fix and completed right then and there.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did what they came out to do. Another company I used did a better job. It was kind of what I expected. They were in and out and got it done. The owner of the other company was much more hands-on. There wasn't anything wrong with them.

The service guy that came out was on time, polite and got right to work. My A/C wasn't working as well as I thought it should after the tune-up so I had a provider from my Home Warranty company come out and they told me the unit was to dirty for them to look at. It was my understanding that Frymire was to clean the coils and so I called them back and they sent another service guy out. The unit did not look that dirty but it had not been cleaned by the previous service guy as was included with the deal I purchased. I gave them an A overall because they did provide good service and did not give me a hard time about sending someone else out to take another look at the unit even though I gave the quality a B (this was just because all work was not initially performed).

I purchased 2 Big Deals for A/C spring checks (included Freon). Frymire was able to quickly get someone out to my house. The guy was professional and very nice. He serviced both units and filled them with Freon. He didn't try to sell me anything else, which I always appreciate! I will definitely use them again whether it's just for yearly checks or for repair work.

They were late for at least 1 hour. They just want to sell their product.

I got an appointment scheduled within 2 days of contacting them! The technician on-time and was very nice, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take him, and did exactly that. He mentioned a couple of things at the end that I might need to consider fixing soon, but since I have a homeowners warranty I explained that to him and he completely understood and told me what to tell our warranty company. All in all I was very satisfied with the experience!

Great. Ronnie was extremely professional, prompt and courteous during the sales process. The installation went smoothly. New system up and running in one day. Top notch company.

OK....WISH IT WERE A LITTLE MORE AFFORDABLE

Im assuming the repair worked. Not really a way to tell if its fixed or not. The inspector found a problem before we bought the house. Im assuming it was repaired as they said it would be. its underground. the problem was not causing any issues in the house...(yet). The issue we had was they tore up our yard and I understood the yard would look exactly like it did prior to the repair. Sod is missing. After several emails they agreed to patch the missing sod. I felt like I was such a bother to this guy...I was not tying to be difficult..it was just that I was told the yard would be reruned to its original state...I complained and all I got was an arguement. I had to send many emails to get what I was promised. We opted to wait until it is cooler to get the sod because in the Texas heat the sod won't grow. I will ask for it in a few weeks. No idea if they will honor their word or not. The guys that first came out To confirm what the insoector said and to give me a quote was so nice. I was surprised to have such a difficult time with the supervisor who handled my complaint. Since we moved in we've had 3 other plumbing repairs and I called another company. I just wasn't up to fighting for anything with this company. The other commonly has been very easy to work with and their prices seem fair.
