On time, here for about 1 hour, explained what he did and emailed me the complete service info on both systems as well provided hard copies. Clean and friendly service. I would use them again.

I was very impressed by Abel's professionalism and courtesy. He was not familiar with my particular thermostat, but knew that it was incorrectly set for electric instead of gas heat. The previous company's technician who installed my gas furnace and thermostat apparently did not bother to check or did not know that the thermostat should be set for gas heating. That was the cause of the initial cold air every time the heat kicked on.

Called this company to repair kitchen faucet leak. Leak required a new faucet. Technician did a great job. However, I thought the price was very high. They did good work, arrived on time. If I used this company again, I'd get pricing information upfront.

They came and serviced my A/C. Gave me their honest opinion about the life of the unit. I eventually replaced it.

It cost twice as much because I have two condensers. I found out after I had scheduled them. I had used them before in the last year and that is why I went with them again.

They did just fine and it worked out well. The first time they came out, they cleaned my drains, then the second time they came out, I had them do the sewer line. They have completed the job and I am satisfied. The plumber educated me on how the plumbing runs throughout the house. When I originally purchased the package it was $135 and then when they came out several weeks later to do the sewer line, it was another $135. The total cost was $270. They are comparable to other people. I would use them again.

They were good and I would use them again. They were very professional and prompt. My renter felt good about them. The scheduling was really good and everything was really easy with them. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were able to schedule the repair man in quickly and he did a good job. I had no qualms with the work they did, including the repair man and the scheduler. Their price seemed high in terms of the rate they charged, but other than that it was good. I paid additional charges over the Big Deal price. The repair man was running late for our appointment, but he did let me know and made sure it was okay.

Found some minor things but overall great experience.

The quality of the work was good, and they were courteous and professional. However, it took them three weeks to complete the cleaning because they dug in the wrong spot, and the work had to be inspected twice. This was inconvenient because we weren't able to flush toilets or use water at times.

Found Frymire after an extremely frustrating experience with another HVAC company. I used their online service request, and they called me back within 60 seconds to schedule an appointment. My technician, Kenneth, arrived at exactly the scheduled appointment time. He knew exactly what the problem was based solely on my verbal description. He had the problem fixed, checked for any other problems, and wrapped up in 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I also signed up for their maintenance program. They will come out twice a year and check your system for any abnormalities, give a 15% discount on repairs, 24-hr service, and no overtime charges. I will absolutely use them for future HVAC needs (Frymire also does plumbing, and my service agreement offers the same discounts for plumbing calls).

Before tech came Frymire sent email of his arrival time and a photograph of who it was. That should be a comfort to some people and very thoughtful and professional Tech was on time, arrived with removable booties for shoes (it was damp out). Quickly determined the problem and replaced a part. Told me about another potential problem and it's cost but NO pressure to fix it at all. The tech used and iPad to get part numbers and do all the billing and send the invoice to me via email, paperless. Very smart. I found my new HVAC and plumbing source.

We purchased two deals, one for each of our AC units. They explained what they were going to do, and did the work in a timely manner. Very personable.

Everything is ok. There was no problem.

This worked out well. It was quite costly but they were able to fix the toilet. The technician explained what was wrong with the toilet and how he was going to fix it. Setting up the appointment was easy too. He did have to get the parts and come back. Overall, it was a good experience but again did cost money.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for an A/C Inspection and Tune-up. The technician arrived on time, and was very nice and professional. He went to work on the inspection, and seemed to do a thorough job. I told him that we also had a problem with one of the rooms in our house that the A/C doesn't seem to reach. He suggested making a small change to the duct work near the A/C unit in the attic, because it wasn't set up efficiently. He made the change quickly, and it does seem like more air is reaching the problem room. I was very pleased with the service.

We have got them with our quarterly service on the air conditioning, so it was satisfactory. We used it for couple of two different units on a duplex and I think they honored the price on both of them, but I ended up buying more because I put one him on a quarterly service. They showed up when they said they were going to, which is a big deal for me. I am stretched in 14 different directions so they being there when they said they would be following up was all good and nothing bad. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. I purchased this deal to help out my neighbor. He is a preacher and I tried to help him out a little bit and give him a little bit of a break financially. His garbage disposal was out; he had leaking water all in the bottom of his cabinet and everything. So I purchased that service and the guy came out. The garbage disposal was in the house and all that needed to happen was that they needed more plumber's cutting around the sink where the cap goes in and that was it. This guy comes out there telling him that he needs a whole new garbage disposal and he just happens to have one for like $375 sitting in his van. You can go to Lowe's and buy one for $50 and they will put it in for $100. So, we are not happy at all. I will never, never refer him. I called the manager, the head of plumbing of Frymire and I tried to talk to him about what this guy had done and he said I am opposed that you would call and tell me that my plumber did something wrong. It was a real bad experience. We had to pay $150 in addition to the actual big deal purchase. The integrity of that company was definitely in question and proven that day. They were here and they were on time.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked just fine.They were good. They didn't call us when they said they would call us, and they showed up earlier than they were supposed to, and we had to take the kids to school that day.

I just wanted to say thanks to Frymire. Gary Staggs and Harvey Lewis were very professional. Gary quoted me a price and that was the price Harvey gave me. No jacking up the cost (for this or that) when they got to my house. Frymire gave me a window of 1 hour (8:00 to 9:00) for the appointment. (I am so sick of hearing appointment commitments like "between 8:00 and noon" or "after 1:00 and before 6:00 but they will call when they are on their way.") Harvey Lewis was 15 minutes late but before he arrived, I had a text from the Frymire office to say he was on his way AND a follow-up call with an explanation and to see if the appointment was still OK with me. Harvey was groomed, polite and explained options for me to consider before he did the job. (He acted like it was his own company.) Frymire, you won me over. Expect my call next time I am in need of plumbing services.
