Rodrigo gave us an awesome price. His crew came a week later and completed the job in one day. The project manager kept us informed all along the way and was available for any questions. The independent inspector came out today and advised everything was perfect, "as always with FCS". The crew worked hard and cleaned up the yard/dirt when completed. I highly recommend FCS. You can trust them to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and professionally while saving you money!

I scheduled to meet them today at 1pm to look at my foundation. I arrived at my house exactly at 1pm and saw their company truck turning away from my street. I thought they got lost so I called the business and asked them to let the consultant know I am parked in front of the house. The consultant never returned. I wasted 30mins waiting. No one called me back or gave me an explanation. This company is unprofessional, I don't recommend them. I plan to use a different company to fix my foundation.

I am so glad that I have chosen FCS for the foundation repair, I knew little about the foundation lifting/repairing. Luckily, Rodrigo FCS was very helpful, he was very understandable of my concerns and explained patiently to make sure I was clear on the procedures: when who does what. Speak of execution, Danilo and his crew members executed as planned and their technician Gustavo magically directed the final lifting. The clean up was excellent and the shrubs were put back and live. If you need foundation work, please make sure that you do contact Rodrigo, you understand why I chose FCS for the foundation repair among others.

Great Work! I just wish I would have had my patio extension done years ago, but always thought it would too expensive. I had all three jobs done for around $2000.00

The foundation of our home was repaired/adjusted by FCS by the previous owners, and therefore was under warranty when we purchased it. We called FCS out about a year after purchase as we started noticing cracks forming in the walls and near doorways. Gerardo came out and took measurements and confirmed that adjustments were needed. The crew did an excellent job! They were quick and courteous while the work was performed and afterwards, you could hardly tell anything had happened. Everything was put back in it's place. We had such a great experience with this warranty repair, that we decided to use FCS to replace our badly crumbling driveway. While the weather caused schedule delays, Gerardo kept in contact until it was finally possible to begin the work. Again, the crew was professional and did an amazing job with the demo/removal and pouring the new driveway and four turnaround pads. They also graded the driveway so that it better fit the space and allowed our gate to close without issues. We had some minor concerns with areas that needed further cleanup, but Gerardo was very responsive and had someone out almost immediately to resolve. We are very happy with the new driveway and definitely recommend FCS! If we have future needs, we'll definitely work with them again.

Excellent company to work with Rodrigo and and all his crew were TOP notch. Showed up on appointment date ready to get my project done. Even did extra work on my patio that was not part of contract. Would highly recommend FCS to anyone that wants their work done professionally and timely.

Wow, what an experience. This is a big scary project we knew nothing about. Working with Rodrigo was a pleasure. He was very personable and explained everything so we could understand. Everything he promised he delivered. His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently, even in the heat of summer. They were fast. Before we knew it everything was done. The clean up was excellent and the brick repair matched perfectly. If you need foundation work look no further. Call Rodrigo. You will be impressed.

This was a great experience. We called Rodrigo & he was able to schedule an inspection for the following day. His inspection and assessment was comprehensive and he answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with him and we never felt pressured at any point during his visit. We scheduled the drain work for 2 weeks later. The crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. Rodrigo was there to provide a brief refresher on the work to be performed. When the work was finished the crew made extensive efforts to clean up the work area, even going through the effort to rake one of our flowerbeds and sweep the driveway clear of remaining fill dirt and gravel. I was most impressed with one thing. Rodrigo was the first company to provide a bid for us as we wanted to get at least 3. As a result, I called him two weeks after his initial inspection and he remembered me & the specs of the project immediately without having to look it up. Would definitely hire this company again for work.

Rodrigo was first class throughout the entire process. I hired an independent engineer to provide a baseline for the work needed. I received from many other companies but felt most comfortable with Rodrigo. He was extremely forthright with what needed to be done. The work took 4 days and the crew was extremely courteous of our home. The engineer came back after all the work was done and said the crew did an excellent job.

FCS did a GREAT job – their price was very competitive (we got quotes from 4 companies), the work was done fast, it fixed more issues than we were told to expect, and the clean-up was perfect. They had to remove some flagstone at our entry and when they put it back together (including the cement) it was in better shape than when they arrived! Rodrigo was great. He was easy to work with, came out twice because we had delayed long enough that we felt some measurements had changed, and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. A week after they were done we realized two of our sprinkler zones weren’t responding. To be honest, I delayed this review to see what would happen because it would be typical of some companies to deny responsibility and not come back out after they’d already been paid. But happily a couple of guys came back out and kept digging around till they found a wire that had been cut, and then fixed it. We got a good, detailed, engineering report at conclusion as well. Without reservation I’d give the whole company my highest endorsement as honest, affordable, dependable, and truly customer-oriented.

Joaquin is such a kind and friendly person, and his positive attitude (and not doom and gloom!) is so helpful when dealing with foundation problems! He is very busy, but he will get back with you and commit to help you out. We are so lucky that he is always willing to help us out with just a question or a small (or large) job. Great guy and company!

My home was built in the early 80's on land that was once a corn field. When they built the neighbor, the builder striped the valuable topsoil, leaving a very hard surface, which prevents water from infiltrating my soil. Over the years, this had done some extensive damage to my foundation. Cracking sheet rock ceilings and walls, as well as the exterior brick and siding. After searching through Angie’s List and calling several foundation repair companies, I finally submitted a request for a free estimate from Foundation Concrete Services via their website on a Thursday after 5pm in Jan. I thought I would possibly get a return call on Monday. Best case scenario, they may call me back on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when Rodrigo Duenas (Project Manager) called me back within an hour. He stated that he and his crew were in the middle of a job in Dallas, so he said he probably would not be able to get to Arlington until Monday, but he would touch base with me Friday (the next morning) to solidify an exact time when I could be home for us to meet. He contacted me first thing Friday morning offering to meet me at 2pm that day! Rodrigo met right on time, every time. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is able to explain his trade in layman’s terms, which I truly appreciate. I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I was with his professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. I scheduled the project to begin a couple of days before I was to leave on vacation. He and his team were on time. In fact they arrived early and began work they could do without disturbing us in the home. His entire team was very nice and respectful, but importantly, they were all very hard workers. I NEVER saw a single one of them leaning, resting or sitting. They definitely get things done. The first day, they had all the holes dug around the perimeter of the house within a few hours and returned on day 2 to begin installing the piers, which were very deep. The last day, I was gone on vacation and they dealt solely with my house sitter(best friend), who informed me the team was very thorough in replacing plants/bushes that I wished to keep, as well as cleaning up any evidence they were there. Once I returned from vacation, I was pleased to see what an amazing job they had done. Doors closed that had not closed in years! Rodrigo was quick to follow up with me to set up the foundation and water leak inspections, which are required before the work can be signed off and warrantied. Again, I cannot express how grateful I was for Rodrigo’s professionalism and thoroughness. He set up all inspection appointments according to my availability. He was also very quick to call me as soon as the inspections were complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had a couple of questions regarding some wording the foundation inspector had used, so he made time out of his busy schedule to meet with me after he was off work on Friday afternoon to explain thoroughly all the inspection terminology. I should also note that I was over 45 minutes late for this appointment, but he stuck it out, even though the job was complete and the money had been paid. I would definitely recommend FCS to my family and friends! In fact, I am planning another project that requires pouring concrete and I know exactly who I will call. #FCS #RodrigoDuenas

I had foundation work completed in October of 2017. Foundation and Concrete Services did an outstanding job. The whole process was done professionally, on time, and at the most reasonable rate I got quoted (and I asked 4 different companies to provide quotes). Rodriqo Duenas provided the quote and project coordinator - he is not only an expert in the field but also extremely personable. The team that did the work was simply outstanding. Miguel (I'm not good at remembering names so I hope that is right) was the team lead. There were 2 other workers (Raphael had perfect English so I talked to him a lot). They put in 15 piers. The first day they dug the holes and put in the concrete pilings. They were very careful as they dug the holes and asked before they removed one small crepe myrtle that was in the way (and removal improved the flower bed). The next day another FCS employee came out and measured exactly the height that each pier needed to be raised. While I had tiles that had popped up and a few cracks in the wall - the highest they had to raise was .7 inches. They were done raising the house by the lunch the second day. As they filled in they noticed one of my gutters was a little higher off the group - so they offered to fill in the flower bed and repair the gutter so it looked better. They also removed the mulch - filled in the flower beds with dirt they had removed from digging, and then recovered everything with the mulch. My wife commented when she got home: "the flower beds look so much better than when they started". I included 3 pictures - the first 2 are during the repair process. The last is a picture after the foundation work was completed. The last step was a final engineers report and a leak test to ensure no water leaks. Whew - no leaks. Outstanding company that I will ALWAYS use (but hope I never have to) for any foundation work in the future.

It went very well. I called this company out as a 3rd opinion and they advised me to wait for my services because it was not really bad enough at the time. He told me to call him back to check again in 6 monts to a year! This was after two other companies made me think my house was going to split in two if I did not act right now! Foundation and Concrete Services has to come for a 3rd time before it was tone for the actual repairs! Even then, the price was better than the other companies. They have even been back since the repair to make sure my measurements are the same as they were right after the repair.-

Joaquin explained my options and gave me a fair price. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. After the initial work was done, I asked for a follow-up on part of the work, and his solution was better than I expected. He didn't overpromise, but delivered exactly what he said he would. I would definitely hire his team again.

very well. they did professional measurement and recommandation. i did compare to two other foundation company, and they gave the price and service very good. after work is done, they cleaned up well. adter one year, no further issue after foundation settlement.

This company is outstanding! We can’t say enough good things about Rodrigo and his crew at FCS Foundation Repair. It’s not often that you find a company who will deliver more than was promised, but FCS Foundation Repair is that company. From start to finish the job was handled professionally, with care, precision, fairness and very competitive price. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking for a team that would go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I have never encountered anyone so willing to go out of their way to make my project such a success. They remove our shrubs, installed 24 piers, fixed cracks outside and left my home in immaculate condition.. All this in three days. You would not even know that the house ever had foundation issues. I would use them again and I am recommending them to my friends.

Foundation repair 11 piers. Rodrigo, structural analyst was a pleasure to work with and .helpful in explaining the details. I was told work would take 2 days. The first day was digging. Only 2 people showed up. I did not think possible for them to dig all these holes and start to set piers. They did.!!! These 2 guys worked hard ALL day. Highly recommend these 2 individuals as they took pride both in their company and the work they performed. Thank you Don M

Rodrigo with FCS and his crew were amazing! Rodrigo came out more than once when we were in the "looking" phase and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered so many questions and never acted like he thought we were stupid (which we are when it comes to this type of thing). His bid was incredibly reasonable for all the work we needed. His crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were there like clockwork and one day when it rained, they notified us that they couldn't be there due to the rain. But they worked the next Saturday to make up for it. Amazing! I honestly don't think I've ever seen a crew of men work as hard and as quickly as these guys did. One thing I really liked is that the crew are actually employees of the company, not hired day laborers. Very important for accountability. When they were finished, we couldn't even tell they had been there. They even spread the extra dirt they dug up in 2 separate places where we requested. FCS was recommended by a friend and we are so thankful for that! The other bids we received were higher for less work. I cannot recommend FCS enough. They did a fabulous job with as little disruption as possible for a job like this.

Rodrigo with FCS was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered every step of the way for both the drainage project and the foundation repairs. Communication was excellent regarding when the crew would arrive and what work would be performed each day. Crews were always on time and friendly. They did a fantastic job and I'm happy to say 1) no more standing water when it rains, and 2) our house is finally level!! No more bowed floors or crooked doorways. Also want to add that I had three different companies come out to quote this job and FCS is the only one who actually took a look under the house to check the existing beams and piers. Had I gone with one of the other companies, we would have had a several thousand dollar surprise to add to the bill to replace 2 badly twisted beams. Knowing this up front allowed us to plan accordingly and avoid those nasty surprises. Additionally, Rodrigo and his team worked through some setbacks with the foundation job with absolute grace and really went the extra mile. It turned out we had a really bad plumbing leak that although it was not their problem (old cast iron pipes just disintegrated), they placed fans to dry out the wet soil and came every day to check on it until it was dry enough to allow them to replace the beams (can't use the jacks in wet soil or they just sink!) This could have been an awful stressful situation but I always felt I was in good hands and boy, did they come through! I HIGHLY recommend this company. 100% satisfied, 5 STARS for sure!

After a long search of quite a few companies, we settled on FCS to do our drainage installation. This was a harrowing process because we received bids from $4,400 to $16,000 for comparatively similar work. Such a wide spread is scary as a homeowner because you obviously want to take the best bid but you start worrying that you're losing something. Put simply, you probably are. Nonetheless, we hired FCS. They were installing gutter downspout tie-ins to a solid PVC pipe and running french drain around 2 sides of our house then to the curb. Both pipes would merge and drain through a curb cutout. Some 150 feet of trenching total. What did we lose in taking the lowest bidder? Probably a bit of professionalism, a bit of quality. What did we gain? Speed and our retirement fund. After taking my phone call, Rodrigo answered my numerous questions about the quality of what they were about to do, and told me that they could start in about a week, which was remarkable for March in Texas when rainy season is fast approaching and many companies are booking more than a month out. Sure enough, they showed up right on time and got to work. One small downside - none of the workers out at our house spoke any English, which felt a little isolating - I couldn't really ask questions. However, they worked hard and were unobtrusive. During the bidding and planning, the crew did not take any scientific measurements of elevation to make sure that the drop was going to be sufficient. All that I observed was eyeballing. Before they started digging, they did stake off and I'm sure measure then. This would have been more concerning except that another one of my bids did take laser measurements and FCS' plan was the same as theirs. After about three full days of work, the project was completed. The quality looked pretty good. I could tell that they had done quality trenching work and that they were leveling and measuring carefully. The french drain was correctly wrapped in fabric and they were applying solid black plastic to the house side of the trench to block underground water. At the end of the project, we had a few mixups, but FCS was great about fixing them promptly. For some reason the crew decided to install a pop-up bubbler rather than cutting the curb as they were supposed to. This is a terrible idea for so many reasons, so before I paid the final half I had them fix it. Then I tested the system, pouring water into the furthest gutter downspout and waiting for water to flow out of the curb. The drain collected at least 2 gallons of water before anything came out, and I could see the water sitting in the final couple meters of the pipe. This means that they came out too low and had to raise up to hit the curb, which means I'd permanently have water sitting in the end of the drain (aka mosquito breeding ground). I paid the final payment and they promised to fix it. They did, the next day, rerouting a bit and supposedly fixing it. It is better - the drain now collects about 1 gallon of water before anything starts flowing out. I'm not sure what is generally acceptable for this type of work, but I'm satisfied with that. I probably could have paid more to another company and eliminated this completely, but I'm okay with my price savings. Overall, Rodrigo was wonderful to work with, I was very pleased with the price, and the quality of the work looks altogether acceptable for the price I paid. One note: despite their name, FCS avoids doing much concrete work. They focus on foundations and drainage.

They did their work on time. They had to add an additional pier or two and didn't charge me extra. They cleaned up pretty well. They tried to fix the mortar on my brick. It doesn't look perfect but they are not a brick company.
