I was totally impressed with every aspect of this company. Logan was the sales person and was on time, detailed, and not pushy. He explained the windows and how they operated. He took into consideration the plantation shutters on our windows and the fact that we couldn't get the screens from the inside. The men who installed the windows were on time, nice, very professional, very neat and cleaned up after themselves completely. Lynn came out during installation and checked on everything. We had issues with 2 of the windows not being modified correctly by the manufacturer. After I brought this to the installers' attention, Lynn and Logan came out the next day to see what the problem was. Instead of making me pay the balance due, Lynn got the manufacturer to come out and fix the 2 windows. It wasn't until I was completely satisfied with the windows that I was asked to pay the balance due. Other companies should learn how to treat a customer from Foster Exteriors. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Lynn and Logan!

Hands down the BEST home repair/improvement I have ever worked with. The guys showed up on time in the morning, and by 1pm they were gone. The windows were in - perfectly. No mess at all. It was like they were never there. Extremely professional.

We shopped 4 companies before we went with Fosters. Logan came out and was honest and straight forward. His price was very competitive and fair. The installers we were polite, professional, and did an awesome job. We're very happy with our new windows.

The company was very professional. They were on time for the estimate and did not give me a high pressure sales pitch. They gave me local references of jobs they did in my neighborhood. They answered all of my questions on my follow up calls. They gave me an estimated delivery and install date and it was on time. The installers were very professional and left my home clean. I got three bids for the job. Foster was right in the middle on the price. It was worth the extra for a professional installation. I would recommend them to friends. I am very satisfied with the windows.

I had several quotes for this job. Logan came to my house and was very professional. He went back to the office after our visit and emailed me a full quote on the job. Logan provided a demonstration of the product, gave me a packet of information so we could research the product, and provided the quote when he told me he would. Also, he provided addresses that were close to my home that had similar windows installed so I could determine exactly what look that I wanted. The installation went very well. The team that installed the windows was led by an employee that had worked for Foster Exteriors for 18 years. They were friendly and professional, and they worked hard at keeping the dust and dirt down as much as possible. The job took 3 days and the team worked very hard. My husband and I absolutely LOVE the windows. Our home is 22 years old, so we see a huge difference in every aspect of the windows. First, we didn't realize how much outside noise we heard through the old windows. The house is so quiet now. The old windows leaked air as well as were fogged. The new windows are so tight, that we can already tell a huge difference in the temperature in our home. The house is no air leakage around the windows. Several neighbors have commented on how beautiful the almond color of vinyl is also. Needless to say, we are very very happy.

Our 44 year old windows were replaced by new windows by Foster Windows. It was a great experience from the initial visit by the salesman to the installation and completion of the job. The installation crew was courteous ,respectful and extremely competent. The clean up after the job was complete and extra ordinary. We are thrilled with the new windows and would recommend Foster Windows with no hesitation.

I was always told that the key to window replacement was the installation. All I can say is that the installation was done extremely professionally. The crew showed up on time moved and covered furniture and completely cleaned up the site. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for window replacement. Oh, by the way they also carry a superior product.

Very professional from start to finish: project evaluation and proposal by Logan Foster, order processing, Miguel's installation crew, site visit by Lynn Foster during installation, and final wrap-up visit with Logan and Lynn after completion.

The cost depends on how many windows you order at that time and whether or not he has some specials running. This time we ended up getting three, two were very large and one was very small. I think that was about $1,200 or $1,500 which included removal, installation, and clearing away also the clean up afterwards. They are extremely professional. They are very responsive. We are quite pleased with the quality. As a matter of fact, we referred a friend. It was one couple who went ahead and used them. They are a really good company to work with. We are going to use them again in the future. There is one more project that we have not looked into yet. We have a floor to ceiling window in one of the rooms. We have to figure out what we want to do and we know that would be expensive. It would look nice and energy efficient. We are thinking about that although we are not in a serious stage yet. They offered a few ideas. Even though we are not ready to move on it, they are keeping in touch just the right amount to let us know they are still interested and ready when we are.

This was Phase 2 of replacing all the windows in my home and, just as the first installation last year, they arrived early and ready to go to work. These guys are meticulous in how they take out the old windows and put in the new ones. You'd never know they'd been @ your home except for the new, wonderful windows. This company I would recommend in a heartbeat. They are honest, truthful and will work with you as you begin to replace windows in your home. I'm just a normal person and I was not able to replace all my windows at the same time so Lynn and Logan worked with me, each time, to decide what section of windows to do and what could wait until the next Phase. After the installation, Lynn comes over to your home to inspect to make sure all work is complete and to his satisfaction. Wonderful family owned business and the windows are made in Ft Worth and his awesome crew are employees - not subcontractors. They really care about their customers.

First I have to say that Foster's customer service is amazing. I mainly interacted with Logan Foster. He came to my house and showed me a few great options. He was very professional and polite. I knew right away that I wanted to go with them. I wanted to get my foundation fixed before replacing the windows so a few months passed from the initial meeting before I had the windows replaced. Logan followed up every few weeks to see if I was ready. I submitted a form to the HOA to let them know that I was going to replace the windows. They initially denied my application due to a lack of information. Logan followed up with my HOA to see what they needed and told me how to exactly word the appeal. It was quickly approved after that. The installation was done on time and quickly. Lynn did come by to review the work. I was worried about the installation because I have plantation shutters and the bedroom is located on the second floor. The shutters were not damaged at all. My old windows were cracked and had condensation between the panes. They were not pleasant to look through. Now I really enjoy looking out my bedroom window. A month after installation we had an ice storm that kept temperatures below freezing for a few days. It was nice to look out my windows at the icy streets and not feel any of the cold come through.

It was great! Very clean install and I didn't have to do any clean up or touch up. The windows are great quality and as soon as I can afford it I will have them do other old windows in my house. The rooms with the new windows are already staying warmer in the winter due to the lack of air leaking in and out. Go with Foster!

This is the thing I liked the most about Fosters -- The attention give to us. Not many windows companies will sincerely set aside as much time as Fosters did -- and it was definitely a no-pressure sale. And the installation crew was top-notch. Showing up the very minute they promised to show. They were very professional and clean. One thing I learned is that this works for Fosters. Fosters does not sub-contract to any ole contractor. Therefore, the quality of work from house to house should be really good. I am not sure who was better, the crew or the owners. You cannot go wrong with this company. Okay we paid a little more than the competition, but this is windows on your house. You do not want to throw any old window into your house and deal with the problems later on. You want to get the best. And Foster definitely delivers.

Everything about Foster Exteriors was excellent. Logan made the sale and was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew, Miguel Sr., Miguel Jr., and Jeffery were punctual, courteous, and hard working. The windows look and work great and have made an immediate difference to the house. After the installation, the guys were unable to reinstall the blinds because of the difference in depth between our original, 60yo windows and the new windows. I called Lynn (the owner) to inform him of the problem. The next day (Saturday) Miguel Sr. came out and figured out a solution and on Sunday Miguel Jr. and Jeffery came out and got the blinds hung. This is a company that sells quality products and goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Even better, their price is competitive with other quality window installers. I have already recommended them to one friend, and will continue to do so in the future.

The work done and the windows themselves were of excellent quality. The installation crew, who were independent contractors, did an outstanding job. They were punctual, very clean, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day of the 3 day job before leaving. The windows were manufactured by Alside to custom measurements for each individual opening. Out of 33 windows, we had 2 openings that were unusual and hard to get the windows to fit properly. Foster Exteriors ordered and replaced those 2 windows 3 times, at no additional cost to us, until the installation met our very exacting standards. The owner, Lynn Foster, was very accommodating and accepting of our pursuit of perfection. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and already done so twice since our job was completed.

Excellent job! Extremely happy with project. Lynn and Logan were very responsive and efficient. They quickly obtained a permit from the city (we live in a conservation district) for project. They accommodated our schedule to complete the project in a timely manner. Project was completed in just 1 day. Very clean workmanship. Windows are awesome! A+++!

I got several estimates to repair cracked windows which were very similar. We chose Foster Exteriors for several reasons. The price was fair and the representative was prompt, informative, and helpful. His glowing recommendation of his installers helped convince us that this was the company to choose. The windows were custom made within weeks and installed in less than a day. The installation crew was everything they were promised to be, and we are thrilled with our gorgeous new view. I could not be more pleased with this business! From start to finish, Foster Exteriors provided professional and personable service. Starting with Logan Foster's visit to show the windows, make some suggestions and provide a fee quote, to the day of installation, all interactions were pleasant and answers complete. I was amazed by and so very pleased with the installers, father Miguel Sr., and his adult sons Miguel Jr. and Jeffery. They completed all work in one day, working steadily, but always friendly and willing to answer my questions. They took time to protect the sealant from kitty claws, and Jeffery quickly fixed my dryer door so I could dry and rehang the drapes that I had thrown in the washer. Blinds were rehung as they finished a room and all furniture was protected. I removed knickknacks and fragile items, but they were able to work around heavy furniture items, refrigerator, and file drawers. They left the property and house very clean, having taken care to protect outside shrubs and plants as well as the flooring inside. Owner Lynn Foster visited the job site that day to view the work and to answer any additional questions. He and Logan came by the next day to complete business transactions and to again show me how to operate the double-hung windows. Hopefully I won't need windows again, but I am confident that if an issue arises, Lynn Foster will be proactive in helping me resolve it. The price of this job was reasonable, I believe, compared with my research and another quote. I recommend this business without reservation.

I came home after they’d done the work and couldn’t even tell they had been in my house. They were very professional. The windows turned out great, and they checked back with us a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with them.

It could not have gone any better. Logan, the sales rep, arrived on time, made a very professional presentation, and answered all our questions. We were especially interested in references over-and-above Angie's list and he provided them. The windows arrived as scheduled - about three weeks after the order was placed - and the installation was on-time and very professional. The crew worked quickly and politely and left absolutely no mess. The owner came by the next day to inspect the work, show us how to work the windows, and to answer any questions. We would definitely use them again if needed.

Logan came out and showed my husband and I what he had and suggested the picture window. All other reps that had come out told us it would be too expensive or couldn't be done. Logan explained all details. The office let us know the progress and then confirmed date of installation. Crew came out and had it in by noon. Excellent work. Will use them again for windows in the rest of the house.

Logan Foster came by to give an estimate on doing a full house window replacement. Logan was great, very knowledgeable. We were taking a number of bids; Logan and I shared a number of emails back and forth with question from everything from single vs double hung to installation techniques. He appeared to welcome the questions and was very patient. We ended up wanting to move forward with Foster for half the house (about $7500). At that time (I do not remember it coming up prior) we were told that a deposit of 50% was required. In the past year we have done a fence replacement ($12k) and a partial bathroom remodel ($10k) and each time followed the same due diligence, taking numerous bids and asking numerous questions. In all my (granted limited) experience from bids to contracts I have never been asked for a 50% deposit. I questioned this (did not say no, just questioned it) and was told by Logan that Lynn Foster would be managing my project and asked me to call him. I called Lynn (my first interaction with him) and was told that he did not want to move forward with our project, presumably because I questioned his 50% deposit policy. Quite shocking. Apparently Fosters is doing so well that they can turn away $15k worth of business. Just a word of warning for what it's worth, very odd business practice.
