Logan was a joy to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us select the right windows for our home. We had some concerns on width of the window frames, etc., and Logan helped us pick out the best windows for our project. We had also been told by other window companies that we would have to take down and reinstall the blinds on our windows, but this company did it for us. I wanted a special design on three of my stationary windows in my dining room and Logan recommended the Single Prairie Grid. We are so pleased with the results. I was very nervous about installation, as I had heard stories about what a mess it would make, etc. On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly and were very professional. They did a great job and they cleaned up so well after themselves that I would never have known they were here! If you are looking for a company that is easy to work with and cares as much about your project as you do, I would highly recommend Foster Exteriors!

The window replacement went great. We were thrilled with Logan Foster's pitch from the beginning and their price for new windows was in line with our budget. We received a great discount for using Angie's List too. Foster Exteriors sent a crew of 4 productive guys who did a fabulous job. They replaced 20 windows in one day! All the men work directly for Foster Exteriors. They were extremely polite, thorough with their job and did excellent at cleaning up after themselves, inside and out. We could tell in an instant the improvement in the quality of sound with our new windows. They look fabulous from the outside (and inside too). The product delivered exceeded our expetations. Logan Foster, the salesman and son of owner Lynn Foster, came out and provided a detailed quote, carefully explaining all aspects of the project and the windows. He came across as very knowledgeable and credible. He took rough measurements of all windows, gave us options on the windows, and then provided a quote, which we accepted. They use NT Windows, the same manufacturer of the windows we already had in our sunroom. Those windows, the Presidential Series, have left us extremely pleased with their operation and performance. Foster Exteriors offered 0% financing through Synchrony Financial if paid in full within 18 months. After checking Internet reviews on that company, we decided not to use that financing option. Once the contract was signed, Foster Exteriors sent out an installer to re-measure the windows in detail. He was friendly, competent, and professional. That measurement was the basis of the windows that the company ordered. Lynn Foster called in a few days just prior to placing the order with NT Windows. About 3 weeks later, the windows arrived at Foster Exteriors and Lynn called to schedule an installation date for the following week. The installation team -- a father and his 2 sons -- arrived on time, and took pains in keeping the inside of our house clean. They worked efficiently and did a beautiful job of installing all of the windows. The windows that had brick around them did not require further work on our part. The windows with wood around them on the outside required Foster Exteriors to some carpentry to ensure a good fit. And then we needed to do some touch up painting on that carpentry; Foster doesn't do that.. Because they carefully caulked their work, the touch up painting went quickly. The installers did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Most impressively, they really cleaned the windows, including removing all stickers on the glass with a razor blade, and then cleaning the glass till it was streak-free. Noteworthy, on an interior door with a glass inset, which they had to use repeatedly, they left no fingerprints on the glass. Logan Foster came out to walk through and check the finished job, ensuring that we were satisfied with the installation. We were. Every aspect of dealing with this company was handled in an extremely professional manner, from the initial sales discussion, to the ordering, the scheduling, and the installation. I would highly recommend Foster Exteriors Window Company without reservation.

Class Act from start to finish Professional all the way Rep came out and gave me choices & prices. Contact was easy to understand. Company called when windows came in to set up day to install. Installers came out on time. Explained installation procedure (reviewed how they were going to clean up the botched job of the previous company) Kept the areas clean and neat as they removed the unoperable windows of the previous co. and replace with new good quality windows. Owner of Foster came out to during installation to review the work & complete contract. By the end of day new windows were in and everything was back in place. We finally decided to go ahead and replace the original windows in our home. The house was redone in 2009 (with the exception of the windows) so we had been putting this off for quite a while. We settled on 3 different companies from Angie's List to come out and give us quotes on replacing our windows. We knew this was going to be a relatively large purchase and we wanted to find the right product, at the right price, from a company with which we felt comfortable. Each of the 3 companies offered a quality product and pricing was very competitive (though 1 of the 3 companies never followed through with a quote). Logan Foster, from Foster Exteriors, was the 3rd rep to come out and visit with us. We were impressed with his promptness, professionalism and attention to detail (he actually came out on 2 separate occasions as my wife could not be here on his first visit-and I needed to make sure the color I had selected would be ok!). He talked us through the different products and ultimately helped us settle on the perfect choice for us. (As an aside, Logan noted that, per code, 3 of our new windows would need to be tempered glass but the other reps did not.) We agreed on the pricing and were happy to get a 10% rebate for Angie's List users and also took advantage of a zero percent financing option. The lead of the installation team (a father and his 2 sons) came out to take final measurements and the windows were ordered. (One of the sons actually came by after his father to confirm 1 of the measurements before the final order went in--this made me even more comfortable that the job was being taken seriously and would be done properly.) The windows were manufactured pretty quickly and installation was scheduled. On installation day, the guys showed up as scheduled and promptly got to work. My biggest worry with this was the potential mess and/or damage to the walls (with a 60 year old house, you never know what you might find when you start taking things out!) and I must say the guys did everything possible to keep the mess to a minimum. They worked very well together and after the first window went in, I was confident the guys would handle anything that might come up. As it turns out, it was a pretty straightforward installation and they wrapped up by about 3pm. The guys were very professional, conscientious and friendly and I felt at ease with them working in and around our home. Mr. Foster (Logan's father and owner of the company) came by shortly after they finished up to ensure I was happy with the install and to sign the final paperwork. The windows have been in for over a month now and we've had no issues. We've been thrilled with the noise reduction and the improvement to our curb appeal. It's too soon to know what the savings will be on our utility bills, but I'm absolutely confident that it will be significant for us. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are thinking about window replacement.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. Logan came out to meet with us. Brought samples. Had great suggestions and was very polite and professional. The installers, Miguel and his sons were fantastic! I mean they know what they are doing. All this followed up by Lynn Foster, the owner. We had one small issue with one window (streak on the inside of the glass from the manufacturer). Without hesitation or question, they took care of it as soon as they could get the replacement glass. Miguel came out and had it replaced in no time. We had gotten other bids, and one company was nice and competitive on price, but we wanted to go with the father son team. Lynn and his son Logan were great to work with. Windows look great!

Working with Fosters was great. From the initial contact to the completion of the work and even a follow up a week or two after, Fosters was professional and helpful the entire time. When they first came to give an estimate, they were on time and gave a great presentation about the product, the company, and answered all our questions. As we went through the process of getting estimates from several companies, another company suggested something for my bow window area that I really liked, but I didn't like that company. So I contacted Fosters and they came out that afternoon with their installer to see if they would be able to do that work. They explained what they would have to do and gave me an estimate of the cost. There price was very reasonable and similar to all the other companies we met with. When it came to ordering the windows, they again made it very simple. And when installation day came the crew did a great job. They covered things that could get dust on them and they covered everything in our baby nursery. The installer said they take extra care anywhere kids might be. When the work was done, they left the house clean, not dirt in sight. The bow window change was a bit of a harder job and took them a little while, but they got it done and it looks fantastic. The sales man we worked with, Logan, came to the house the day of the install to check that everything was going well. The owner of the company contacted me about a week after the install to check that I was happy with the work. Logan again came back later that week to install some caps on my casement windows that had popped off during the install and told me to contact them if anything ever comes up. Very nice and helpful company. Fosters does require half the payment when they order the windows and the other half at the completion of the work. Don't let this little thing turn you off to this company. They are great!

My 1950 built home had original windows that needed replacing. I asked for bids from three potential companies I selected via Angie's List. Ultimately, I selected Foster Exteriors because of their competitive bid, reputation, and Logan Foster's utmost professionalism. Logan is knowledgable on product, has a very pleasant demeanor, and is focused on providing an outstanding customer experience. Per Logan, Foster Exteriors uses only one contractor on installations. They have worked with this particular installer for seventeen years. Prior to the final order being placed, the installer, Miguel, came to review the job, confirm measurements, and identify potential installation challenges. To describe Miguel: he is the happiest, most outgoing, charming contractor I have had on my property in quite sometime. Bottom line: he is "into" his job. The windows were manufactured exactly to specifications and Logan set up an installation appointment to last about a day and a half. Miguel arrived on-time with his crew consisting of his two sons. By watching their work cadence, speed and efficiency, it appeared to me that they grew up in the business. They were very professional, competent, maintained clean work areas, and worked very well as a team. Upon completion, Logan returned to ensure that the job was properly done and I was happy with the product and installation. With all that being said, I enthusiastically recommend Foster Exteriors. This is a top notch company that has earned my trust and confidence.

Foster Exteriors provides its customers with an easy sales pitch, prompt service, professional installations and immediate follow up. It is a father-son operation who uses another father-son installation team that has a worked for Lynn Foster for almost 20 years. His son Logan does the sales and is a no-pressure salesman, but very convincing and motivated. Logan insured that our windows would follow all state regulations regarding environmental requirements and when tempered glass was mandated by the state. The windows arrived just three weeks after the order in a busy time of the year for window replacement. The installation team arrived exactly when promised, installed the windows with care, and completed the job in about 6 hours. They were very friendly and ready to answer all of our questions. It was obvious that they were family by the way they worked so well together. They did the majority of their work on the outside of the house to minimize the dust and kept all of the refuse on the outside. All-in-all a top notch operation and I highly recommend Foster Exteriors for your window replacement project.

Our first contact was with Logan Foster. He really knows his products and was able to answer all of our questions plus more. He is a personable young man and never pressured us to close the sale which we appreciate. Once we did sign the contract, Logan was meticulous in his order details because we had a few specialty requests. Logan took all the window measurements but then they send their installer Miguel to do final measurements. They were very careful to be precise. Our installation took 3 days. The installer Miguel works with his 2 sons Miguel Jr. and Jeffery. Loved them! They were so respectful of our home and worked as neatly as is possible with minimal mess. Lynn Foster is the owner of this company and he checked in on our job everyday. During the ordering process Lynn kept us updated on the arrival of our windows at his shop. Once they were all in it became a bit of a challenge to get scheduled because it was raining so much but as soon as there was a 3 day window of opportunity they got started. We love our new windows and would recommend Fosters Exteriors to everyone!

Lynn was quick to answer my initial request for information. Logan followed up with a visit and quote. Miguel and his sons Miguel Jr. and Jeffery, and Miguel Jr.'s son Miguel III, did the construction. I cannot speak highly enough for all parties. They used NT Windows, double-pane Low E 366 Cardinal glass, argon gas-filled, double-hung, with grids on the top half (my own unique request). The windows look very good, the installation was fast but very good quality workmanship, and the NT Windows are good quality.

I had two other window companies out and the price was about the same for all of them. But this company is the most professional in everything I have ever dealt with. From the salesman (Logan, son of the owner) to the installers (Miguel and his two sons, Miguel Jr. and Jeffry) to the actual work and cleanup .... perfect experience! I hardly knew they were here. Excellent quality, great price .... again, they did exactly what they said they would do and it was seamless from start to finish. I would definitely use them again, but hope I don't need to.

Logan Foster met with me to discuss the windows and what I was needing. He was on time, polite, and genuine. He demonstrated the window, described everything about it. Logan was one of the most professional young man I have met. He is exceptional. He provided me with a quote, which I felt was very good. Told him I would discuss with my husband and he assured me there was no pressure, just give him a call when I was ready. I did. Logan explained Miguel the installer would stop by and measure the windows on the outside and I did not have to be at home. Miguel did come by and measured and there was some questions about the size of the windows. Lynn Foster called and asked if he could come by a double check the measurements. We scheduled an appointment, he was one time and just like his son he was very professional, polite and genuine. The order was placed for the windows Lynn kept me informed on the process. The windows came were ready and they scheduled an appointment. Miguel Sr., Jr. and Jeffery were on time, again polite and genuine. I would like to say Jeffery was awesome. He was very kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. The personal touch this company provides is awesome. This is not the first time I used Foster Exteriors. They replaced 3 windows in a Condo I have. It was great. I will being calling again next year to have them replace the rest of the windows in the house.

Foster Exteriors was professional and responsive from the get-go. I used the "Schedule" button on Angie's list on a Sunday and Monday morning Lynn Foster called to schedule an estimate. He took the time to make sure that he understood exactly what I was looking for and got use scheduled for later that week. His estimator (the younger Mr. Foster) showed up promptly talked us through all the aspects of what our job would entail and estimated it just as we asked. We had originally thought that we would only have a couple of windows done, but Foster's price convinced us to have the whole house (10 windows) done. Miguel, Foster's measurer and installer. showed up to take the detailed measurements, just as promised. He showed up and was gone almost before we knew he was there. He also respected our request to make sure we were there when he did the measurements so we could wrangle our dogs. Our windows showed up ahead of schedule and our installation was scheduled quickly. Miguel and his crew (two nice young men who are also his sons) showed up on time first thing in the morning (8:15), asked me where I wanted them to start, and got to it. They had all 10 windows installed and everything cleaned up by noon. Drop clothes were used indoors; all debris was removed from outside. I literally would not be able to tell they had been here if I didn't have a house full of nifty new windows. I am VERY pleased and impressed. The world would be an awesome place if everyone did business like Foster Exteriors. Seriously.

Logan Foster came to our home on a Saturday to describe Foster's replacement window options and potential costs. He was thorough, conscientious, and answered all of our questions. Logan made good recommendations after carefully considering our needs. He quickly responded to requests for additional information. After considering all the options from several potential service providers, we decided to go with Foster Exteriors. They presented a competitive price, carried good quality replacement windows, and had three standard exterior colors where the other window replacement companies only offered two. Importantly, Foster had their own top-rated installation team (Miguel and his sons) who they'd employed for more than 17 years. Miguel & sons replaced the windows in only 2 full days. Their work was impeccable and they were the nicest guys ever to work with. Lynn Foster, the owner of the company, came out to the house several times to make sure installation was going well, met his expectations, and to ensure that I was a highly satisfied customer. Foster was able to replace our old windows within two weeks of our order. UPDATE: I have used a pest control service for 30 years. When my Bug Man was out for our quarterly service last week, he came into the house after treating the outside and exclaimed, "Your new windows are gorgeous and believe me, in my line of work, I've seen a lot of windows! Whoever installed them was absolutely meticulous. I've never seen window installation this exacting!"

Foster was very polite when they came out for the quote, not pushy like we had dealt with from other vendors. They were very forthcoming of the schedule for the ordering and installation of the windows. I was very pleased they didn't try and push the installation when there was a chance for rain, they just rescheduled for the week after. All in all we were very satisfied with the ordering and installation of our windows.

Logan came out at the designated time and gave a very impressive demonstration of the new vinyl windows. We were so impressed that we did not look for other bids. Two days later we called Logan back to place our order. Lynn kept in touch with us during the whole ordering process. We were then notified when our windows were ready and set a date for installation. The installers were on time and went right to work. Six hours later we had beautiful new vinyl windows. Lynn came out during the installation to check on the progress, and again after completion to insure that we knew how to operate them. We no longer have cold air blowing in from the outside and no more fogged windows. We are very happy with our new windows and will recommend them highly.
