Lynn Foster answered his phone every time I called and was very prompt at coming out to inspect my roof, took the time to explain my options and was very helpful answering all questions. He had the job finished within a week after the initial inspection, with the actual work done over two days. I will do business with Foster Exteriors again when I need gutter or window work done.

Excellent job by this company and everyone involved. The owner, Lynn Foster, provided a competitive bid and was very helpful in explaining the overall procedure for the installation. He was courteous, professional and on-time for all appointments and meetings. He personally inspected the work during and after installation. His installers were great! Three men completed the entire job in one day. They were very fast, efficient and experienced. They hauled off the old windows and cleaned up all debris. They were courteous and on time.

Very good. Took time to go over what was needed. Checked with us regularly. Very fast and clean. Hardly noticed they were there. Price was the best out of three, by far, and seemed very reasonable.

Lynn Foster is very honest, professional, and detail oriented. He was punctual for both estimate and job and presented all my options regarding window style, color, brand, etc. in a knowledgeable way, explaining features and cost of each. He provided a detailed written estimate which was exactly the final cost. Lynn communicated promptly, both by phone and email when necessary. Two windows arrived in slightly wrong interior color and Lynn offered a couple of good solutions to right the situation; my choice. He refused to accept payment until whole job was complete to my satisfaction. The windows are beautiful and the installers (a father and son) were extremely polite and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. They take pride in their work and Lynn supervised closely. Overall the process was pretty smooth.

Lynn was super to work with. I live out of state, and I'm renting my house, so it took some special coordination on Lynn's part to meet up with my representative. He was on time and very careful to check out all aspects of the leak. It turns out that my last roofing job was done incorrectly, and the portion leaking will need to be replaced completely. Lynn was very frank and honest regarding the problem. He felt that the leak may have been a fluke, and we/I decided to take a wait and see approach. I'm hoping the leak was a fluke, but if it's not, I will certainly give Lynn a call to repair it.

Lynn provided us with excellent service. Great guy. Professional and punctual. He gave a bid that was significantly below a large roofing company and in one morning fixed three leaks that my remodel contractor was never able to fix. Problem solved. I plan to hire him for a patch of shingles that had protruding nails in the front of the house.

Work was done well, in a timely manner, and the site was completely clean after the work was completed.

Lynn Foster started by walking around my house and measuring all the windows. He then proceeded in showing me his window and fully explaining all its features. I was convinced that the particular product he was recommending was of high quality and would meet my needs. He also explained the process and the time it would take to complete the job. He wrote up an offer to contract describing the type of windows that would be installed and that the contractor would do a complete cleanup and hall off all waste. His price was $8390. He did calculate in a 5% Angie's List discount. He stated I would need to put a 1/3 down but would not need to pay the balance until he came out and inspected the completed job. His estimate was slightly higher than the company I ended up hiring. He also stated that he did not except credit cards. I would not hesitate considering him for a future project. I appreciated his honest and polite manner.

After getting 3 estimates which were all similar in price, I chose Foster Exteriors because I felt I could work well with Lynn Foster. In my initial meeting with Lynn, he was on time and explained the replacement window process to my satisfaction. Lynn and his crew were great to work with. The windows were ordered and installed in a timely manner. The crew was very careful to cover furniture, floors, etc. and not damage anything inside or outside during installation. The installation only took a little over a day. The crew cleaned up and it was hard to tell that they had been in the house at all. We are very pleased with the work done.

I chose Foster Exteriors to redo our roof because I was very happy with the work they did when they replaced our windows. I did not get any other estimates because I felt the price Lynn quoted was reasonable. Lynn Foster and his crew are very easy to work with, show up as scheduled, and show respect for the property where they work. I was concerned that nails or shingles might end up in our swimming pool, but none did. We are happy with our new roof and the quality of the work done.

Not only was the owner courteous, but the installers were as well. They were punctual and informative about what they would be doing. All in all this was a pleasant experience. The price includes a 5% discount for Angie's List members.

Excellent - I'm entering into another contract with the company for gutters & a sliding glass door. The workers were polite, neat & efficient. Very reliable.

He's been a very nice guy. They're doing a good job so far, I'm happy with them.

I had leaks around my 3 dorimers and at my chimney. These only occurred during heavy thunderstorms. I selected Foster Exteriors from the list and called Lynn for a quote. He made an appointment for the next day and was on time for it. I explained the problem I was having and even took him up in the attic to see the areas of concern. Lynn then got on the roof and surveyed the situation before making his recommendation. He said my chimney problem was due to bad flashing which I could probably screw down and caulk myself, but I wanted him to do the job for me. He was to come out the next week to do the job, but had to reschedule for the following Monday. I was out of town at the time, but all the work appears to be completed satisfactorily. It may be awhile before I know if the problem is fixed since we are in the middle of a draught and may not get substantial rain until the fall. He assured me he would stand behind the work and has a 2 year warranty in writing on the contract.

Lynn Foster, the owner, returned my call in less than 20 minutes and gave me an estimate the same day. He didn't work on roofs as steep as ours, but was helpful and informative. He was on time for the estimate as well.

A 70 ft. tree fell on the roof of my 1928 home causing damage to the roof and also the eave of the house. Of the 3 companies called for an estimate, Lynn Foster, owner of Foster's Exteriors, was the one who was the most through and spent the most time with my husband on the initial estimate. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and gave us a good quote. I decided I wanted green shingles. I was very particular about the perfect color of green and Lynn got me numerous shingle samples and info and was very patient with me considering it took me nearly two wks. to decide. Through one of his contacts, Lynn was able to get us a GREAT deal on very nice 30yr. laminate shingles (a much better quality we originally thought we would be able to afford). In fact, the price was so good, we had the roof done on our detached garage to match! For comparison, another company gave us an estimate for nearly 7k for the house roof only. We are very happy with our new roof - it looks great.

Mr. Foster is very professional and helpful. He first tried an inexpensive repair to repair a leak (for which he did not charge). When that did not resolve the problem, he came back and performed a beautiful roofing job. The plywood sheeting on my older home had shrunk and allowed for water to leak in heavy storms. I will definitely be hiring him for my new gutters!

Lynn responded promptly to my service call, and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was professional in asking questions and providing answers to my questions. He assessed the problem and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. He caulked around the turbine and suggested that replacement of the turbine was not needed. Lynn indicated that he would replace the turbine if the leak continued. He was observant and noticed that we had some worn siding near flashing in need of repair that could lead to roof leaking. He recommended and provided a contact to get an estimate on the siding work. Lynn did not charge for his service, and earned a repeat customer. My experience with Lynn was great and I will definitely use his services in the future.
