Everything went smoothly. I received multiple quotes from companies in the area and Foster provided the best combination of high-quality product, excellent customer service, and fair pricing.

We interviewed several companies, and had LOTS of questions for each. Foster Exteriors came out on top on all accounts. We weren't looking for the cheapest, but rather the BEST. We feel we got THE BEST. Their price was very competitive, and then we got an Angie's List discount on top of that! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Having new windows installed is a big investment in a home. Logan handled the business side of it, and their great team of four guys (who've been working together for them for years) were efficient, professional, tidy, and very pleasant. We would highly recommend them to anyone, and have already passed along their card to six friends and neighbors who have asked us about them. Keep doing the "quality product/quality workmanship" thing!!! It's refreshing!!!

Logan was great with sales and after-sales support. Very responsive to calls, emails and texts when needed. Checked in with us multiple times to let us know when windows were in, to set up install days, and checked in during and after install to make sure everything was satisfactory. Install crews were very professional and polite. They communicated how things were going, did a very thorough job with laying down dropcloths to catch debris, covering furniture and electronics to protect from dust and debris, and sweeping up after they were done. I had to do a little dusting and vacuuming afterwards, but considering the demolition involved, I'm very pleased with as clean as they managed to keep it.

I couldn't be happier. My windows are beautiful. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with any kind of work on my home. When the windows were ready Logan scheduled installation right away at my convenience. The crew was great! They were very professional, polite, and kept things clean. They also got here on time and finished in just a few hours. Logan did come by and check on the progress and came back when they were finished. They were all so efficient and nice I wish I could hire them to do all my renovations.

It went about as good as you could possibly get. The crew sent out obviously knew what they were doing and did and awesome job. Everything fit the first time and it only took them about 4 hours.

The process of working with Foster Exterior Window Company was excellent from start to finish. From getting them to do a review and provide a quote to the completion of the job was outstanding. They provided really good detail on the job, including suggestions on what could we be done and costs. The installers were very professional, working quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work and cleaned up as they went. Miguel, Junior, and Jeffrey were fantastic! The job was just finished so we still need more time to evaluate the windows but so far we are very pleased. They look great! Initial perspective on the energy efficiency is great too. We have a room that faces southwest and has historically been very hot, you can feel the heat with you walk in the room. Now the temperature is just right and even right next to the window, on a day that is more than 90 degrees outside, you can't feel the heat!

It went great. We had estimates from several companies but Logan was by far the most professional, informative and thorough. The price was not the lowest but from hearing several horrors stories about the lower priced competitor through multiple review sites, we felt that Logan and his crew were the right choice. Boy were we right. The windows arrived earlier than expected and Logan was able to get us on the schedule soon after despite multiple rain storms comes through the area that week. Logan was also outstanding at communicating and letting us know exactly what to expect and when. The crew arrived on time and greeted me by name before getting right to work. They were clean, friendly and effecient. The windows look fantastic and make our home look and feel so much better. As the other reviews suggest...don't hesitate to go with Foster. They are the real deal.

The entire process was super easy and Logan Foster kept me up to date as needed planning the measuring and install. Logan is very polite, no hard-selling and I felt terrific about the entire process. The windows look great and their installer Miguel was easy to work with as well. I just bought this house and the windows were really old---neighbors are happy tool! What a difference with the outdoor noise as well. You can barely hear anythign from teh street.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. When we were choosing a contractor, Logan Foster’s professionalism was the deciding factor. He is knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough. For example, he explained that because of their size and/or location, 4 of the 12 windows required tempered glass as specified in the building code. (By contrast, the sales rep for a highly-rated competitor omitted that important detail and did not include it in his estimate.) Logan spoke highly of his company's 4 installers, and we learned firsthand that his praise was justified. As promised, Miguel Sr and his crew arrived on time, were courteous, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results.

Logan Foster, the founders son, came out within days after my request and showed me the windows. He gave me a complete breakdown of the cost estimate within 24 hrs. He was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. When I decided on the windows Logan came out again and overviewed the process with me and gave me a timeline. Logan head his lead installer, Miguel Sr. come out to double check his measurements and he was also very knowledgeable, polite and quick. When the windows were here I got another call from Logan and we scheduled an installation date within days. The installers, a crew of four lead by Miguel Sr., were prompt, very hard-working, extremely polite and fast...they started at 9 am and were finished by 5 (hard to do when having to remove windows with lead paint which required EPA tents and safety practices). When the windows were finished, Miguel and his crew packed all the debris and swept up. Logan did not come to collect the remaining 50% payment until the inspector came. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

The entire project went very well from start to finish. Logan Foster helped us pick the right windows for our price range and went over all of the details of the project. We really liked that it's a local family business. The install process took 1 day and the crew was really great. They were punctual and very clean. You could hardly tell anyone had been in the house. Couldn't be happier with the new windows!

The order was processed fast and I had my windows installed just over two weeks after i first met Logan. The windows are beautiful and were installed very quickly and they cleaned up everything and hauled off the old windows. The crew was very nice and i was surprised just how fast they worked while doing such great work. I would recommend Foster Exteriors to anybody.

Foster Exterior did a fantastic job, very professional, quick and clean. Lynn and Logan are wonderful to work with. Once job was complete, I noticed a defect in the large front window and they promptly replaced at no charge. Really appreciated the follow up after completion of job. It's been almost of year since the install and we are very pleased with the reduction to our electricity bill and the updated look to our home. The windows are easy to open and clean. Excellent product and customer service!

I highly recommend Foster Exterior. Very professional. Everything done with a spirit of excellence. The windows are of high quality. Even when it was in the teens outside. The windows did not transmit the cold. I have received numerous compliments.

Logan Foster took the engineers report back to his office and studied it with his people. Foster was honest enough to promptly call me and suggest that this was not a job that they or any window company could do without complications and suggested we talk to a one stop home remodeler. Two other highly regarded window companies gave estimates and were given the report. They either failed to understand the extent of the problem or planned to start the work and worry about it later. When the situation is right, I'll hire these folks in a heartbeat. Honest and professional.

All went perfectly, the installers were courteous and responsive and it was a deal that went the way it was supposed to. Installation of 18 windows took 1.5 days and the workers even fixed a drainpipe that had come loose from the wall. One screen had a slight tear at the top, one of the installers brought it to my attention, and this screen was replaced after a few days. All in all, it was a great experience and the house looks better and is quieter then before, a very nice job!!

Excellent. Logan Foster came to our house initially and explained the removal and replacement process. Logan showed us a sample of the complete replacement window system, and provided a timely cost estimate. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. The personnel removing and replacing the windows were professional and efficient, and did a great job. We are very happy with the new windows, and would have had the windows replaced much sooner if we had known that the replacement process was so quick and easy!!!

It was easy to schedule an estimate and they were flexible about setting an installation date. The windows were ready sooner than advertised and put in the very next day. The crew was prompt and worked together well to get the job done. They cleaned up all the mess and left me with a beautiful result. We recommend Foster to friends and will definitely use them again to complete our project.

Our home was damaged by the hail storm that passed through Wylie in April, and we lost 11 windows. We had aluminum windows with a glass that had been discontinued. After months of fighting with the insurance company, they finally agreed to replace all 55 windows in our home. With such a large purchase, I wanted to make sure that I made a sound decision. I researched window companies through Angie's List, The Better Business Bureau, and several other avenues. I narrowed my choices down to four sources, and had each one present their window options based on my expectations. And since the window is only as good as the installation, we also wanted a company that employed their own crew and stood behind the installation. While Foster Exteriors was not the least expensive, Logan Foster was the most knowledgeable and professional. We immediately knew that Foster Exteriors was our choice, but then came the most difficult part...choosing the window out of the options Logan had presented. I must have changed my mind 5 times, and took several weeks to make my decision. Logan came out twice to present the choices, and responded quickly to every email and phone call (and there were many). After I finally made a decision, Logan made sure he understood exactly what we wanted 1) before he ordered the windows, 2) before the windows were installed, 3) during the installation process, and 4) after the work was completed. The crew did an absolutely phenomenal job installing the windows! They didn't rush the installation, and did a remarkable job cleaning up every day. The windows are gorgeous, and we are extremely happy! If you are needing windows, you MUST call Foster Exteriors. I'm so glad we did!!

We were very happy and impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Foster Exteriors. We felt very comfortable with Logan Foster's description of the windows we selected, as well as his punctuality, follow through, product knowledge, and commitment to customer service. Our order was processed promptly and as expected with no surprises. The actual installation of our windows was scheduled sooner than estimated, and the installation crew arrived when scheduled and did absolutely superlative work. We replaced almost all of the windows in our home in less than one day with no issues. Some minor post installation issues relating to the windows themselves were immediately followed up on in a satisfactory manner.
