The workers, I think they were sub-contracted, showed up exactly on time and began immediately to prepare the areas. They draped areas that would get dusty, and asked which area I preferred they start in first. I didn't car but nice they asked. Lynn, the owner said they would take about 4-5 hours. They were done in 2 1/2 hours. I had heard from some people that other window installers from other companies didn't put back the blinds, but these guys left it exactly as it was before. Even took down and re-hung the wind chimes outside the window and the bird feeder I had forgotten to remove. Very polite. With this, I have a transferable warranty and an extra offered the month I ordered them, a glass breakage warranty at no extra cost. Very reasonable. I hope to get the rest of the house done soon. Before, I could feel the cold air coming in at the bottom of the windows and now, warm and cozy.

Mr. Foster was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was quick to respond to my request for a bid, setup an appointment to inspect the windows to replace, and provided a detailed demonstration of the various aspects of vinyl window design and features, as well as the differences in the product lines he sells. Based upon my meeting, I felt I could easily trust Mr. Foster and that he would perform an excellent job, however, his bid was the highest bid I received, and about 50% more than the company I choose. I didn't see any significant differences in the quality of the windows or the warranty in the bid, so I did not select his company.

Lynn was very responsive in getting us a quote for our windows. He went through his presentation and gave a very competitive quote. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how the windows were engineered and installed. He even made sure to explain the current building code and how that pertained to our choices in windows. We eventually ended up going with a different contractor, but I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Lynn.

Lynn was the first man I talked to about the windows, was the one who scheduled all the appointments, the one who oversaw all the work, and the last man I saw when the job was done. His customer service is second to none! It took them 2 days to install the windows, and even though it was fairly cold out (in the 40's) both days, they showed up on time and did what they were meant to do. The installers were artists. They were very tidy, cleaning up each room as they went, and the finished product was amazing. At the end of the job, I had a couple of issues with some cosmetics, and Lynn and his crew made it right, immediately. I can not recommend them enough!

From our first phone call to Lynn Foster, he was very prompt to call us back. We made an appointment to meet with him at our home and he was right on time. He gave us a complete rundown of what needed to be done and furnished us with an accurate estimate. All 16 windows were installed in one day. Lynn was always on time and when he was unable to meet us at a given time he called to let us know right away. Lynn and his installer, Miguel, were both extremely professional and we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. This project was the best we have ever had done. You can't go wrong with these people.

II called Lynn who promptly came to my home for his presentation. He was always punctual. His presentation was very professional. He measured my windows and gave me an estimate that turned out to be the exact cost of the windows. His men came out to measure again and they were punctual as well. Lynn ordered my windows immediately and they were here in the three weeks he said it would take for them to be custom made. The installation went perfectly and his men were very professional and exacting in their work; they were the most efficient workers I have ever encountered. They cleaned up after themselves even polishing the new windows. They hauled off my old windows and were kind enough to take my old storm windows as well. Lynn followed up by coming to inspect the job; again at the time he said he would be here. He cared that I was pleased at the results.

Lynn Foster and his crew were extraordinarily helpful and professional. I was very inexperienced when it came to windows, and they made me feel very comfortable in the process. Additionally, with the holidays upcoming, Lynn's crew came out before he expected to measure windows and ensure the proper window order. They went out of their way to make sure that the windows were in place immediately. The day of the install, rain was forecasted for the late afternoon. His men showed up early and worked at lightning speed to make sure the windows were in place before the rain. The whole process was a huge success. They even came back a week later to make sure that the windows were sealed and that the weather on install day had not caused any problems. They were true gentlemen and professional.

Mr. Foster came soon after my initial call and brought samples of windows. Because of the oversized shape of our windows, it required additional research to find appropriate manufacturers that make windows to fit. He was very helpful in educating us on the different options. The product was selected, ordered and delivered in three weeks. The installation was scheduled and completed in less than one day by 3 installers. The crew was on time. They moved the furniture, covered it and was able to install the windows without having to remove our drapes or electronic shades. When finished, the crew moved everything back and left the room neat and clean. They were a great crew, friendly and professional, and finished is less time than estimated. Mr. Foster was present half way through the installation to make sure it was going well and that we were happy.

Lynn Foster was very helpful in selecting the proper windows. The windows were delivered on time and the workers were careful not to ding up interior frames. They did all the windows in two days and cleaned up everything. The whole job went exactly as planned. I will definitely hire them again to replace the remainder of my old windows.

Had three sun room windows in a vintage 1926 historic home. Mr. Foster did an amazing job. He was able to replace them with new vinyl windows and to maintain all of the old wood work. He also replaced lot of rotted wood. He was on time and finished the work as promised.

There was no pressure and we had done our homework to assure us that Lynn's product was reasonably priced. His team did an excellent job. I am pleased with the product and installation. Mr. Foster's crew arrived on time, removed the old storm door and installed the new one. They were on site for approximately 2 hours and cleaned up after they were through, taking the old door with them. I am very pleased with the results.

He arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and gave a very thorough explanation of choices that I had as well as his recommendation. I felt his estimate was fair and scheduled a delivery time for the work to be done. His workers showed up on time and installed the windows in a prompt and efficient manner, cleaning up afterwards. We had made appointments with two companies. We were so impressed when Mr. Foster came out himself and how he explained things. We canceled the appointment with the other company. We were very impressed with the work. Three workers came out and two worked on the outside and one on the inside. There was only one slight problem. It wasn't until after the workmen left that I noticed there were two cracked tiles on the window sill where the window went. When Mr Foster came out for the inspection I pointed this out. He offered to pay for them to be replaced but I told him I was going to have the area regrouted anyway and I had a couple of replacement tiles we could use. My husband and I felt that the workmen should have mentioned the tiles when they left. Apart with that we were really pleased with the work.

Lynn Foster made a favorable impression from the first phone conversation. He arrived on time for our appointment and patiently explained all options available to me. The demonstration of the types of window glass was informative and helped in my decisions. He researched and followed up promptly concerning a question I had on two of the windows. On the day of installation the 3 man crew arrived at approximately 8 am and worked through until 4 pm with a brief lunch break. The crew was respectful, pleasant and cleaned up as they went along. The installation process was a work of art and I am very pleased with the results. This was by far the most pleasant remodel experience I have had. I wish Lynn and company could do all of my remodel work.

I got the name of Foster Exteriors from Angie's List and made an appointment. Lynn came out and took us through the entire process. He was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. The work was done as advertised, but was made more difficult by recurrent thunderstorms during the week the work was done. Lynn made sure the job was staged correctly and that there was a large enough crew to keep us dry. I was very pleased with the work and the attention to detail. I would be pleased to work with Foster Exteriors again.

We are extremely pleased with the job done. They replaced all the windows in our house. From initial call to completion, the job was accomplished in a very professional manner. The highlight was the installation, which was performed by Miguel, his son, and a helper. Miguel is a craftsman, not just a window installer. One window was a very delicate and difficult installation, that another company had refused to do. Miguel thought through the situation and did a beautiful job. We would recommend Foster Exteriors (and actually have recommended them to neighbors and friends here in Coppell) to anyone needing new windows.

Foster was not the cheapest estimate, but you had confidence in Lynn that he would do a good job, and they did. There were a few problems with the flat roof, but they corrected them and made it right. Highly recommended!

Very professional. Did work in one day. Nothing was damaged in our yard - all the trash was picked up and hauled away. We will definitely recommend this contractor to our friends and neighbors.

Mr. Foster provides excellent service and workmanship. All phone calls are answered promptly and all appointments were kept exactly as promised. He discussed all options and presented much expert information. Extremely patient and courteous in answering all questions. The work was scheduled within a week of signing the contract and completely finished, including all clean-up, within one day. I would recommend him to anyone and will probably do more business with him when it comes to gutters.

Lynn Foster was great to work with. I live in Los Angeles and needed someone who was willing to do the job without my being there. He visited the building, did the measuring and ordered the windows. I visited the property in February 2007 at which time his team installed the windows in one day. The windows look great, work perfectly and have added value to my property.
