I was very satisfied with the responsiveness of Foster Exteriors to phone calls/e-mails and the performance of the installation team. The crew completed the job on schedule and left my house exactly as they found it.

In over 30 years as homeowners, this was by far the least stressful home improvement project ever! Lynn Foster had answers for all of our questions. Once we made our decisions, he made calls to manufacturers to make sure they had what we wanted. He followed up with phone calls to us - always keeping us informed of the progress of our order. No high pressure sales pitch. In fact, were so happy with his presentation, we didn't even get any other estimates! We were pleasantly surprised with the installation process. That's thanks to Miguel and his two sons. They arrived right on time both days. They were very careful in prepping the work areas. They were courteous and professional. The areas where they worked were actually cleaner than when they arrived! It's obvious they have an excellent work ethic and take pride in the work they do.

They completed the work in phases: they started with the first floor then the second floor next. They were to the point. The owner came out and did a presentation for me and discussed everything intelligently. Everything went smoothly. They were in and out. They were good, efficient workers. The reason I appreciated him is that he was direct and honest.

I'm a very hands-on homeowner and particular about any work done, and I was especially pleased with Foster Exteriors' work when they installed six new windows in my house. The crew was very professional, punctual, and careful to protect both my floors and window treatments when they removed the old windows. Lynn Foster also made me aware of my eligibility for an energy-saver rebate by my local electrical company. I have other windows in my house which also need replacing and will definitely use Foster Exteriors when I have that work done.

All went as scheduled and as we expected. We were fortunate to have Lynn's long time installer, Miguel, and his crew. There was minimal disruption. They arrived on time, got right to work and finished the job in about half a day. Protective covers were put down outside and inside the home to miminize the danger of dirt and damage. Everything was cleaned up and put in place before they left. A very positive experience overall.

Excellent work ethics, good sense of responsibility, worked quicky and with great sense of professionalism. cleanliness, completeness. My new windows are beautiful. Lynn Foster came to my house and presented options, explained benefits, provided testimonials and used no hard selling tactics. I first became aware of Foster Exteriors from a neighbor's yard sign. My neighbor's windows looked amazing and since I was looking to replace my own windows, I kept Foster on a short list to call when the time was right for an installation. When it came time to choose a company for window replacement, I contacted Lowe's and Foster Exterior. Foster Exterior won my business hands down. I love my new windows! My energy bills are lower, my windows are amazing, my curb appeal is outstanding and my in front of the windows are safe from rotting because the UV rays cannot get through. Foster Exteriors is THE best! Mr. Foster himself made the presentation of window choices, wrote the contract, and visited us again for the follow-up. His team was professional, prompt, and didn't leave a spec of dust. The windows are quality and exactly as ordered. I have already recommended Foster Exteriors to others and will continue to do so. ,We contacted Foster Exteriors after seeing their glowing reviews on Angie's List. We had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates (Home Depot and Window World), but we were not confident in either company's installation. Lynn, the owner of Foster Exteriors, came out to our home in August to meet with us and discuss our needs. We wanted to replace all 11 windows in our 1987 home. He went over several options and price points with us and gave us a very competitive quote on his best Alside Sheffield window. He did not pressure us to make a decision and we discussed our options for a few days before contacting him to indeed contract the job. Within a couple of days his guy Miguel was out to take accurate measurements and our windows were ordered promptly. We ordered them on Aug 23 and they were installed Sept 16. Miguel and his team of 2-3 other guys were competent and professional and did a great job. My husband and I are VERY particular and we wanted to make sure that the windows were put in correctly and that they looked good when finished. He did a great job installing and caulking and we had zero complaints. They were finished with the installation in about 6 hours and then Lynn came by to make sure everything looked well, to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. We could not recommend this company enough and have done so with our friends, family, and facebook!

From proposal to install, to completion, Lynn Foster and his entire operation were absolutely 100% professional. We had other proposals from highly Angie rated contractors. All proposals were within our budget, but we chose Foster Exteriors on the professionalism of Lynn Foster himself and his ability to explain everything in terms that we understood. Everything he promised they did, and there were no surprises. His install crew worked most of 3 days installing our windows. Some of these windows presented some difficulty for them, but the lead man said he liked challenges and that those challenges made him better at his profession. I can go on and on ? but if you want "The Best" contact Foster Exteriors. I can't imagine you would be disappointed.

After calling Lynn Foster at Foster Exteriors about quoting replacement windows, an appointment was made and Lynn was on time for the appointment. He brought samples of the windows we would be getting. My wife had very specific requests concerning color, pane dividers, installation, etc. We had some unusual and difficult requirements for the windows. Lynn said that the manufacturer he was using the most could not meet our requirements. Rather than give up, he did some research into other window manufacturers that he has represented and found a company he knew would make a quality window and still be able to provide for my wife's specifications. Once the deal was made, the estimate was revised and his installer came and measured the windows. Lynn was up front about how long the windows would take to manufacture and ship. Once they were in we set up a time for installation. The crew was professional and worked very quickly and efficiently to have the windows in as soon as possible. They took every precaution to make sure there was no mess left and that everything that was moved was put back in its place. A job well done at a competitive price.

We found Foster Exteriors Windows through Angie's List,. We are delighted to have met Mr. Foster himself when he was kind enough to come to our home to give us an estimate (we live quite a distance from his primary business location). We felt totally comfortable with him. He is SO nice. The whole experience from start to end was pleasant. All of his company's A (+) ratings are very deserved. An email confirmed our appointment. Lynn showed up right on time and gave us a very learned presentation on the best windows available through his company. They offer more than they advertise on their website. My husband and I were impressed with his and his associates' manners, professionalism and their products. We know that if we had selected Foster Exterior Windows they would have done an excellent job for us. We ended up choosing a different vendor for a small price difference because (like most people) we are budgeted very tightly - and wanted to move along with our project without requesting counter-offers, etc.

The owner Lynn Foster came personally to talk with us about replacing all our old single pane windows. He spent quite a bit of time education us on our options and the pros and cons of each product. We received 3 bids on the work and selected Foster because of their personal no pressure approach. The install went very smoothly. Miguel and his sons did excellent work and cleaned up thoroughly If you are considering window replacement make sure you call Lynn for a quote.

We could not ask for better service or workmanship. Mr. Foster was very helpful in making the various decisions and bringing to our attention things that we had not considered. The workers were on time, courteous, very friendly and they finished the whole job in just one day. We were amazed. We love our windows and doors. Excellent selection of colors, the frame wasn't as wide as some companies offer (more glass to look through which I preferred), many options, excellent product, good price, terrific installer. Knowledgeable salesman and owner. Personal service. Prompt, detail oriented, total follow through. Terrific experience. Highly recommend.

Great! I am very happy with Lynn Foster and his installation team. His pricing is very competitive and the product and installation was delivered when promised. We had a couple minor issues with two of the windows but Lynn was right on top of it and refused to take final payment until the issues were resolved. Overall I am very happy! I fully recommend Foster Exteriors and if I find myself in need of windows in the future I will use them again. Thanks again Lynn!

The prior windows and frames were removed and the replacements installed in approximately 4 hours. The construction crew was excellent. All spoke perfect English which isn't critical as they knew what to do and how to do it. They laid floor coverings on the house interior to collect the debris from the frame and window removal. They cleaned the site post installation.Lynn was very courteous and called prior to my appointment to confirm. After the work was done, he stopped by to ensure I knew how to work the windows, which included more features than my prior windows. The low emissions glass makes a tremendous difference in heat infusion in my house.

The original estimate meeting was very informative. Detailed information was provided. Mr Foster came back a second time after we had several other companies provide estimates and gave us a very competitive matching price and we then chose his company. They were here on the day and time agreed to and the installation was very quick and professional. His installers left the area clean and were very good to work with. Lynn Foster has a great company with a quality product. This is the second house that Foster has replaced the windows in for me, so I'm a repeat customer. Lynn arrived on time, gave me an estimate after inspecting all the windows, and had a sample to show me. He explained the product (window type), and help me decide on some options like frosted glass in the bathrooms, screens on all windows, and a feature that lets me raise the window part way, but with a security feature that prevents someone from outside opening the window. His foreman, who has been with him a long time, arrived on time, and the crew installed the windows in one day. The Foster crew always cleans up after themselves and my house was swept and the windows were clean and shining after they left. And the windows work beautifully and look great. Honestly, this company is the best. Lynn came back after the job was over and gave me a tutorial in how to tilt the window in and clean it.

They were good and I like them a lot. They did two different projects for me. They are reliable and honest. The first time they did a patio door and an odd window in the bedroom. I was happy with them so I went ahead and had him do two other windows for me. Their price was in line with others.

I had 21 mid-70's windows replaced with high efficency double pane, double slung windows. Lynn Foster, the owner, came out to show his products and discuss the job. He was punctionual and knowlegable. He took the time to explain each product in detail. At no time did I feel pressure. After I decided to use his company, my wife needed to see the products to make our final selection. Lynn returned and our decision was made. In a couple of weeks the product arrived, on time. We agreed on an installation date. It was a Monday. Unfortuantely, we received a call from Lynn early Monday morning that there as a mis-communication with the scheduling and his crew would not becoming out that day . We agreed on the following day. The job took 1.5 days, as estimated. The crew showed flexibility allowing me to choose the order of the rooms so as not to disrupt the family. I was amazed at Lynn's crew's ability to remove the old windows and install the new ones with no damage to the interior. The person that caulked the interior was an artist. We have noticed that the house is much cooler now. I put this off for years thinking that it would be a big hassle, and there was no way the old windows could be removed without some damage to the interior. I wished I had done this years ago. It was both painless and effective.

Like we did a couple of years ago, Lynn came out and gave us an estimate for the windows. He had lots of expertise to offer to help us make our decision as we were dealing with some Westerly facing windows. Also, our taller windows, we discussed several options as well on those. It took a couple of weeks to get the windows in, and we scheduled the install time. It had been rainy during that week so they let us know that we might have to re-schedule if rain came down that day. They crew got here timely and got to work, they were quick and did a fantastic job (just like last time and what we expected). They cleaned up any debris, left windows sparkling clean. We are really enjoying our new windows. Overall, an awesome experience and we highly recommend Foster Exteriors to anyone with no reservations whatsoever. We found them on Angies list and was a great find.
