Logan and Lynn Foster were wonderful to work with, as were the crew. The crew did all of the work efficiently and professionally, cleaning up everything along the way. They did the entire job in 2 days and I have received raving compliments from my neighbors about how nice my windows look.

Crew arrived earlier than original appointment, which was great. All the workers were considerate of my space, protecting the hardwoods and open areas. Work was done perfectly. After the windows were in the crew also cleaned the room. I have NO complaints. I am going to use Foster Exteriors for the rest of my home windows and have already made an appointment for an estimate. This company is wonderful!!! ***** Just had two more rooms completed with new windows. This company gives excellent customer service and their product is wonderful. I LOVE my new windows. (spent another $2300. on 5 more windows)

The owner, Lynn Foster, came out to the house initially and we discussed his window products and installation process. I decided to replace 1/2 of my windows initially and then do the other 1/2 in about 6 months. They were very flexible in how I wanted this process to begin and offered advice when I asked them. They also were very responsive with any questions I had before I made my final decision. I choose them over 2 other companies in the area. The installation was begun a little after 8am on a Saturday morning and they were completed a little before lunch. The installation team was meticulous and these gentlemen were very careful to put down covers on floors, furniture etc. They were very patient in answering questions that I had during the window removal process and the installation process. Very professional and a great team to work on my home. I was a very happy customer by the end of the process and the owner, Lynn, came by afterwards to make sure all was completed successfully and to explain the window operations,etc. Have already referred them to neighbors and friends. These windows are made in Ft Worth and this is a family business. American made which is awesome.

I regret not using this company. I hired a contractor that was to do other work in addition to the windows. The two day job is still not finished after three weeks. It has been one mistake after another. Mr. Foster was prompt, courtesy, professional and above all very knowledgeable. After talking to him for a short time, I realized that I made a major mistake and should have gone with his company to do the windows. The price was not an issue as both bids were very close. But he is all about customer satisfaction and insuring that the job and the finished product are both professional and something that you can be proud of. His customer ratings tell the whole story about his company. Don't make the mistake that I made. Call his company for your replacement windows.

Lynn personally made several consultation visits to our home, and was patient with our slow decision-making. Once we made the decision to move forward, his team did a great job. The quality and installation of the windows was excellent. The team was prompt, responsive to requests, and respectful while in our home. We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this vendor to friends and neighbors.

I wanted to replace the original single pane aluminum windows in my home that was built in 1967. I contacted several company's for estimates. Foster's was not the least expensive, but did have the most experience. The windows were ordered and about 3 weeks later, an appointment was made for installation. The workers arrived on time, were very professional, and kept their work area very clean. It took 1 1/2 days to install the windows, after which the owner, Lynn Foster, came to show the operation of the windows.

Lynn, the owner did the quoting with my husband. Was very thorough, demonstrated the product completely, promptly answered questions and honestly answered comparisons. I was terrified at the thought of having windows taken out and the mess right before Christmas. Father & son team took down all blinds/shutters and rehung them and the house was in better shape when they left. The windows are beautiful! Winter has been much warmer. Referred to my daughter today.

Mr. Foster was very professional and punctual. He explained the process thoroughly. His workers performed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to open, use the screens, and clean the new windows. I am very happy with the work done and would gladly recommend this company.

Mr. Foster came to my home and provided me with an estimate. I determined that I would start by installing a small group of windows to see how well it went. We did the windows that faced the front of the house first (7). The crew showed up on time and and the installation went well. There was only one issue with a speciality window. They offered to see if it could be fixed or order a new one to replace it (free through the manufacturer). A new window was ordered and it was replaced at a later time. We did 2 more groups of windows and they both went fine. I am really enjoying the new windows that are easy to clean and have lowered my electric bill significantly.

I got Foster's name as well as another contractor from Angie's List. Liked both and pricing was comparable. Had a slight preference for the product Foster showed us and was impressed by the professionalism of the sales presentation and with the ability to deal directly with Lynn Foster. Process was very straightforward and went exactly as promised. The install crew was courteous, prompt and efficient and left the work area as clean as they found it. Overall, we were very impressed and satisfied.

Until we got used to it we thought it was breathtaking everytime we walked through the house. My wife said it was the smartest money we ever spent on our house (the original idea to do it was not hers). It opened up the house in a way that far surpassed our expectations. The color matches are excellent. Everyone who walks down the street comments about how great it looks. Someone said it made our house look like it belongs in a more expensive neighborhood. In a kitchen area there were two identical windows side by side. Lynn suggested that instead of replacing them with 2 more windows side by side, replace them with one large picture window. We did and it looks stunningly wonderful. It was less expensive too - a picture window costs less than two windows side by side. In the master bedroom (downstairs) we had three identical windows side by side. Lynn knew the style we were trying to achieve and he recommended to install a large picture window in the center and two narrow windows on each side. It turned out to be beautiful. By law, at least one bedroom window must be able to be opened (for egress in case of a fire). Lynn Foster knows all the rules and laws so he will keep you compliant. I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to say something about the cooling/heating costs resulting from the vinyl windows with Argon gas between the inner and outer panes versus the old, aluminum framed windows. All I can say is that the summer/winter air conditioning system runs less, and the utility bills are less than before the installation. I cannot put a dollar figure to it because there are too many variables. I highly recomment Foster Exterior Windows Company.

Lynn Foster came to our house himself and brought examples of windows to fit our needs; He thoroughly explained cost, options, and timeframe. We were impressed with his presentation and even more impressed when Miguel and his team installed the windows. The windows were installed perfectly and they completely cleaned up after the job. Lynn Foster followed up afterwards; he came by the house to inspect the work and to answer any questions we might have. We were thoroghly impressed! We would use Foster Exteriors again, and have and will recommend this company to individuals we know.

The front windows immediately updated my home and increased the curb appeal tremendously. The process was painless. The windows were installed in one day and all the old windows were taken away. There is tremendous service after the sale - I had questions about cleaning the windows and Lynn called me back immediately. Later, I had another question and he called back same day again. I feel like he truly cares about customer satisfaction. Later when I scheduled for the back windows to be installed, Katy called me to help me schedule. My calendar was crazy and she worked with me to find a time for installation. Upon installation, I got a call from Lynn telling me he had inspected the work and was not happy with one of the windows so he asked to replace the glass. I inspected the window and didn't see anything wrong with it but Lynn, with his years of experience, saw an anomaly and we replaced the glass. In short, I trust Lynn Foster and his team of professionals, my energy bills have significantly decreased and I highly recommend Foster Exteriors if you need new windows installed on your old house.

Mr. Foster is exceedingly professional. He has a calm quiet confident demeanor. No hard sell, just the facts and a sincere commitment to provide a good product at a fair price. We were delighted with our experience and look forward to having him do more work for us in the new year.

Lynn Foster and his crew where awesome. From the first call I made to the final inspection of the install. Lynn takes great pride in his company; from his staff to the products he sells and installs. Lynn went over my options after he listened to what my wife and I wanted. No pressure sales. When we decided what we wanted, he let us know when they would be ordered, when they would come in, and what day they will be installed. The order was delivered on time and installed in one day. The installers were polite and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and taking care not to mess up our house. We are recommending them to friends.

Lynn Foster owns the company & we met to get an estimate. He brought some sample windows. We got one other estimate & his price was about $1,000 more than the other estimate for the same product. We picked his company because they were rated slightly higher on Angie's List. I called him back with more questions, & we set up a time for him to return with another sample. At that time, we hired his company to do the work, one of his workers came to take measurements & then the windows were ordered . They were installed one month later. Three workers did the work in about 7 hours. They were very nice & very professional, took great care to clean up all debris inside & outside. They were also very respectful of our landscaping. Lynn Foster returned toward the end of the job to check the work. We paid 1/2 down when the order was placed & paid the rest upon completion of the job.The only negative was when they cut around the inside frame of the old windows, on a few windows they made some unsightly cuts into the window sill & surrounding sheet rock. This could have been avoided, in my opinion.

The owner himself came to inform and agent came within two days to measure. All work was very professional, completed exactly when they said it would be. Amazing completely opened up my home, the seal, install reduced drafts and noise.

Very responsive from the first phone call. Lynn gave us a competitive estimate after explaining types of windows and options available. Windows were installed on time and very efficiently by Miguel and his sons. They were courteous and cleaned up each window as they went along. Lynn came by to check that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Great company to work with.It has been so nice to have functioning windows that look great!

Dave the owner came to give us an estimate and answered all questions-sometimes twice, and wee very thorough. The day of installation they called ahead and were prompt and very polite and very friendly. The team worked straight through fro 9-2, they cleaned up as they went, and answered more questions. the owner stopped by that night to double check the work. We are all pleased.

They did an exceptional job, from the estimate to the follow up. I will use them again when needed and would recommend them to everyone.
