I cannot say enough good things about Tad and his Team. I recently purchased this building knowing that I would have to replace the roof. The previous owner had received a few bids when I showed him pictures of the roof and told him is needed to be replaced. After the sale, Tad came back out and explained their product and process. He honored the original estimate. We decided to add new metal edging to the bid and we were off. Just as they got started, they realized the existing foam was too water logged and it all had to be removed instead of just re-surfaced. They did not even blink and were off 'doing the right thing'. There are not too many contractors that do the right thing when you do not know or are not looking. Definitely trustworthy. They even came out and did a temp seal around some new HVAC units I had installed as there was rain forecast between that time and their start date. There were some pretty cold and nasty days during this project, but they worked their tails off to get it done. A foam tear-off is pretty messy, but they kept everything manageable and did a prefect cleanup after it was all finished. I feel the money was very well spent and I received a great value. Go with Foamtech, you will not regret it.

The guys came on time, introduced themselves amd got right to work. They were very professional and when they were done, they cleaned up and left. Very simple process on my side. I can tell a big difference in my electric bill, so it was definitely worth the cost!

Our attic was bid one day and performed the next. It was a rainy day so they couldn't work in the roofing businesss, but they could do insulation. It was a good day for insulating an attic beause of the lower temperatures. The job was completed in six hours and they came back later and put all of our attic storage back. They did everything they comitted to do timely and effectively. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Adam Menaldi, owner, came in to do insulation work for us. He and his guys were incredible! They showed up at their scheduled time, got to work quickly, and kept us posted as they went along. Our house is a remodel and has a challenging roof line, but somehow they managed to blow insulation in the tightest places. A foot of one of the guys working in the attic went through the sheet rock, and Adam immediately called his carpenter (also excellent) to come fix the hole.We were just stunned at the caliber of their work and their work ethic! These guys are top-notch!
