What a great experience! Home visit was on time and SOOOO helpful. We weren’t sure the exact look we wanted in new floors. Seeing multiple products in our home without having to spend hours going to stores, checking out samples, etc is AMAZING. Pricing was competitive. Installation was on time and completed faster than expected. If you want new floors but are afraid of the hassle involved, CALL FLOORING DIRECT!!

Flooring Direct completed a project for me recently to install vinyl plank in three rooms and my entryway. Their quote for the work was competitive with other vendors I spoke with. And the process from meeting with the initial sales rep to having the install completed was straight forward and met the expectations / commitments explained to me. The install crew was able to complete the install in a single day in the case of my project, including demo of existing tile. We will definitely look to Flooring Direct again when we make further updates to our home.

Description of Work: Removed old tile in kitchen and pantry, the linoleum in utility room, and linoleum in front bathroom. Replaced the floors in these areas with new tile. Removed old wood floor from the entry way, removed carpet from living room, living area, hallway closets, master bedroom and master closet. Replaced these floors with engineered hardwood. Kelly Cobb, the sales Rep, brought material samples to my home and was very patient and helpful as I made a decision on what type of material and color design to use. The installers, Jose, Ricky and Valentine, arrived as scheduled and immediately began work. They were very organized and worked well as a team. At the end of each day, Jose explained what they would do the next day. They were very careful when moving furniture and careful not to do any damage to the wall molding. They hauled off the old flooring, and upon completion of the installation, they vacuumed, mopped, and dusted every room. The floors look great! These guys are very skilled in their trade and are an asset to Carrol Johns flooring.

Everything went great and promised
Description of Work: We hired Carol Johns Flooring twice to do tile work. 1) Large Master bedroon, they install tile that simulates wood appearance 2) Later in the month we hired them to install tile in the master bath. They did a heck of a good job and would recommend them to our friends.
