Description of Work: Replaced old gross carpet with new. They worked hard to make it right, but I had to make time to have them come to my house 8 times. They were very nice, super professional and would not stop until it was correct. I appreciate the dedication, but it was way too inconvenient.

Description of Work: We are in the middle of the project, but we have signed a contract and FLOORING DIRECT BY CARROL JOHNS INC has been working with us to fill in the last details of the contract and scheduled the beginning of work next week. We've used them before on a much larger project and were quite happy with them then. This project seems to be going well and if it comes in on schedule, we will be very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Long delays, two employees disparaged our choice of slate from another vendor as "Mexican" and thus as inferior, even though slate was from India, not Mexico. Low professionalism, would never contract with this company.
