Description of Work: Replaced All Carpet and linoleum in the house with ceramic tile. I'm a teacher so it was important To get this done while I was home over the Christmas break. They worked so hard and completed the job with 100% satisfaction. It was an expensive job but we received top quality materials and workmanship. Everything was completed on time, according to the estimate and the house was clean and reassembled before they left. Would recommend them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I wanted to have wood laminate flooring installed that I had purchased elsewhere. The flooring company said they could not do the job due to warranty and liability issues. I only wanted installation. They promptly responded to my request, however, and Karen Love was very nice.

Description of Work: We got the entire house done, with laminate in most areas, and vinyl planks in the wet areas. 1800 sq ft in all. It took 5 days, and I recommend vacating the house while work is being done. We stayed in our motorhome for the week. It's dusty, sometimes loud, and in total disarray while the job is happening. Everything is dusty when the job is complete, be prepared. The salesman was very nice and informative. The installers (2) were great, and worked tirelessly every day. I had to make them leave in the evenings or there is no telling how late they would have stayed. They did a good job. If the flooring holds up as many years as they claim, then I am absolutely satisfied with the materials. The laminate and underlayment feels and sounds very solid underfoot. Although one would always like to get a cheaper price, I feel the flooring job was priced very fairly for what we got. I recommend Flooring Direct.
