Description of Work: We used Flooring Direct to replace two carpeted rooms with wood flooring - a study and a dining room. I chose them because I was looking for as close a match as possible to our current wood floors that connect with these two rooms, and Flooring Direct had what we needed. It was easy to schedule an in-home estimate within a few days of contacting the company and the rep that came out to our house, Tom Woods, was very professional and easy to work with. It took less than 10 days from the initial visit to having new floors and I couldn't be happier with the final product! The workmen were on-time, pleasant, efficient (finished in one day), and cleaned up after themselves, so there was minimal dust for me to deal with and my floors looked stunning! I am so pleased - you can't even see the connections between the old wood floors and the new ones, which is what we wanted - a seamless transition. They did a great job with the install and I fully intend to use Flooring Direct again when we are ready to replace the flooring in the bedrooms. I don't expect there to be any future problems with the install, but I will update my review if something does come up - Flooring Direct has a two year warranty on their wood floor installation, so I'm not too worried about it!

Description of Work: They installed some carpet and some vinyl flooring strips to create a plank wood look. All went well- 3 bathrooms, repaired 1 bathroom and kitchen, 2 other rooms with vinyl; carpet- 3 dining areas, and 3 living areas, and 3 bedrooms. Description of Work: They replaced the carpet in the bathroom with tiles and helped fixed 3-4 wood floor boards. Steve Ebsen, the sales representative is very knowledgeable and experienced. He came with several samples and gave me suggestions. He also measured and hand-drew the layout of the bathrooms with the measurements. He said this can help the contractors save some time. |The back office lady, Karen Love is also very helpful. |The contractors showed up on time and are professional too. They did a good job and cleaned up everything afterwards. | |Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work. |
