Description of Work: New wood flooring downstairs. They had to tear up the old, prep the floor and then put down the new. Did a great job and were always on time and job was finished early. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: The company refinished some wood flooring that was already present in my 2000 square foot house and installed flooring in the rest of the house where there had previously been carpet. This included the stairs. The results were exactly what I had hoped for - the floors look fantastic. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and punctual. Juan, the project manager, was particularly helpful in answering my questions about the work in progress and in helping me to choose a stain for the floors. | |This was a big and complicated project and Flooring Direct did a spectacular job.

Description of Work: Tore out carpet in dining room and old ceramic tile in front hall, kitchen and laundry room. Replaced all with porcelain tile in herringbone pattern.

Description of Work: They replaced carpet with wood flooring in 5 rooms-over 900 square feet. Everyone from the sale person, to the three installers were outstanding! The installers were professional, polite, and extremely hard workers. They completed the entire job in 2 days! They were the best contractors we have ever used. Highly recommended!!!

Description of Work: My experience with Flooring Direct was AWFUL! I hired them to sand and refinish my wood stairs. They did a terrible job! The finish was inconsistent and it didn't match at all to the color I wanted. I called three times to complain and they said that owner would call me, but never did. I'm now having to pay another company to come back and do the job all over again. $715 down the drain! BEWARE!

Description of Work: I purchased the deal, and the company contacted me the next day and had a sales rep at my door within the week. The guy was super nice and took all the measurements and brought me samples. The samples he had weren't what I was looking for and he told me that he was meeting with a floor rep the following morning and he thinks they had something that might be of interest to me. He came back the next day with the perfect floor sample, except it was totally out of my price range. Since Flooring Direct wasn't able to find the flooring I wanted within the price range that I needed, I went with another provider.

Description of Work: I was matched with them to repair a small area of a hardwood floor. However they were more interested in refinishing the entire floor rather than just a small area and they didn't know who could help me.

Description of Work: The order was cancelled by me two weeks after it was placed, due to the delay created by either the accounting department (which I was unable to talk with) or the sales manager who I spoke with numerous times, or both. This entire experience was frustrating and lacked credible professionalism. It may be a quality flooring company, but has a serious problem within the office.

Description of Work: Got a quote on repair and staining of hardwood flooring 3 rooms and hallway for $1,818.00. A bit too much for my current income. I am still looking for a more affordable bid.
