Flooring Direct

The flooring itself is ok, although they had to come back because in several areas the glue did not hold. That was fixed. Also fixed were all but one place at the baseboard that were left unfinished or done sloppily. The main problem was the collateral damage: places on the wall that were dinged, removing the paint; a small hole in the finish of the dining room table--a small circle where there now no finish. Table also dinged in one corner.

The home visit salesman had a limited sample supply so we had to travel to the main showroom to see all our options. The installation crew were very professional and careful of walls and baseboards. They completed the entire job in just 2 days, cleaned up all debris and hand wiped the new floor with Orange Glow cleanser. We have a brand new look to our house. We will definitely use them again.

Great. I love they come to your home with samples. I decided to get a higher end carpet and learned it came with a pet pad which I needed. It took 2 days which was over the Christmas Holiday. The technicians were professional and friendly. Getting new carpet installed is not easy since you feel like your moving. Its a great way to get rid of stuff and now I feel like I have a new house. Thank you!

My husband and I recently hired Flooring Direct to replace our existing floors upstairs (carpet) and downstairs (engineered hardwood). We received 3 different quotes from contractors and Flooring Direct was the most competitive. Once we decided on the wood selection, they were able to come out the following week to complete the install. The installation was completed in such an efficient manner, with approximately 2,000 square feet of flooring installed in 3 days! The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. There was an area that we wanted them to come back and take a look at, and the installation manager and crew came out as soon as possible to provide possible solutions. In the end, they were able to address the issue and we could not be any happier with the company. We will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

I can't describe how pleased we are with our business with Flooring Direct. We'd had a great experience with Flooring Direct in the past & decided to take the next step with our home renovation. Chris met us the day after we called for the appointment and walked us through our options leaving us with an estimate when he left. We never once felt pressured or directed in any way... a no nonsense sales experience which we love. Karen called to schedule us and they were able to make our first choice of dates work. She's awesome. Roughly 3 weeks later (ours was 1400 sq feet of ceramic floors), Flooring Direct's installers showed up on time & got to work immediately. This is where they've really shined. Vicente and his crew were utterly professional and could not have done a better job. It really felt like they were installing flooring in their own home... that's how comfortable we were with them. They're not the cheapest option, but they're not the most expensive either and their customer service is unparalleled. We will be calling them again.

I was impressed from start to finish with Flooring Direct. Bill from sales was knowledgable and friendly. Miguel and his team who did the install were very friendly and did an amazing job. They removed and installed about 1300 sq ft in 3 days. I think they only took lunch break one day. Miguel pointed out to me a very high spot in the kitchen that would have taken 1/2 inch of leveling cement throughout the rest of the house to get it to same level. That would have been very expensive so he assured me that the floor would look fine but I might notice a slight rise there. I appreciated the fact that he was honest and showed me the potential problem area. In the end, the floor looks perfect and we don't see the rise in the floor at all.

Unknown whether Flooring is good, except it is zero star for being punctual. Did not show up after two confirmation emails. If appointment made, just keep your fingers crossed that Flooring Direct will show up as promissed.

It was great. From the beginning till the end, they were on time, super friendly, and helpful. The installation came as perfect. They left the house in a great shape. They were fantastic to work with.

It went great. Installed flooring in two of our bathrooms. Team moved quickly and flooring looks great. Reasonable price.

Very well. The installation crew was very careful in moving my furniture both before and after installing the flooring. They were very fast and efficient in completing the installation.

The company got us on the schedule quickly. It was the same crew each of the 4 days. They didn't waste time. They were very detail oriented and when we weren't sure about something, they gave their input. It turned out it was exactly what we wanted, even though we may not have realized it. We love our floors, the product is spectacular and the installation team was top notch. After it was all done, we did notice 3 things that needed repair. It took a while to get them out, but they did come and made the repairs. The hardest part was living and working in the house during the process. We slept in a different bed each night, based on what room wasn't undergoing it's transformation. Overall, very satisfied.

This is my 2nd time with them. Both experiences have been very good.
