Description of Work: This place is the worst flooring supplier in dfw. I have bought tons of flooring over the years and their customer service is the worst by miles! I ordered hardwood from the dallas store. They said it would take 1 week to arrive. 10 days later it arrived but for some reason they said I had to go pick it up in mesquite. Why Iasked??? Anyway they finally agreed to bring it to the dallas store. I hired my contractor to deliver to my home. To my utter disbelief it was not the correct wood I ordered. They blamed me even though my receipt lists the correct wood I selected. I'm still waiting on the manager to return my 3 calls! Stay away from this crappy store.

Description of Work: Because of faulty materials and/or installation of my hard wood floors, 90 days after installation my new hard wood floors buckled. Mr. Oberlado S. Badillo -- dba O.S.B. Custom Floors -- refused to properly repair my floors, arguing that it was faulty glue, which his company purchased on my behalf from Floor & Decor located at 2350 Alberta Drive located in Dallas, Texas. I tried three times to get Floor & Decor to work with this contractor, who is posted in the front of their store O.S.B. Custom floors as a preferred contractor. Floor & Decor's customer service is non-existent and they refer you to their nasty attorney-like person at their office, who could care less about their customers, in my opinion. When I was purchasing glue from Floor & Decor, their own people on the floor told me to avoid the less expensive glue they were selling because "it didn't work." In a court of law, Mr. Badillo, lied to the court arguing that it was water damage that caused my floors to buckle. He didnot state that their was any problem with the floors when he was installing my hard wood floors Every contractor I spoke to about this problem stated without question that Mr. Badillo and O.S.J Floors needed to leave space for the floors to expand when they installed the floor. Mr. Badillo said when I hired him that if there were any problems with the floor that he would come back and make the repair; unfortunately, he is not a man of his word. Fllor & Decor has been just as uncooperative in my opinion.
