Worst experience dealing with any sort of company in my life, and i am not one for hyperbole (and i almost never feel it necessary to take the extra time and effort to post a negative experience, but as a fellow human consumer, i feel obligated to prevent anyone from experiencing the horrors of dealing with Fixd). In essence, Fixd failed at every level, again, and again, and again... it was an endless gauntlet that, once started, couldnt be navigated. Endless wait times to call (and you will be calling a lot for any single repair issue, on hold a lot, hours and hours in total). The "scheduling department" (which u cannot call directly) repeatedly failed to call back (see above about calling several times and waiting on hold endlessly) so Id be forced to call back just to be told the loop starts again and that scheduling will call me back. They won't. Techs clearly lacked experience to get the job done quickly, and they do not carry any parts and thus have to order any part that might be needed, meaning several trips to complete one repair (every trip for which you will have to call the schedule without being able to contact the scheduler directly). The tech failed to coordinate follow up repairs with the "scheduling department" or to let me (owner/landlord) know what's going on, or the repair wasn't completed afterall. Again. And again. And again. On one visit he showed up an hour late and entered into the record that nobody was home (which the supervisory chain later tried to turn back on me as a reason for the overall delay - that nobody was home during the appointment window, which was A LIE)... SEVEN weeks, 5 visits to repair a dryer. After a month into this repair request, at my wits end, I spent 2 days on the phone trying to speak to a manager to help me get things resolved. I was told he'd call in 3 hours, never called. The next day I had to call (again) and sit on hold (again) starting the process over. It would be a THREE HOUR CALL. When i finally got him on the phone, NO apology, NO acknowledgement of the multiple, multiple failures by Fixd, and as noted he in fact tried to blame ME for not being home that time the tech basically no showed (arrived an hour late with no call). He refused to bridge the divide with "the scheduling department," saying he has no authority over them, and that he can request an appt but that... "scheduing department will call you to confirm." GAAAHHH!!!! Throughout this saga, i lost complete credibility with my tenant, who was furious AT ME (rightly) after a month+ of broken promises to fix a broken dryer. I asked the supervisor to at least provide me a short email acknowledging the delays were not of my doing so that I could provide it to my tenant and he said "no, I will not do that for you." It was OUTRAGEOUS, and so insulting. HE served no functional customer service manager purpose, and in fact made it all feel so much worse and me so much more helpless. I was agast. It took me two more wks and hours on the phone going through the corporate office with Cinch (new parent company???) to get any escalation manager from Fixd to even call me back. The Fixd escalation counterpart didnt even reply to the Cinch escalation rep for FIVE DAYS to provide a status TO HER on my case, and even when the Fixd escalation team learned of the ongoing issue it took me demanding through the Cinch rep for the Fixd rep to even reach out to me before they finally called me. That escalation rep cared so much she provided me a number I was sure would be her direct line, but on the next day when I needed to follow up it turned out just to be the main number, which put me in a que, and eventually forwarded me to a voicemail system that was full and ended my call, "call back later, goodbye. CLICK." I'll also not the Fixd website and app, which they tout as being an industry leader serves LIERALLY no purpose. You have a login, but you cannot schedule jobs ( it pretends you can, then prompts you to call to the endless wait line), and any job that is ordered cannot be monitored... there is no account information to even see your account/contract status, terms, acct number, nothing. No tab to review current or previous jobs, no place to check updates, nothing. It's pathetic. Truly. Also, there appears to be major disconnect between Fixd and their new parent company, Cinch. They are both totally discombobulated, albeit at least the managers at Cinch corporate demonstrated some base line sense of carring about doing a good job (even if they told me ultimately either don't have access to Fixd work orders and cannot coordinate or personally navigate Fixd's insurmountable communication "structure." Consider yourself warned. If you choose to pay for Fixd services, and/or put your trust and confidence with Fixd, you will most definitely loose many hours of your life, frustrated, that you will never get back. You will be lucky to have timely, competent repairs completed at all, and certainly unlikely to be within a reasonable timeframe if parts are needed. Steer far far far clear of this company. You've been warned.

The company harassed with constant text messages for days after I initially notified them that a technician from another company was able to come right away. Do not contact - they are crooks!
