About us

First Stream Cleaning Service is a residential and commercial cleaning provider serving the Dallas area. We are licensed, insured, and all contractors and/or employees are background checked. We understand that trust is a major factor in hiring any company. That's why we hire integrity and train skill. We guarantee the quality of our service and will reclean problem areas if reported within 24 hours. All first-time appointments require a 30% deposit that is applied to the cleaning on the day of appointment, but is non-refundable on cancellations and reschedules. Payment due in full the day of. Payments are made by putting a credit/debit card on file. Recurring services will be billed on the same day every time, according to the schedule set. We offer packages and discounts for purchasing in bulk, as well as referral discounts.General and maintenance cleans are charged at a flat rate. Deep cleans and move-out/move-in cleans are charged hourly. A team member will be happy to explain to you how are package system works and help you determine the services and pricing options that are best suited to your needs.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer laundry service, outside window cleaning, or clean any outside areas such as, garage, patios, and porches.

Loren was professional and a delight to be around. I left Loren alone while I took the dogs to the park before I left she informed the parks she was using were all pet safe. When I returned we discussed a recurring service schedule.
Description of Work: I had a thorough/ move-in cleaning done. The full interior on the home - floors, kitchen, appliances, windows, bathroom, closets, bedrooms and baseboards.
